Managed to head in there today (one in town) where there was no hoards people in. Made a nice change. The staff knew where to locate the the item I was after really quickly. Was served by Brandon at the till who waited patiently while I looked online for a pair of trainers I had my eye on way before xmas but were not in the shop. Within 5 mins, they were ordered, paid for and I was out the door. Great service!

Good store with lots of options..you will find most of the things here.. 4 star just because I find the staff little rude, they were just sitting and talking and every time you need something you have to go to them and ask please give this n again they disappeared.. but apart from it more options with reasonable price..

Lia, the store manager, is doing an amazing job keeping the customers happy and I think she was the best if compared to other Store managers in different outlets I have met so far. In no time, she replaced my Asics Novoblast shoes which I bought for Euro 124, a couple of months ago with new Novoblast 2. The replacement was done due to manufacturing issue with shoes. Lia, good show and lead by example for others. Thank you.

Returning item patrick st store lunch time 30th dec, ground floor. Served by v nice lad however he was unable to process returns & asked me to wait for Manager who was serving another customer next to me. Absolutely no problem with this. Manager finished with his customer, making no acknowledgement that I was waiting, even though he had been told, he took a phone call, called another member of staff & started discussing rosters, then walked off & last I saw of him was back of his tshirt 'Can I help u' !!!!!!
