I was very nervous and considered cancelling my appointment. But when I went I was put at ease. The front desk always greeted you with a friendly smile. I have to thank the people that took care of me for the 7 days I was there. Brandy’s, Beya, Ana, Monica, Vicky and Dr. Jesus. They knew how to make you feel comfortable and they were very knowledgeable about the procedure. As I told the doctor “they would be lost without the nurses. Thank you also for Dr Jesus who did the procedure. Great job to all

You don’t find that quality of service anywhere anymore, and this was my first time visiting the facility as a new patient. During my procedures I was attended to by three, no, four of the most caring and knowledgeable staff who were the most professional related to my procedures. Dr Medina along with Monica, Desiree and Ashley worked with me during a two day process to correct my vein insufficiency where they worked together like a well tuned machine. I felt completely at ease from the greeting from the two ladies at check in through the entire procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Medina and his wonderful staff.

I have had to visits so far and it has been a great experience. The office is so clean and welcoming. The atmosphere is very upbeat and chic. It does not feel like a medical clinic. The ultrasound tech Marjori was awesome. She explained everything that she was doing and was very attentive to my comfort. I’m looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this office!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I finally had to say something because the level of customer service that is provided by the front desk ladies (Jaime, Mindy, Sophia and crew) is hands down some of the best I’ve ever experienced in health care. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. I never feel like I’m a burden and always feel like I’m appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to make not only me, but every person who walks in the door feel like they’re important. Y’all have done things right!

I was so very impressed with everyone and everything at Medical Vein Clinic. The doctors and all staffers are top-notch—extremely professional, as well as friendly, caring and genuine. All questions were answered quickly, personably and professionally. No long waits, all staffers were very attentive and considerate. It all made for a stress-free experience. Jennifer performed the ultrasound on my legs, today. It was a totally different experience for me. A Very professional experience. Jennifer is phenomenal with patients. The Front desk. This clinic is the most friendliest facility I have been in. The staff is great, I never had to wait pass my appointment time which is unusual in this day . Dr. Jesus was very nice and explained each procedure he was doing. The nurses Bri, Yvette and Gladys made me comfortable and very helpful. The facility is bright and cheerful also. Loved going for my appointments.

All staff at Medical Vein Clinic is professional and friendly. You feel welcomed upon entry. I have had several appointments and the wait time is usually very minimal. Dr. Hogg and Dr. Medina are superb and very skilled in their profession. The surgical assistants Jesus and Monica are quick in their part and kept me informed about each step what was going to be done. Both are skilled and confident in performing treatments. Desiree prepared thoroughly for the procedures and tirelessly responded to all of my questions. Sandra helped with the multiple tasks in hand to ensure patient was taken care of. The clinic is busy, yet things flow smoothly and on time.

I love the staff here, and the interior is beautiful and sleek! Jazmin guided me through my visit, assessing my health and explaining procedures and options, while being utterly delightful! She struck me as being extremely knowledgeable, while also showing great concern and compassion. All of the staff here impressed me. I would highly, highly recommend this clinic!

Hi my name is Mary Ester Martinez. I went for an ultrasound 5/31/2023 and my technician was Naomi. Boy let me tell you I was so nervous not knowing what to expect. Well she explained to me detail what she was going to do, and she’s talking, making me laugh, and I’m feeling so comfortable. She was so sweet and kind. Before you know it, she says ok I’m done. Boy I was a happier camper. Thank you Naomi you were awesome! 🌻🙏🏻

I recommend Medical Vein Clinic 1000%. I was very impressed with everyone at Medical Vein Clinic. I was a nervous wreck on day 1 of a 6 day procedure but the staff was extremely nice and comforting. They assured me everything would go great and walked me through each step that was being done. Extremely professional, as well as friendly, caring and genuine. All questions were answered quickly and professionally. No long waits at all and all the staff was very kind. I want to thank Valerie, Gladis, Desiree, Jesus, Monica, Sandra, Yvette, and the ladies up front for making me feel welcome and comforting me through my 6 day journey.

Yesterday was my second visit and I am very impressed with the overall professional friendly staff, ultrasound technician, and doctors. It’s a pleasure to walk into a very clean and nice environment. Audrie was awesome in preforming my ultrasound, she communicated the process easily and made me feel relaxed. I highly recommend this group as they do really try to improve upon your health and wellbeing!

This is the second round of treatment I've had on my legs, and the staff is always wonderful! The receptionist are super friendly and welcoming! Dr Medina is friendly, professional, prompt and informative. Tiffany and Ashley were so helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew what to expect through out the procedure and after. Monica was amazing as well and made sure I was comfortable. 100% will refer everyone to Medical vein clinic.

Medical Vein Clinic is the real deal. Jesus is a magician and made all 4 days of the procedure quick and painless. Sandra and Yvette were extremely effective communicators letting me know what was happening every step of the way, and took cleanliness as the upmost importance. They made sure everything was top notch and ready for doctor to perform quick, painless and exact work. This clinic as a whole was extremely clean, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing these procedures.

I’ve never been much for visiting doctors. But, I like to give credit where it’s due. I had a really good experience today, and the medical assistant’s conduct and skills were the main reason.
