I’ve been here twice, and had the same doctor both times. She was pretty rude and judgemental, didn’t hear my concerns (or maybe just didn’t listen) and gave me tests I didn’t need when she should’ve been checking for things I was actually concerned about. Here I am dealing with extremely painful endo for over a year because the doctor at this facility couldn’t be bothered to do more than a pregnancy tests, something I could’ve done at home and not paid $50 for.

I’m sorry but it is 100% unacceptable to be seen an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time, and ironic when they send you emails and texts all week leading up to the day telling you to be on time. On top of that when I actually was seen for my appointment, I was sent back out to the waiting room and told that someone would call me back in to schedule a second appointment. In the time between when I went back out to the waiting room and called back in to make a second appointment, at least a dozen patients who got to the location after me were seen. Why do I have to wait another hour on top of the 1 1/2 I already waited to make an appointment? It takes less than 5 minutes and is extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. Go to the Babcock location where they see you on time, schedule appointments with you while you’re there and won’t send you back out to the waiting room for no reason, and where they actually have more than a 10 parking spots, because this location doesn’t.

I just went for my appointment today that I easily scheduled 2 days ago online. I could not have been happier with my visit. The staff was genuine and really helpful!! The doctor was amazing and everyone made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this location.

I visited this location a week ago and had a pleasant experience. The individual who examined me was nice and courteous. I waiting about an hour before I was seen which I thought was reasonable considering the wait time I've experienced at different places. The staff member at the registration area had a nonchalant attitude but that didn't bother me. The location is kind of tucked away but not impossible to find. They have pretty good parking. The outside area and inside of the building is very clean which is always nice. Overall I will visit this location again!

I recently had to go to the marbach location for some imagining and boy oh boy did I not know how good I had it here at the san pedro location until I had to go somewhere else Staff at this location is kind, courteous, patient and understanding from the moment you enter their doors to the second you leave. They're friendly, happy to answer any questions no matter how trivial and understand that trusting them with your reproductive health can be uncomfortable or frightening and do everything in their power to reassure you and keep you comfortable I highly recommend this location

Went here for transgender MtF hormone replacement therapy. Very nice people work there but if you're looking to transition (male to female) this place is not it. They're still following the UCSF guidelines which are outdated. I asked for bicalutamide which is far more safer and potent than spironolactone and was flat out turned down. And to top it off they prescribed me 1mg of estradiol daily. That's nothing. It's good to start small yes, but any specialist in transgender healthcare won't even do that little for that long. Find a specialist/doctor you can confide in that actually knows what they're doing to maximize your progress, because what Planned Parenthood does will hinder your transition in the long run. I use Braeswood Endocrinology in Houston and have been satisfied because they listen to your concerns, will work with you, and are knowledgeable in trans healthcare. I only have to see them in person once a year too.

Felt rushed and not comfortable. Got an IUD in before I was decided on it or was ready. Had to bike back home after insertion which hurt a lot, because I did not go to the clinic with the intention of getting it in that day, but felt pressured to get it. Very bad experience..

Cristina was my physician, and she was such a wonderful lady. She took her time and listened to me. I'm usually full of nerves near doctors, but her calm and sweet attitude completely took away everything. Such a great doctor and the receptionists and nurse that took my intake were also super super nice. Best pp in San Antonio

The staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend for any woman to come here. They really took care of me and went through all the steps to make me feel as comfortable as possible. This visit really lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and im very grateful.

The lady who answered the phone was very kind and informative on what it would cost to meet with a provider about my mirena possibly being out of place. She said it would cost between $45 and $150 to meet with a provider to see if my iud is still in place.

I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have to come here for any prescriptions or follow ups before i made this review. I am very upset about a appointment i had last month. I felt rushed out the door and i felt like i was not being fully listened to about my health concerns. The nurse was nice all throughout my appointment but she never took my blood pressure. I didn’t think twice about that until i got an email after my appointment that was just going over what was done for me and it said she DID take my blood pressure and it was apparently slightly elevated. I am a somewhat bigger woman so this already put me off. The doctor who saw me left me confused and still with a lot of questions but she was already up from her chair and near the door to leave. I called and spoke to i think a general manager and she told me the nurse and doctor alleged that they did take my blood pressure and that they tried to stop me from leaving to give me a pamphlet on high blood pressure. No one tried to stop me. I was even in the parking lot with my partner for almost 3 minutes. The doctor was even chatting up with the nurse while i was checking out and not once looked or said anything to me.The receptionist was very nice all throughout. This was my first time going to a planned parenthood and it was a very bad experience. I do not recommend coming to this location.

I love this clinic! The staff is wonderful, from front desk to the nurses and doctors. Thank you all for making my visit pleasant.

Please look elsewhere when it comes to your health. The doctors here are horrible. I came here for a simple iud removal and the doctor tried to remove it ( hurt me) couldn’t do it and said I’d have to go to the HOSPITAL to get it removed by surgery so I went to another health clinic and they took it out with no issues. !!
