Lovely shop. All I needed. Staff were so helpful

Nice store with a good selection of products and very helpful staff. They also offer some beauty treatments upstairs and can also cellophane wrap purchases for gifts.

I always go here to get eyebrow threading done, and Uma is brilliant at it. She always makes me feel relaxed and has such a lovely, warm personality. What's even better is that I can book an appointment for threading on their website and choose my preferred time slot and staff member by availability. All the staff here have a great knowledge of the products in store and what would suit your needs best. The products are all cruelty free and their tea tree oil range in particular works wonders for acne-prone skin.

I recently had an unexpected break out of dandruff, which left my scalp feeling quite sore. After some research, I found out that the Body Shop have a ginger shampoo anti-dandruff range. So far I'm really happy with the shampoo, it's vegan and very soothing, the dandruff has cleared up after a week of using it.

Had a full facial here and absolutely loved it. Very relaxing and she was very good with explaining what she used and why, and how everything worked. Was nearly asleep at the end of it! Afterwards, she showed me all the products used and a few that she would recommend. She also let me know that they're running a deal at the moment if you get 50 worth of stuff the facial was free(all I wanted was the facial) so that was a great treat! She even through in a few free samples in the bag. I've always been treated great here and would definitely recommend. Great for value, great products that actually work and are cruelty free(and even some are vegan!).

Very friendly and helpful Staff. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products and always go through a detailed consultation if you need one which is so helpful. They also do threading makeovers and facials in store. The vitamin e products are Amazing!!

There are lovely stuff in there. The stuff smell lovely. I buy stuff for other people there. The staff are very nice and welcoming. They are very good to help as well.

Clean, good covid safety, deals, nice staff and can donate to young carers. A good experience.

Very poor customer service. All staff having a chat and no ignoring anyone in store. Any wonder online shopping is booming
