Definitely the best food we had in La Spezia. No offense to the other restaurants but when you're in La Spezia in October, most of the Italian restaurants are serving the same dishes. The same pastas, the same seafood, the same pizza, the same salads, etc. After a couple of times, you want some variety. That's what I liked about Nana. Fresh ingredients (you can watch them make the burger through the window outside) and a great mix of flavors. The staff was very helpful in explaining to us the different types of burgers. We appreciate their help and patience. Would recommend this place 100000%.

What a positive surprise! Restaurant looks like a typical fast-food, however the taste of the food has nothing to do with fast food restaurant. Burgers taste like homemade - great bread roll, meat, sauce, excellent French fries (the best I've ever eaten). If you're in Lá Spezia and you are bored with typical Italian cuisine then you definatelly need to try it! Great culinary experaince!

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and even liked their chimichurri since I make a basil jalapeño version. Loved every bite

Burger was really good with fresh ingredients used. The bun was a little too toasted in my opinion. Fries were good too. Just a little pricey for what you get.

The service was very nice. Friendly staff, even though we arrived in the store 10 minutes before closing. Burger was extremely good, one of the best ever, although the bun was a bit too crumbly for my taste.

Worst service ever, in a Burger Shop. Normal Hamburger comes without(!) sauces at all. As if a Pizza would come without tomato sauce, by default.The guy at the counter didn't tell me or even ask if I want sauce. I asked if they have cheese. Answer: no. No flexibility (if you can add sauce for extra money, why not cheese?) no recommendation of other burgers (maybe some would have even had cheese?! + I would have spend more money) and no ambition to be helpful at all. Wrong job. Total fail.

This was a great spot. The fries are nice and the nana burger I had was delicious and very juicy. I came with a friend spontaneously because we were hungry. It was so worth and I am glad we came.

Burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and seasoned well. So good. Double burger was huge!! French fries were crispy . Onion rings & mozzarella sticks not worth getting, get another side.

Ordered the pulled pork burger and honestly probably one of the best burgers I had. None of that salad and tomato to ruin it, chips were so nice too and i don’t normally eat chips. Friendly staff who were okay to help because I don’t speak any italian thank you

Nana’s burgers are very good, you can even see how they prepare the meat, it gives you a lot of trust in the quality of the food served in this restaurant. What I didn’t expect is that in a burger with fries place, you will have to pay for your ketchup.

Over rated. Average burgers. Bun wasn’t fresh. I saw all the preparation. Ok. But the bun wasn’t fresh. Before 🤬, please improve quality of the bun 👍🏻 I know what I ate 😏

A burger place with fair variety of meats, including vegetarian (not vegan). The menu is more than enough and we couldn't even finish. The staff was very nice and they explained the menu very well. Also important, as a vegetarian, the boy who took our order was very careful and explained the ingredients to me. The vegetarian burger was good, but the meat ones were veeeery good, specially the piamontesa meat (according to my friends). The french fries were also exceptional and abundant. Overall, a good place to eat.

Best burger in town, meat is of a superior quality. Expect a higher price compared to Mc Donalds, but significantly better taste and value for money

Excellent burgers, with multiple types of beef and lots of toppings. The wagyu (current meat of the month) was especially good, noticeably better than the already-fantastic Nana burger. The grilled onions added a lot of flavor as well. We were a little disappointed by the "Nanamisu", which was basically a chocolate-covered ice cream cone with coffee ice cream, panna, and cocoa powder. We had been told we could get Nana's famous tiramisu here, but this was definitely not a tiramisu and frankly not nearly the same quality as the burgers.

Some of the best burgers going, definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area, the high quality burgers really hit the spot with prices being on par with franchises of a similar quality! I will definitely be returning.

The burgers are amazing and fresh and the fries are amazing too. You get to decide what type of bread you get and what type of meat you get for a relatively cheap price (~12 euros for a huge burger, big bag of fries and a drink of your choice)

Very similar to a Shake Shack vibe but you can tell they take their time and use quality ingredients. I liked how the burger and fries weren’t overly salted like burger places in US. I needed a change from pasta for a quick dinner and this place was fine. Apparently they also own a steak house a few blocks away in La Spezia, too.
