Coroice is not far from La Paz , recommended this place. Small village where you can do treking to waterfalls and look at some local houses

Coroico's Main Square still has picturesque houses built early in the Republic. Sorrowfully, that also means it is difficult to find satisfactory lodging or restaurants (or decent restrooms!) in the vicinity.

Totalmente descuidada la plaza, los basureros estaban llenos y sucios, no había espacio para sentarse. No hay personal de seguridad. Sin embargo en las tiendas se puede preguntar para obtener información acerca de cómo llegar a otros lugares

Nice place, you can feel the real Bolivia spirit there in a calm and relaxed place. Good places to eat, interesting touris attractions. I feel this is a rather unknown place what should have more difussion out of Bolivia, agriculture, cascades, coffee farms, walking places. One of the curious things you can find here is the Afro-Bolivian community (yes, "afro-cholitas") wonderfully integrated in uses, food and culture. A must visit.

La plaza es pequeña. Hey vendedores de helados, raspadillos, miel, refrescos. También se puede ver gente en estado de ebriedad. No encontré basureros en la plaza, a excepción de basureros de la misma gente que vende helados, raspadillos, etc
