Nice coffee for moderate prices. Most of the coffee comes right from bolivian farms (in cochabamba for example). You can choose the method for preparation of the coffee (french press, chemex) one cup costs around 15bs.

It is in front of Plaza Murillo, the cappuccino coffee is good, the bad, it does not have sweet or savory pastries to accompany it, they only offer you typical sandwiches, nothing special. The attraction of the place is that it maintains those colonial airs of the old town of the city. Good service from the staff, but they didn't let me go up to the top floor. The modern music that the staff likes contrasts with the place, that is, it is not suitable for customers who are mostly elderly. It's missing, I think it can improve.

It was in the evening. Interesting old-fashioned interior, it reminded me of Portugal, but it’s comfortable. I took coffee in a Chemex, the portion is for a cup of coffee. Nice barista. Fairly quick preparation. There is coffee here from Bolivia, to be honest, it reminded me of Costa Rican coffee, everything tastes great. The coffee costs 15 bolivianos, in my opinion the price is adequate.

The Caranavi pour-over is delicious, one of the best coffees in town. The location is caddy corner to the Plaza Murillo.

This shop is close to the square and the art museum so it's a great place to stop. The windows give nice lighting and they make use of it with plants that brighten up the place. Despite my lack of Spanish, the people working here worked with me to order coffee. They also provided the WiFi password with my coffee, which was greatly appreciated. I got a coffee with a very rich caramel flavor and chocolate tones as well.

Ambience and decor was great. There is a handmade crafts shop in the bottom. Staff behaviour is great. Clean washrooms. Food is a little expensive, but really tasty.

Tea is terrible doesn’t come filtered so pieces of herbs in it makes it undrinkable. I complained politely - I hate complaining - and they refused to refund or even discount. Terrible service.

If you want specialty coffee in La Paz, this is your spot. It comes strait from producers and is roasted fresh every week. Also if your hungry, check out the empanada trio 👌

UPDATE I recently visited again. Coffee keeps being good, but food was a deception. With a nice view to Murillo plaza, this place roasts their beans so it's a good place to try coffee.

👍 It has the best fried chicken in the city, it also has hamburgers. It has enough space, it is big, if you have children it has a section for them. It has drive in if you want to buy from your car, it has a few parking places, the rest will need to find a place outside to park.

👍👍 This place is amazing. Stumbled on it walking around near the Hostel. It's one of the best meals in Bolivia and for the whole trip overall. It's not that it's anything super fancy, or authentic it's just good. I had an amazing steak and the peach Frappe was huge! Then the icecream at the end was the...

👍👍 You have to come here try their flat white and all of their other fancy colourful coffee. Their coffee bean taste a slight hint of sweetness but without sugar. Almost a bit of fruity flavor. 👍 Probably the best roast chicken in town, extremely delicious and equilibrated flavor. Make sure to go early (before six at night), or make two different lines, one to pay and other to ask for your order. The location have three floors full of tables. Not suitable for larger groups. No WiFi no parkin...
