After struggling with foliculitis and being treated with different medications and nothing working. I decided to get laser hair removal and it has been the best decision ever. Especially since Norma is very great at making sure each visit is comfortable as can be and I always get the best results.

Having tried electrolysis some time ago, I decided that I wanted faster results and started looking into laser hair removal as an option. After two sessions with Norma, I know I made the right choice! She is very knowledgeable about the process and took special care to make sure the laser settings would not damage my skin (which is indeed starting to look quite silky). I can't wait to see my results another couple of sessions from now, and am considering getting other areas done as well. I wish I'd started going to Norma years ago!

Amazing laser results, even after one time. Norma is very sweet and she does a great job. She tries to make it as quick and painless as possible. The results are amazing and you feel smooth and fresh. If I can choose to do this again I definitely would. I would rate this a 10/10.

Norma is the best! She makes you feel comfortable and at ease when getting laser done at her location. My leg hair started to thin out after one session and I now find myself rarely having to shave my legs (after three sessions). Let me start off by saying that I had never gotten any laser done, but I had been in the market since 2019 or so. I found a place back home, in California, yet I always seemed to put off booking any session...until my friend recommended Norma! Without much hesitation, I finally did it. I booked an appt and had my first session, and I have not looked back since. Not exaggerating, but I definitely noticed its effectiveness after my first session! I am so thankful to my friend for the referral and to Norma for my results. I have one more session left, and I must say, Norma knows what she is doing even with her interesting preparation/numbing methods. Gotta love it.
