Really disappointed in the experience. I had seen the high number of stars in the reviews and thought they were a good option - I wish I paid more attention to the 1 star reviews - awful experience getting my hair and make up done. Waiting times , but worse my make up was shocking, I asked for professional look for a work event and for it to be light. I looked Orange and covered in glitter. AVOID!

Went here with Mum & Sister as special treat for us all. Had not spent time together in ages. The whole experience was rushed and we got asked numerous times what type of manacur we wanted. The staff kept whispering to each other during our treatments. When our nails had been done we got shipped around the salon to random areas to let nails dry. This was in order to get the next person into our seat at soon as possible. Definitely was not COVID safe as staff didn't wash their hands in between people and surfaces didn't get cleaned down. Please don't overbook, especially during these times. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Not the treat we had been looking forward to for so long

I have been to Paris Lover a few times and every time I've been there, I felt like they were trying to trick you into more than what you actually booked. One time I booked in for a shellac on toes but the owner recorded it in the book as a full pedicure and shellac on toes. Thankfully I spotted it and told them, otherwise I would have had to pay a considerable amount more. When removing shellac on my hands, the owner kept saying things like, will I put on some nail varnish, will I file the nails down? I kept saying, I just want my shellac off. The owner charged me €20 to remove shellac. In my experiences, the owner kept trying to trick into getting more than what I actually wanted. As a result, I have stopped going there and I would not recommend this place to a friend.

I had the Bliss Blowdry done and am so disappointed. Even a week after having my hair done, I still had to go through my whole hair with the flat iron to get it straight, when I was assured that with a quick blow dry after washing, my hair would fall straight. The best that the Bliss Blowdry did was relax the curl a little bit, but it’s still as much work to straighten my hair as before having it done. Now, about 6 weeks after, it’s as if I never had the Bliss done. I’m so disappointed. This is no where near the result I was hoping for or have had in the past from other salons.

Manicure, pedicure, eyebrow shape and tint and holiday waxing all done by a professional, skilled and friendly team! My daughter loved her mermaid manicure and pedicure too 🥰

Fantastic experience. First time getting a pedicure here and won’t be my last. My feet have never looked so good or felt so soft. Expert attention to detail and very knowledgeable on nail care and skin. I’d highly recommend

Siddhant was brilliant. He really took time to help me choose my hair colour (my first time having my hair done with you) and explained the pros and cons of the different tones and also the type of cut to get...he really knows his stuff! He was so good that I booked my next appointment with him before I left...very ,very happy customer ! Receptionist was very friendly too....love this salon!

Perfect bob cut by Sophie with washing hair and blow dry for 30 minutes 😳 it was the first experience in my life! I will go to Paris Lovers again and again for my bob ❤️
