This is a special place. They treat you like family, take time to show you the ropes and invest in your training, and offer classes from various experts who have their own style and flare to always keep it fresh. I have been coming for about a year and it is always a highlight of my week. I can't wait for the next class!

Started due to having friends in the gym. I've had a great experience every single time I've attended class! Stephanie and the other instructors are attentive and care about you and your goals. The class fosters an engaging and constructive environment and community. A great gym for both beginners and those dedicated to obtaining and continuing a fight-ready level.

As a parent, 7 Spears has been a game changer. My entire family LOVE doing Muay Thai at 7 Spears! The instructors and staff are all friendly and awesome! It feels like we're part of a family here! I love that the 4th family member is free so I do take the Muay Thai class myself whenever I can. I always look forward to it. It is such a good workout and therapy for me! Lol.

We love 7 Spears! We signed up our kids back in January 2022 and my children love it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and they hold different types of activities that my kids enjoy a lot!

My karate kid started training when she was 4 and it has helped her tremendously with focusing on schoolwork and confidence on the soccer field. She has just earned her 2nd degree blackbelt and says training is now apart of her lifestyle. She loves it!

Stephanie and her staff are excellent. The instructors are wonderful and really know how to captivate and teach a class of kids. My 6 year old loves attending Seven Spears and has learned a lot since starting a few months ago. There is a big focus on respect, helpfulness, listening, camaraderie, etc. I recommend it to everyone looking for a place for their children to learn martial arts!
