I go here mainly to buy board games for the family. They have a good selection and are continuously adding to it.

Great Easons. Had exactly the random book I was looking for. They arranged a refund easily. Loads of gifts, stationary and seasonal cards.

Appalling customer service. I wanted a particular book and was queuing behind another customer. When she was finished the staff member allowed a man to jump the queue in front of me and said to me when I pointed out that I was first “can you not wait?” Easons is generally poor but this was worse than usual. I went to Waterstones and received excellent service.

Not as good as it was in the old building. Selection is much smaller. Most of the shop is gifts and stationery. Magazine and papers section is at the back of the shop and very cramped. Difficult to find what you're looking for and often disappointed with well known publications missing.

It’s great to still have Easons but the new location is just much smaller and really isn’t quite the same vibe at all. It’s still a great store, and worth a visit but it’s just a pity to see bookshops losing their prominence. Keep browsing and supporting those bookshops! We’ll really miss them if everything ends up online instead.

We were looking for educational books for 2-5 years old and this is the perfect place where we found what we need. There are no assistants when you are searching for books so you have to search it yourself but the way its arranged on the shelves make it easy to find the books that you need. The place is clean. I hope they will add some place where you can sit for a moment and just scan the book the you want to buy especially if there's no one helping to figure out what book is for this age group etc. etc. The people at the till is very friendly and helpful too. You can top up your leap card and get a cashback on the cashier.

Excellent Book and stationery shop. Always a great selection of all their products. They have an online shop too, but browsing this shop on two floors is always a pleasure. Probably the best selection of newspapers and magazines in Munster. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and very willing to search for items. There is a small cafe on the first floor, with a nice window seat for people watching

Very good book shop with wide variety of books. But it is not as good as the Old Easons that shop was bigger and better. New shop too crammed,

Standard fair of books, many children's and Irish interest. There's some toys and collectables towards the back, magazines and stationary at the very back. Great staff

The staffs are kind and the store is big. There are a lot of things. You can buy stationery at a bookstore.

This is a very well good store.. I browsed for different types of books and I found some items that my local store in Sligo had not. All the while the staff were very courteous and helpful to us.. This is a store well worth a visit. My Son loved their Marvel comic section.

Great selection of books . Huge range of Stationary, very pretty ringbinders etc! Good place to purchase art supplies and schoolbooks. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about both books and art supplies. Insomnia coffee shop upstairs which is very welcome!

Love going there to get general office supplies, notebooks and a few art supplies as well. Good prices. Decent selection of magazines but I've seen more in other Easons stores.

Worst customer service experience ever trying to buy a school books over a few days. Lady at the schoolbooks section has no idea what books she has there. Out of 12 subjects we were able to buy only 4. Others not in. Sold 2 wrong books out of 4 on Sunday lunchtime. Never showed us the books to confirm those are from the list given, packed all books together and went to the till. We paid for covers, 2 covers were placed ugly and wrong. OK, next day wife went to change those wrong books. Not even sorry for this from assistants. Also ordered 2 books online to be collected in store. Got a call today that order arrived. Coming to the store ladies giving us just 1 book. Other is sold out. Amazing! Why did you called us to collect if it was sold out??? When pointed on this ladies made faces like what she wants from us. When asked to make covers for books again ruined the task, cover clued wrong way. Sorry lady if you do your job do it properly, we pay you for that. I won't come again to this store and won't recommend to anyone. Avoid! Sales advisers don't know anything and doing nothing just to customers to go away and don't disturb.

You find almost everything that you need at the store. It's a very nice and organised place.

This bookseller has lots of variety, but I have found some problems: the prices are not always the best (ie you would find the same cheaper in some other store). Some offers are not shared (it is on a local store and not in another. This not applies to books but stationery). Finally, some of their staff are not very helpful (I asked to get all books of a collection and there was no meaning of having them all in that store. I had to order them “click and collect” to get them, which was good because I got an extra discount).

This store is very handy for books stationary or even small gifts. It is located right in the heart of Patrick Street. They do birthday cards anniversary all the special occasions. They do school books university to a limit and very educational books. They even have current affairs books papers and magazines. Also what is very useful is they allow 10 per cent student discount on stationary and other products. Not all items but the important ones for university school etc etc. To any tourist particularly Spanish French or any international if you want to buy stationary at a reasonable price use your student card and obtain student discounts. Staff always very helpful. They are very friendly ask if you need help with looking for something they will assist happily.

As a book store its good, but it used to have a super stationery department, where you could get anything. Not so now. And the store overall is much smaller ☹️
