It's fine, not much to complain about. Few tips: 1. Parking is ridiculously expensive, but you can park just outside the hotel by the street for free (photo attached) or use nearby public parking lots ("parcheggio" on the map) 2. It's free to bring your dog along, you also get a dog bed and dog bowls as a part of the service! 3. Breakfast is not worth 20 euro, eat elsewhere. On top of that, espresso is bad. 4. Around 18, sun sets behind the building, so the swimming pool is in shade. Towels are provided at the pool and you can lay and chill on the grass if all seating spots are full. 5. Fitness area is typical for hotels - many cardio machines and only basic weights. Basic set of dumbbells and two benches. Ok for a light strength training with dumbbells, but that's it. Enjoy your stay!

It’s a nice clean hotel in a good location, as long as the intentions of your stay do not require you to visit the city by public transport. The rooms are very big, bright and spacious. The bar is nice, again spacious. The staff are fantastic. On the negative side, they turn down the air conditioning on less than hot days, so the rooms are warm and stuffy. The room service menu is awfully limited and not great quality. Menu items are often missing or ‘sold out’.

The details, location, and staff, contribute to make this a wonderful property. The rooms are clean and feel new, the restaurant is professional and a step above. The only issue is to find a taxi on the weekend can take a few extra minutes. Hardly a problem, just plan ahead We had the breakfast 4 days and it was consistent and big! They will also make eggs to order. A great property, about 20 minutes or less to anywhere. Fiero Milano is 20, Milan for dinner 20, it's a good location.

Title: Disastrous Stay at Sheraton San Siro I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Sheraton San Siro, and I must say that it was a complete letdown. The customer service was nothing short of terrible, leaving me utterly disappointed. Not only was there a lack of a concierge service, but the overall attitude of the staff was unhelpful and indifferent. The limited amenities at the hotel were a stark reminder of the price for the stay. The room itself was far from being clean and inviting. To my dismay, it was filled with dust, making my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Waking up with a congested nose was not the kind of memory I had hoped to take away from my trip. The state of cleanliness extended to my personal belongings as well. My phone and other items were covered in dust. Additionally, the shocking provision of only two small water bottles in the room, with an exorbitant charge of five euros for each additional one, felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze every last penny out of guests. All in all, my experience at Sheraton San Siro was far from what I expected from a reputed hotel chain. The abysmal customer service, lack of concierge service, limited amenities, and unacceptable room conditions have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice and explore other options that would provide a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

Bar prices for drinks and snacks(size of the caprese salad was a joke for 18 Euros...half a tomato and one piece of mozzarella) way to high(little glas of wine 10Euros, glass of italian beer 10 Euros), no coffee maker in the room, pool is a loud, splashing childrens pool(nothing to relax), 30 Euros for the parking, elevator carpet very dirty! On the positive side...... staff very friendly, very good bed.

Just a very important information: hotel is very good: service, all fresh and new! Good upgrade. However we decided to save on parking -which is 30 euros per night, we parked our car outside, where many cars were parked and same night it was robbed, window was broken and all our staff gone. There is a point not to spoil the vacation or business trip snd to park inside for this price 🤷‍♀️. Otherwise hotel is very good with nice access to airport.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding! Always courteous and happy to help! Breakfast is tasty with a nice selection of foods, and fresh coffee available at any time! The Sheraton Club Lounge is also a nice experience, especially with live music that they have weekly! Amazing atmosphere and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my future business trips!

The scent of fresh flowers hits u straight away when u enter!! Magnolias I suspect. But there's flowers decorating the entire lobby. Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Gym is well equipped and 23hrs. Bus stop right in front of hotel with hotel shuttle to city centre twice a day too. Awesome hotel. And of course is Bonvoy!! Nearly forgot....Great area for a morning run!!!

Room service is fine. You can ask for a late check out and if the hotel is not busy they will let you stay until 16.00. The food is good. The location is a bit far from the train station so it is better to come here by a bus or car.

What a wonderful hotel. Beautiful exterior matched by beautiful interiors. The customer service here is unmatched. Everyone is so helpful. I would like to thank Leonardo Silva who took time to provide us with so many helpful details with a smile. The only negatives for us were not enough water in the room and in general the lack of restaurants around the location which is not the property's fault. Buffet breakfast was good. There should be at least one more restaurant though in the property or something offering a continental menu.

Overall we had a great stay. We had some issues initially but the management sorted it out. Rooms are comfortable and hotel looks new. The service could be improved although it depended on the individual. Park for free outside and save yourself 25 euros daily!

Amazing hotel, A little bit expensive. They have a delicious fries on their restaurant. The only bad thing is the room service, we did take our luggage out, and they refused to get us water we had to get down to purchase it.

Definitely only a business hotel, unless it's for a soccer game . Out of the way although a shuttle service to the Duomo is offered for a few times a day. Poor reception on arrival. Concierge did not bother to assist with luggage and reception could not find booking (?) Yet they knew I had 2 rooms that had been paid for! Eventually got rooms only to find that one was with disabled bathroom/shower (executive room!) - no warning in this regard. Bathroom completely flooded when we used shower . Could not use Bathroom and had to use 2nd room we had. Reported it to reception in morning and they promised to move us ro another room. On return from a day long tour , the receptionist did not appear to know about our flooding. They were reluctant to move us until I got a little stern. Eventually got a room with normal bathroom facilities that didn't and couldn't flood . While I appreciate the effort to take care of the disabled, I think that our experience would have added more unnecessary stress to anyone in that position. The food in the hotel was reasonably good especially the starters . The meat was good but they do not understand medium to well ....only medium. On departure, when asked of experience at hotel, I gave a detailed account of my experience , which was received with empathy. Nonetheless, it is not what I expect from the Sheraton brand. I chose to stay there because the other hotels that were still available (F1 weekend and other events) were unknown to me and reviews were suspect - the Sheraton brand and its association with the Marriot group, gave me the comfort to stay there even though it was isolated from the action in Milan. Evidently , I should have taken my chances ....I wasn't saving anything nor upgrading by being at the Sheraton, It in fact has cost me more...nevermind the frustration and being out of the way, with few amenities in the area. Poor show !

Rooms are clean (as expected from Sheraton) however house keeping staff not thorough at some areas. Hotel property well maintained. Issued a PRMD (person with reduced mobility and disability) room which I didn't not request for. Staff (Alan) was very resistance, rude and aggressive towards my request to change however changed it after I was rather assertive on the matter. The internet/WiFi connection for the entire building was not at its best (running at 5 Mbps at it's best, from 18th Sep to 22nd Sep 2022) and signal would fall off constantly. Hotel guest were asked to use the WiFi at the lobby. Hotel location is not convenient if you need to travel to Milan City area. Hotel menu rather limited and no room service available at this moment. Limited selection of food/ restaurant around hotel area. Need to walk at least 15 to 20 mins to find reasonable restaurant. It's location may be well suited for company conference that require participants to stay in and not get distracted with the beauty of Milan City and what it has to offer.

Honestly, my first-time experience in Milan was not great and I don't think I'd go back again. However, your hotel was the only positive memory I have of Milan. The room was spacious and clean. The gym was impressive. Breakfast was great. One thing I did notice was the room was not sound proofed that well. I could hear the firedoor closing/opening and people coughing in the hallway. Other than that, it was still great.

The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and well decorated. However, the website indicated there was easy access from the airport to the hotel. However, we had to take a train, two different subways and then a bus or walk 20 minutes. The surrounding area lacked other restaurants and services. The website was also confusing as we misunderstood that we were not entitled to a complementary breakfast indicated in the website as we were using points. We were publicly humiliated by the desk staff member and brushed off by management when we wrote to draw this to their attention. I was told I just wanted something I was not entitled to. No apology. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bed. Rooms a bit noisy and pretty warm. Airco is not up to par. Hotel is large and misses a personal touch. But most problematic is distance to Centre and absence of public transport close bye. Will not come back.

A safe bet when going to football games. Great vibes with a good mix of fellow supporters from around the world. Sometimes we get free upgrades. Overall service quality, friendliness, rooms are outstanding. During the many stays never an issue apart from an elevator being blocked for the Tottenham team which made it very exciting!

Worst wifi ever!! Pls do not take room 1112. Wifi gets disconnected every 5 mins and takes 5-10 minutes to reconnect again! Called service desk and blame it on my devices. Staff mentioned there was no issue on their side nor is there any technicians working on it. Even if there was, I was there for 3 days and issue not resolved? No follow up Action? It can’t be happening on both my devices at the same time and when I walk closer to the lift area to make a call I stay connected for a good 30mins. Obviously it’s the location of the room which seems to be a blind spot for hotel wifi. Either u improve on your router strength if not I find it totally unethical to let out any of such rooms to hotel guests.

really nice after spending a few nights in the centre of Milan. This feels like a nice country retreat. All the staff are very friendly, and although it's a large hotel, feels quiet in a nice way. Rooms are a nice size and bathrooms are great. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights. Upon arrival I was welcomed by the doormen and porter, and they took care of my luggage. Reception staff is very kind and helpful. Everywhere you go, employees from all departments will greet you with a genuine smile. Breakfast has plenty of variety and the best Italian coffee of course. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely view. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff is very polite and courteous. Meetings were well arranged as well. I can not think of any negative remarks, thank you all for making my stay exceptional! Also a special thanks to Giulia and Paolo from the front desk.

I wanted to give 5 stars, but… 🏬We stayed for 7 nights in two rooms on the club floor. The hotel is overall very nice! The rooms and facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. 👩‍💼 The staff on the hotel were overall professional and friendly throughout our stay and really made us feel welcome. 🏊‍♂️The pool area is not the biggest, however, it was never packed throughout our 7 nights stay, and it provided a selection of sunbeds and beanbag like sunloungers. 🥩The Argentinian restaurant was amazing, some of the best ribs we have ever had in great surroundings. The restaurants outdoor space was incredible, but the only downside was the many mosquitos 😅 🥐 The breakfast was extensive with a wide selection of options, including gluten free options. 🍷 The Club Happy Hour provided a good range of warm and cold dishes, and a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. 🛋️ The club lounge was nice but missing atmosphere as breakfast and ‘happy hour’ was served in the restaurant, so it was mostly empty. The selection of soft drinks were limited to Pepsi & Pepsi Max, as well as still & sparking water. 🤬However, the MAJOR PAIN POINTS was the parking and shuttle into Milano. 🤬🅿️Parking was a mess with lack of space due to maintenance and conflicting messaging on what to do, and loads of spots reserved and left empty for over 18 hours for so called important guests’… 🤬🚎The shuttle was incredibly poorly managed, and resulted in a number of situations with shouting and angry passengers who all had booked the same shuttle (when being able to provide proof from the App chat where the booking was confirmed by the front desk)... I want to give the hotel 5 stars, as it’s a really nice property and some nice staff (big shout to the housekeeper too!!) but the level of impact from the last two incidents really left me between rating the hotel 3 or 4 stars as it at the end impacted the overall experience of the stay. Overall 4 out of 5 ⭐️

A quick stop over before departing from Malpensa airport. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they upgraded us (suppose it was Christmas day), nice spacious room and had an amazing meal at the hotel restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for time in Milan, not far from the city center, as they also provide a shuttle service to the center. All in all a great experience.

Wow, very positive stay, best impressions. Rooms are large (ok, we got an upgrade), functional and well designed. Staff great. Added to favorite hotel in my list. Only, the pool policy is lunatic, as others already mentioned… Visited June 2022

An excellent hotel in Milan. The rooms and service were to notch. The hotel, as an extra bonus gets you with an excellent smell throughout the hotel. Many more hotels should implement this technique. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a great hotel, more an oasis to come down. Pool and Baby Pool, Kids Play area, Great Restaurant and such a nice staff. We will definitely come back! We had one of the best filet mignon ever.

Fresh, well designed, spacious common spaces. HOTEL Parking price for 24 hrs was 30eur which is IMO VERY HIGH, but there is a parking outside where we parked.

Sheraton Milan San Siro is a business and conference hotel just outside Milan, it is about 30 minutes away from both main airports, Linate LIN and Malpensa MXP. The hotel is situated in between three nature reserves, if you fancy walking or running, however the hotel has a full size gym on the top floor across from the Sheraton club. There are several bars and restaurants onsite, and some around the hotel if you want something else. There is a nice outdoor pool and pool bar with a terrace on the back if the hotel. The rooms are big and modern with all needed amenities including chromecast to the TV. The hotel has a nice colour palette throughout the different areas, which is well matched with the furniture. There is parking available in the basement of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and whilst the executive lounge is closed at the moment due to covid-19, they serve breakfast and drinks in the bar instead.

Very nice and modernized hotel very close to the San Siro stadium of Milan. Breakfast is excellent and the quality of the bedrooms is good. Good internet connection. Very well equipped Gym and 2 good restaurants for lunch or dinner.

We were staying at this hotel with family. While my husband was working in Milan, my kids and I spent great time next to the swimming pool and at the playground. Breakfast is good , service is good, although, the hotel was full of people. They have all the food that kids love to eat. We also like very much their restaurant with green terrace. You should try the meat they cook in a special way. It’s delicious! Room is good with very comfortable bed. This is, definitely, our hotel for the next time we come to Milan. Thank you very much!!!

We spent 6 nights at the Sheraton San Siro, in General the hotel is good and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.. the breakfast was very nice with good ambient and view.. but the rooms were small comparing to a junior suite and executive room !! The house keeping was bad, they rarely vacuum the rooms and the cleaning was poor.. we ordered room service but we were surprised that this service was not available .. in addition to the hotel location which is 20 minutes away from the City centre and was a big disadvantage to us in the presence of the taxi’s strikes!!

A+ service. Good Italian breakfast. Nice outside poll, rooms clean and well serviced. Location is 20min outside of Duomo but it is near San Siro Stadium so it's great option for 'football' stay at Milano.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Siro - 3 nights at the hotel. The rooms were modern and well kept and the hotel had a nice vibe mixing between a business hotel and a more relaxed hotel (e.g. the inclusion of a small pool). The hotel's location is not bad in terms of getting in and out of the city center (frequent bus stops right at the door) however there is very little in terms of amenities around the hotel - no supermarkets or even corner shops which we could find - and no easily accessible cafes or places for breakfast. We ended up paying for the a la carte breakfast every day so would recommend having the breakfast included! Would recommend for a short visit or a business trip but not particularly the best for a vacation to see Milan.

Had a situation where I lost a phone on the way to the hotel. Despite the rooms being fully booked and having an accordingly crowded check in, the staff having to manage several events at the same time, the staff and manager helped me navigate the byzantine process of talking to the Italian police as well as using Google to locate the phone. In particular, Alan stood by me and thought of everything possible until at least 6 hours later, the phone was found and returned. Paco and Gabriele at the front desk were awesome. Such service was world class and a very rare thing to be cherished. Bravissimo!!!

Fantastic property. Got in late last night and had a smooth checkin. Alan helped us with some car issues that we had. He was extremely helpful in making a crazy day as calm as possible. The hotel was fantastic and very refreshing! Thank you Alan!!!

Wonderful staff, excellently maintained rooms and common areas. We've traveled the world in 2022, staying at a lot of Marriott/Starwood hotels, and this one sits right up there (we would say it's nicer than the Ritz Carlton in Tel Aviv, for what it's worth!). Good breakfast, nice lounge area w/ happy hour, and nice pool area. The downside would be the location is a bit far from center of Milan, but it's easily accessible w/ car or public transportation. Based on our experience, we would absolutely return here.

  • 5/5 Hawaa S. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean. Great customer service. Room amenities above expectations of a Sheraton. Was upgraded to a junior suite. Breakfast buffet, bar and restaurant great! Lobby decor put the cherry on top!

The hotel is located 20 min drive from downtown or 45 min by public transportation. Luckily, the hotel provides shuttle services in the morning at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and return shuttle at 6 PM. It's better to book it a day or two ahead, but even if it's fully booked, you can still try to get on because some people may not show up at the last minute. Even if you have to take public transportation, it's not too bad. The walk to the San Siro station is only 15 min and it's an easy walk or you can take the #80 bus to get to the metro station. The hotel provides a nice buffet breakfast and happy hour, and has all the essential amenities such as swimming pool, fitness room, and even a sauna/spa. I enjoyed my 5 night stay at this hotel and would choose to stay here again if I visit Milan. I just wish the shuttle service was more frequent and the sauna stayed open later at night.

Clean and well design hotel. Toilet not my favorite as when you shower, there are no doors to prevent water from splashing out and that will make the toilet floor outside of the shower area wet. You can take a bus right in front of the hotel to the nearest subway station and the bus timing is quite frequent. Noting much around the surrounding area besides some small eatery and a Carrefour. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a 4 due to the location.
