I hate the dentist but that said, Nathan is brilliant. Best terrible experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Tooth feels better than it has in years. My faith is restored. I’ll defo be going back to this guy again.

As soon as I walked into the reception of Y Bont Faen Dentist I immediately sensed it had a 'good feel' / 'atmosphere' So clean,light,bright and fresh with reception staff who were friendly,welcoming and helpful. My Dentist,Nathan, was reassuringly calm,pleasant,empathic and professional.Extremely thorough,explaining exactly what the problem was and discussed in detail the work involved,always giving me plenty of time to ask questions at every stage. Nathan was considerate with both myself and his staff who were wonderfully supportive and professional too. I sensed a healthy team spirit which contributed towards a pleasant atmosphere all round. I left the Dentist , pain free and smiling. Feeling relieved and comforted that I had discovered a perfect Dentist, at last.

I made contact after not having been to see a dentist in a while, with my teeth and gums in a pretty bad place. The idea of visiting a dentist paralysed me with anxiety, but I mustered up the strength and don’t regret it one bit. All the staff ant Y Bont Faen Dental Centre are warm, friendly, considerate, and nonjudgemental. They made me feel calm and cared for, and my teeth are the cleanest and healthiest they’ve ever been.
