I purchased a bracelet on Saturday 8th December which cost 149 euro. A few days later I saw they are having a promotion starting 9th December which is a free crystal star gift with a purchase of 111 euro or more. I e-mailed the head quarters in London and they e-mailed me back advising that it would be up to the shop where I purchased. They advised me to contact the shop and they may give me the gift as a gesture of goodwill. I rang the shop and spoke with a Siobhan who informed me that I was not entitled to the gift as the promotion started the day after my purchase. When I asked about the shops returns policy I was informed I had until the 13th January to return the bracelet. I will be returning my bracelet and not purchasing from Swarovski again. For the sake of a free gift they have lost a customer.

I dealt with such a lovely lady in this shop. I didn’t catch her name but she had long blonde hair. I came in with a damaged necklace which I had gotten in a Swarovski shop in America. I went in hoping to get it repaired but she kindly replaced it for me with no fuss. I didn’t expect such good service and I was really impressed! Would recommend their service to anyone.

Clean and sticking to Covid guidelines very well, Excellent staff, was served by a lovely lady didn’t get her name but she had blond curly hair, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly went in for just a browse and came out with a new purchase! Would defiantly recommend this store.

I love Swarovski but would not recommend purchasing it at this store, staff are not very helpful or pleasant,would not visit again.

Bought Ted baker earrings this morning very disappointed with presentation box as they are a gift.

I had to exchange a ring bought in Spain, the blonde lady I dealt with was very helpful and very friendly. Showed her the issue with the ring and immediately did the exchange. Would recommend the jewellers.
