😠 I suggest only getting a lemonade with milk (tasted great), and consider it as paying to visit an old palace. The decors were apparently interesting, but expect nothing more than that. When we arrived, we were told that there's a wait - but we were actually prepared to wait based on the reviews.... People often mention great, local, fruits, service, waitress, restaurant, good, dishes,

I suggest only getting a lemonade with milk (tasted great), and consider it as paying to visit an old palace. The decors were apparently interesting, but expect nothing more than that. When we arrived, we were told that there's a wait - but we were actually prepared to wait based on the reviews. It took about 40 minutes for the waitress to finally serve the complimentary shots of "Bolivian gin", followed by a sample platter of Bolivian fruits that was appreciated. An hour has passed and our food was served, but we didn't even have silverware and our candle died. Since the waitress was out of sight, I got up the table and asked in the kitchen for silverware. We were excited to take a bite of our food, only to taste it was cold like it just came out from the fridge. So I got up again and asked the waitress to heat the food up. I had the Llama skewers - they were very chewy. Only ate all of it cause I was starving. My wife got the chicken skewers with quinoa salad that is not even worth mentioning. We were surprised to see that the skewers weren't grilled, more like baked and stacked in a stick. The peanut sauce helped cover the tastelessness of the food. We certainly don't get the rave reviews about this place. Could it be people who don't know how food is supposed to taste like, or we ordered the wrong stuff? Anyway, the waitress seemed out of it. The slowest service we've had. She just forgot everything, even forgot to give me my card back after paying.

The location is unique. Looks like a pirate ship. The food is certainly expensive by local standards, but it is really delicious. The food is of excellent quality and the service is very courteous. I can recommend the restaurant.

Actually I would give this place a 4.4*. Service was very good and attentive. Food was high quality too. I would only change small things, for example the penaut Sauce, the dishes, the plates, as stone is not a good option for all dishes, although it's fancy. The ambiente and interior was not my thing and I didn't see a rey line in it, this could be improved, also I ate with my coat on, as it was quite cold.

The restaurant is very uniquely decorated. It has a great atmosphere with lots of very interesting pieces all around. The food is fantastic! Best meal we had in two weeks in Bolivia. They had Bolivian dishes as well as other things but we like to try local dishes whenever we can. Our waitress, Liszhet, was amazing. She explained everything in English to us, was attentive and provided excellent service. Highly recommend if you have an evening in La Paz and want a truly lovely dining experience!

Had an absolutely amazing experience here. The staff are great and so attentive, the menu has something for everyone, lots of veggie options too. Not overpriced for what we had either (most dishes between 45 and 65 BOB). Our waiter brought out two shots of local gin for us to try and also a platter with different local fruits. He spent so much time explaining things to us. The main course was unbelievable.

Great location & great food! What I liked was that there was a regional “fruit platter” 👍🏻 A nice thing, especially to try out.

Amazing food, for a vegetarian I had no problems. The plates look great, they put effort! They offered a shot of gin and a mix of local fruits before our meal. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Our waitress was so sweet too. Highly recommend :) Oh, and try the honey beer 🍯

Great food and great service. I scratched my leg on my way here and the server Daniel provided me with bandage and iodito. Almost made me cry. Such a nice person! As of the food, recommend the llama steak. Pretty delicious and you can ask for spicy paste at the side. They even offer free drink samples and local Bolivian fruits for free for you to try. Amazing!! I’d definitely recommend my friends to come here.

We had an awesome stay here. Since all food is freshly cooked, it takes eventually a little longer than in other restaurants. Therefore, you get to taste different fruits and local Gin for free & it tastes really delicious. The staff was really friendly and explained all the ingredients/fruits. The ambience is also really unique and makes the stay something special.

This was a very nice experience for us. Both the service and the food were great. We were surprised with an aperitif and appetizers of fresh fruits and these are the small details that really bring the overall experience to the next level.

Best meal of Bolivia I had here. I had the llama steak with patatoes. I really don’t like patatoes normally, but these ones were super tastefull and wish I could have these patatoes more often! The steak was also really good. The people were very kind. I was eating alone and was the only one in the restaurant but it didn’t feel weird here which sometimes happenends, but here absolutely not the case! A bit more expensive for local standards, but still cheap for the really good food the get.

So delicious! I wish I visited this restaurant earlier not on my second last day, so I could have visited a few more times. Their name sounds expensive But the dishes actually much cheaper than downstairs Manq restaurant And much better quality food plus much much better customer service and attentive to the customers. We got 1 complimentary shot of local spirit that is mixed with wine, yummmmmm.... We ordered llama filet bs85, one rolled pork bs70. I think my pork is better than the llama.:p. My husband had hot red wine very nice in this cold weather. Also had a desert of the day - chocolate cream cake. Deli. Highly recommended!!!

👍 It has the best fried chicken in the city, it also has hamburgers. It has enough space, it is big, if you have children it has a section for them. It has drive in if you want to buy from your car, it has a few parking places, the rest will need to find a place outside to park.

👍👍 This place is amazing. Stumbled on it walking around near the Hostel. It's one of the best meals in Bolivia and for the whole trip overall. It's not that it's anything super fancy, or authentic it's just good. I had an amazing steak and the peach Frappe was huge! Then the icecream at the end was the...

👍 Probably the best roast chicken in town, extremely delicious and equilibrated flavor. Make sure to go early (before six at night), or make two different lines, one to pay and other to ask for your order. The location have three floors full of tables. Not suitable for larger groups.
