My kids love throwing stones to the water at Cuskinny beach. Nice spot at summer time for a swim too. Also a tiny (bit dangerous) walk to feed the birds.

I only had a brief visit today but the views seem to be spectacular. I'll report back with a more comprehensive review once I can investigate the area.

Lovely small nature reserve managed by BWI for a small birding venture or a little stroll

👍👍 A fantastic place to visit. So much to see and learn about. The guided tour is recommended but you can explore yourself with the Spike Island App. Make sure to confirm your return ferry time and don't be late 😉

👍👍 Nice, short, but very beautiful walk. Great views of the harbour, Cobh, Spike Island and Crosshaven. There is a coffee stall and public toilets on site. Great history boards all around the route. Very well presented and frames the town of Cobh beautifully for photographs
