Fantastic pizza here but the pizza of the month not a great idea. Folding the pizza in half turns the pizza to mush and really ruins the normally lovely flavor. Toppings are lost, texture is lost and its just a bit disappointing when you guys make such a great pizza. Maybe a bit more info about what to expect with the pizza of the month would be good.

I have to preface this review to tell you I love pizza. I've eaten pizza all over the world at maybe a hundred different places. We ordered 3 pizzas and a garlic bread and only the garlic bread was excellent and one pizza was good. The pesto pizza I ordered was nearly uneatable. There were so many ingredients on it that you couldn't get any idea of what you were eating. The onions were soggy and the pesto was some kind of generic no flavour. The pizza my wife got was a great pizza by all means but again, the ingredients were poured on there. I'd like to see some simpler pizzas, pesto, mozzarella and chorizo. Bacon banana and garlic, things like that. The margarita pizza was amazing. That and the garlic pizza blew my taste buds into submission. If you like the fully loaded style of pizza you'll enjoy it here. Personally, I was split between love for some food and throwing the remaining of the rest away.

Ordered 3 pizzas Parma Creme, Pesto Prince and Carnivore. Only Parma Creme tastes good to our palate the rest are just weird combination of flavors. Garlic bread is superb. Service and place is awesome.

Meat toppings were raw. The pizza itself was extremely greasy and the slices fell apart trying to pick them up. Report made to health inspector, avoid this place as it's the worst place in all of cork

A very good Pizza but not "The Best" as it was hyped to be. The dough, while tasty, was limp... I prefer a crisp crusty dough that holds up under the sauce and toppings. The sauce was pretty good, tomatoey, sweet and not overdone. The Cheese was tasty. My son loved his Pepperoni Pizza. A good pizza but I've had much better. The service wasn't very friendly either. You would expect that they would provide a flimsy paper plate on takeout orders considering that the city accommodates many hotel guests, but not here!. We were lucky to grab a few napkins.

Amazing place ! We were a group of 12 persons whitout booking. The owner directly made space for us outside, with the heat on. Really quick, really nice. Good pizzas, arrives really quickly ! Everything was just perfect ! Thank you !

My visit to the pizzeria was a bit disappointing (i was expecting "the best" pizza in Cork). The pizza I ordered was dry, lacking tomato sauce, and there were no sauce options like pepper sauce available. They also didn't provide ice/lemon for the Coca-Cola. The service was good and quick, and the prices were reasonable, but improvements are needed in pizza quality and amenities.

We came in an hour before closing but it was a quick eat and run not staying long and we were done in 15-20mins. The staff were nice but they clearly didn’t prepare the nachos right it tasted old and it was smelly. But the pizza was was good.

I was here with my partner today. I tried the vegan cheese on my pizza. Wasn't a huge fan but was pleasantly surprised when a staff member came over asking if there was something wrong with the pizza and offered to make me another one instead, since I didn't like the one I got. I said no thanks, but have to say, the fact she offered another pizza at all was class. I'd nearly come here again solely for the service lol. Aside from the vegan cheese though, everything was great. The nachos were fantastic. The place was clean and well decorated. I like that I could see into the traditional oven from my seat too. I could watch the pizzas being made. Really cool. Overall 5/5. I will be back again

Wood fired sourdough pizza is hard to get wrong but this place makes it great which the toppings on offer - really delicious pizza and we massively over ordered with a pizza each and potato on the side (we took leftovers for lunch the next day!). Definitely worth a stop by if you're in Cork

The pizza was good, maybe the chorizo pizza was a little too salty. …very expensive, but all the pizza places in Cork are so expensive that cannot be justified!!!

Pizza was nice. Loved that it had black pudding which is totally different from usual pizza joints. Also had the Mexican pizza with nachos and sour cream which was really not great. We got dough balls on top of it, they were so bad, what a shame :/

Omg ...what a wonderful experience. Love heart pizza for the weekend that was in it. Young lady waitress was so great at her job. absolutely couldn't fault it. Waitress greeted us and seated us and served us straight away, very helpful with the menu and designed the pizza to our taste. Wine ..omg top notch. Cleanliness superb, very fast service. Definitely will go again as you can see from the photo's this was a very special treat. We'd highly recommend it, and we wil be back. We had a fantastic Friday night here and were singing with happiness going back to the bus station for our drive home. Never ever drink and drive especially after the wine 🍷 πŸ˜‰

Both the pizza and the potatoes were seasoned in a way that was just off. The bread was great though.

Thr vegetarian pizza took more than one hour to deliver. We paid 20 euro with delivery. Received a cold pizza, cheese wasn't even melted. It was also so loaded with ingrediants that it had a very soggy texture.

Best pizza I ve had in years. It even beats many places in Italy. Just make sure you Don’t expect any particular level of service. This said, I would be back cause the pizzas are incredible. (The capricciosa in particular) Good job guys.

Our pizzas arrived completely squashed to the side, and all of the cheese was congealed and stuck to the side of the lid - see photo as proof. Whole lot had go straight into the bin. Absolute joke.

Absolutely the pizza anywhere, including Italy and we've been many times. It's a real woodfired oven which you can see in the shop working. The wood fired potatoes are delicious too. Highly recommend and will get our next pizza there.

Fresh ingredients on top of tasty dough, baked in wood fire oven. Ideal sized perfect pizza for a fair price. Staff is also very pleasant and friendly. 10/10

Used to be a 5 star spot, was probably the best pizza in Cork for a while but standards have dropped. Last couple of visits, soggy pizza, ingredients don't have same quality. 3 stars because service still friendly and dough balls very good but don't think I'll be back

Loved it They do everything on their menu as a gluten free option and to be honest you couldn't tell the difference , not in size shape or taste . I sat outside in a brilliant heated seating area the staff were brilliant too . They also have gluten free beer , sure what's not to like Pizza and Beer .

Delivery was fine. but the pizza itself was not what i expected. taste wise it was just ok. the crust was incredibly thin and flimsy also quite greasy. a lot of people seem to like it and when i walk past the smell is great. All i know is i paid 15 euro for a pizza i did not think it was worth it . It was my first time ordering from here so maybe it was just my pizza i have nothing to compare it too. all in all it was a bit of a letdown. wont order again.

This place was great! The pizza was delicious, in fact, I was told by the host (very kind person) that the chef is Italian. I highly recommend this place. Is a lovely restaurant with Italian-made pizza Oak fire style.
