This
is
the
best
ER/urgent
care
experience
that
I've
ever
had.
For
anyone
who
has
been
to
an
ER
or
an
urgent
care
facility,
the
feeling
one
usually
gets
is
that
the
employees
hate
their
job
and
the
feeling
is
cold
and
institutional.
Not
here.
This
place
is
fantastic.
I've
worked
in
the
medical
field
for
decades,
so
I'm
pretty
well
versed
with
most
settings.
I've
been
to
almost
every
kind
of
MD,
and
all
types
of
hospitals
and
ERs.
From
Lillian
the
receptionist,
to
Delma
the
nurse,
to
Hilary
in
imaging,
to
Dr.
Cebe,
this
was
a
great
experience
from
beginning
to
end.
I
came
in
with
pass-out
level
pain,
with
my
little
boy
in
tow
who
was
scared
for
his
daddy.
Every
single
one
of
them
could
not
have
been
any
nicer
to
both
me
and
to
my
son.
They
got
me
back
almost
immediately,
and
everything
was
so
fluid
(went
smoothly)
and
pleasant.
Delma
kept
checking
on
me
to
see
how
I
was
feeling,
which
NEVER
happens.
Usually
it's
'here's
your
next
stop,
bye'.
Dr.
Cebe
and
I
discussed
my
diagnosis
at
length,
and
she
made
me
feel
comfortable
right
away.
This
felt
far
more
like
a
small
town
clinic
where
everybody
knows
each
other,
instead
of
an
ER
in
one
of
the
largest
cities
in
America.
They
even
brought
back
the
food
for
my
son
that
I
had
delivered
there
(don't
expect
them
to
do
that,
as
they
fortunately
were
not
busy
when
I
arrived),
and
even
then
went
above
and
beyond
and
were
kind
enough
to
get
him
a
tray
for
his
food.
That
blew
me
away.
As
everybody
knows,
it's
the
little
things
in
life
that
make
the
big
differences,
and
this
Complete
Care
De
Zavala
is
the
best.
Many
medical
facilities
could
take
lessons
from
this
place
on
what
it
means
to
truly
'take
care
of
the
patient'.
Thank

taking
great
care
of
me
and
for
making
my
son
feel
so
comfortable!
