I
went
to
the
toyshop
today
with
my
two
kids
and
my
Mother.
My
Mother
wanted
to
buy
the
kids
their
Christmas
present.
When
my
daughter
entered
the
shop
(nearly
9)
the
owner
asked
her
abruptly
if
she
was
being
supervised
before
she
entered.
I
thought
this
was
strange
as
clearly
there
was
two
adults
behind
her.
We
were
then
told
we
had
three
minutes
to
shop
and
then
had
to
leave
the
store
(this
was
at
4.50pm).
We
were
told
the
time
5pm
to
6pm
was
for
elderly
shoppers.
My
Mother
is
75
and
mentioned
she
was
elderly
but
there
was
no
reply.
It
was
all
a
bit
strange
but
I
thought
maybe
he
had
a
long
day
and
perhaps
some
kids
had
previously
misbehaved
that
day.
My
daughter
was
picking
out
a
Jelly
cat
black
labrador
teddy
to
give
to
my
Mother
to
purchase
and
a
large
older
lady
came
over
to
her
and
grabbed
the
toy
out
of
her
hand
and
said,
"get
your
hands
off
it,
this
is
for
display
only".
It
was
only
when
we
went
outside
my
daughter
burst
into
tears
and
told
me
what
happened.
I
can't
put
into
words
how
irate
I
am.
My
children
are
well
behaved,
well
mannered
and
show
respect
in
shops
and
restaurants
because
that
is
how
they
have
been
raised.
Shame
on
you
for
treating
a
child
so
appallingly!!!!!
I
buy
from
your
shop
all
the
time
(when
my
children
aren't
with
me)
and
it
is
crystal
clear
that
you
do
not
want
children
in
your
shop.
Tip:
if
you
don't
like
children,
don't
have
a
children's
store.
I
will
never
set
foot
in
your
shop
again.
Ye
should
call
to
Arts
&
Hobby
in
Douglas
and
learn
how
children
should
be
treated.
Maybe
it's
time
to
hand
over
the
reigns
as
you
are
both
clearly
not
very
happy.
