I had an appointment in June i 2023 n laya clinic in caherdavin in limerick.From start to finish the staff were amazing especially a young girl called Amy ,she was so nice ,she had just started the job and really showed her skills and her personality was very positive and kind.I would highly recommended this clinic as its bright ,clean and location is fantastic. Well done to all the fabulous staff you have in you clinic.

If time is important to you as well as outstanding customer service then I highly recommend Laya Urgent Care in Limerick. I cannot thank them enough as I twisted my ankle & was in agony, I spoke to the receptionist who I think was a girl named Amanda & she was just so understanding & empathetic & explained everything in detail - when I arrived it was Amanda who greeted me with the warmest welcome - I was seen within 5 minutes & treated by Dr Fahmy who was absolute brilliant so was the nurse, an American girl. In and out in less than 20 minutes!! Whoever does the recruitment there I'd like to talk to them as I'm in the business & they need to be applauded for hiring such utterly amazing staff who are perfect in their positions!!! Thank you so much for everything.

Child was sick early and we got an appointment quickly. When I got there it was quiet in Reception, and Amanda (I think her name was) went our of her way to put the TV on to the kids channel. The nurse was great and Fahmy the Doctor was excellent. Great facility to have here in Limerick. Fantastic Experience. Well done 👏 👍

As a tourist on a walking holiday, I had an accident on the Wicklow Way that required visiting the ER back in Dublin and getting stitches in my knee. Due to have them out, I was having some difficulty finding a place that would remove the stitches. Upon calling Laya, I was assured that not only would they remove the stitches, they could do so that day at an affordable cost. Arriving, I received excellent immediate care from the front desk, doctor, and the nurse who removed the stitches. I left feeling a great relief! Thank you!

If there were negative stars they would receive it. Went to be seen for an urgent issue, but they felt it was a chronic issue so refused care. Male nurse, Jose, was extremely rude and seemed poorly educated. Would recommend going somewhere else where there is a higher standard of care and the medical staff - doctor/nurse - are more confident in their medical skills.

The Laya team are amazing on the Ennis Road. I have had a cough since February. My doctor kept saying it was asthma. I knew something wasn’t right. On the 23rd May I went into Laya, got a chest X-ray and they found something. Dr. Zipho and his team arranged an urgent ct scan for me. I got the ct that Thursday and on Friday I got the dreaded results. On the 27th May I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Dr. Zipho was so calm and relaxed with me knowing how upset I was after receiving the news. I have now started chemo and am on the mend to getting myself better. Thank you to Dr. Zipho and his team for helping me and actually listening to me

Absolutely brilliant. My son dislocated his shoulder last Saturday playing Rugby. We arrived at 2.30 and he was immediately given some pain relief and some badly needed pity and attention. We were on the road home at 3.30 after he had been X-Rayed and his shoulder reset. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff particularly Juan and the Doctor(Whose name I didn’t catch but I’d she is South African by her accent). Thanks again to everyone.

Laya health and well-being clinic is an excellent service for limerick . The Doctors and nurses and reception staff went above and beyond when I visited the clinic . Such efficient and friendly service .
