Beautiful shop definitely worth a visit if you're planning a trip to the city. Went there recently with my 6 year old Son who very proudly bought a train set. Very good quality toys.

Lovely store and very welcoming and kind staff member. I took my treasured dolly to the teddy hospital here and the lovely lady was careful with her and completely understood what needed to be done. On pick-up, my dolly was completely fixed and the results were fantastic. Thank you so much!!!! I highly recommend this teddy hospital and toy shop.

Very impressive service. I live in Canada, I needed to send a gift to my niece for her 1st birthday, I ordered the gifts online expecting them to just arrive in the original packaging, when my sister received them she sent pictures of them all wrapped up beautifully. I was so happy a chose a local toy store now; happy to support from abroad.

I am very pleased with how quickly my item was delivered . We ordered a gift for our youngest for his 2nd birthday , a very nostalgic red fire engine ride on . This gift arrived at our door the very next day . We bought a very similar toy for our eldest on his 1st birthday he is now 19 years old . A wonderful shop offering an incredible personal and thoughtful service - a great example of why we all benefit from supporting our local shops. I bought a gift yesterday morning online for my nephew and the owner drove out to deliver it in person the same day along with a handwritten note. I didn't even realise he was going to do so. What a great service and a terrific shop.

This is a magical toy shop and I highly recommend a visit, but this year I have discovered that their online store is just as special. We got both birthday and (a very early!) Christmas gifts delivered and they arrived with the same excellent customer service you would expect at Pinocchios.

Recently got my 5yr old sons teddy repaired in Pinocchios (Mr Dangles). The teddy was in rough condition from years of being played with and thrown around. Christel done a fantastic job repairing him. My boy was so happy to get him back. Beautiful shop and great staff. Will definitely return again.
