I
wanted
to
give
5
stars,
but…
🏬We
stayed
for
7
nights
in
two
rooms
on
the
club
floor.
The
hotel
is
overall
very
nice!
The
rooms
and
facilities
are
modern,
clean
and
well
maintained.
👩💼
The
staff
on
the
hotel
were
overall
professional
and
friendly
throughout
our
stay
and
really
made
us
feel
welcome.
🏊♂️The
pool
area
is
not
the
biggest,
however,
it
was
never
packed
throughout
our
7
nights
stay,
and
it
provided
a
selection
of
sunbeds
and
beanbag
like
sunloungers.
🥩The
Argentinian
restaurant
was
amazing,
some
of
the
best
ribs
we
have
ever
had
in
great
surroundings.
The
restaurants
outdoor
space
was
incredible,
but
the
only
downside
was
the
many
mosquitos
😅
🥐
The
breakfast
was
extensive
with
a
wide
selection
of
options,
including
gluten
free
options.
🍷
The
Club
Happy
Hour
provided
a
good
range
of
warm
and
cold
dishes,
and
a
good
selection
of
alcoholic
and
non-alcoholic
drinks.
🛋️
The
club
lounge
was
nice
but
missing
atmosphere
as
breakfast
and
‘happy
hour’
was
served
in
the
restaurant,
so
it
was
mostly
empty.
The
selection
of
soft
drinks
were
limited
to
Pepsi
&
Pepsi
Max,
as
well
as
still
&
sparking
water.
🤬However,
the
MAJOR
PAIN
POINTS
was
the
parking
and
shuttle
into
Milano.
🤬🅿️Parking
was
a
mess
with
lack
of
space
due
to
maintenance
and
conflicting
messaging
on
what
to
do,
and
loads
of
spots
reserved
and
left
empty
for
over
18
hours
for
so
called
important
guests’…
🤬🚎The
shuttle
was
incredibly
poorly
managed,
and
resulted
in
a
number
of
situations
with
shouting
and
angry
passengers
who
all
had
booked
the
same
shuttle
(when
being
able
to
provide
proof
from
the
App
chat
where
the
booking
was
confirmed
by
the
front
desk)...
I
want
to
give
the
hotel
5
stars,
as
it’s
a
really
nice
property
and
some
nice
staff
(big
shout
to
the
housekeeper
too!!)
but
the
level
of
impact
from
the
last
two
incidents
really
left
me
between
rating
the
hotel
3
or
4
stars
as
it
at
the
end
impacted
the
overall
experience
of
the
stay.
Overall
4
out
of
5
