bought
a
vape
here
(Voopoo

and
then
had
a
problem
with
the
automatic
mode.
The
vape
still
had
1
month
warranty
and
I
took
the
vape
to
the
store
and
they
gave
me
a
new
vape
on
29/01/2023.
I
was
also
told
that
I
also
have
the
return
warranty
and
the
employee,
who
was
very
friendly,
also
told
me
that
these
vape
models
rarely
have
such
problems.
Since
I
wanted
this
vape
so
much,
I
then
wanted
to
try
it
again
and
decided
to
get
a
new
vape.
After
about
a
month
and
a
half,
I
have
the
same
problem.
I
went
back
to
the
store
on
11.04.2023
and
described
my
problem
and
that
I
had
had
the
same
problem
before.
I
also
presented
my
bill.
The
employee
was
someone
else,
he
immediately
called
his
manager
and
asked
if
he
could
do
the
return.
He
was
told
that
he
could
not.
I
then
asked
him
for
a
solution
and
he
said
that
I
should
write
an
e-mail
to
the
store
Wicked
Vapes
and
explain
my
problems
in
the
e-mail.
It
was
not
clear
to
me
what
I
should
have
written
an
e-mail
for.
I
told
him
that
it
was
pointless
to
send
an
e-mail
as
I
had
been
to
the
store
and
asked
for
immediate
help.
But
he
nodded
his
head
and
said
there
was
nothing
he
could
do.
I
do
not
recommend
you
to
visit
this
store
as
they
will
not
help
you
with
your
problems
even
if
you
have
a
warranty.
The
old
staff
were
happy
to
help
you,
be
it
with
the
assortments
or
the
service.
