Lanes...where
to
begin
without
seeming
to
want
to
"bash"
a
place?
We
know
where.
How
many
people
can
agree
the
food
is
good
here,
often
great
BUT
the
service
can
be
downright
awful?
Or
how
many
people
have
had
more
than
one
bad
service
experience
here?
In
the
beginning,
we
had
two
great
experiences
here
so
CM
set
their
bar
high
but
it's
been
downhill
since
then.
It's
been
an
entire
4
months
with
more
than
that
visits
in
between
and
today's
service
was
not
any
better.
We
have
truly
given
the
opportunity
to
show
us
what
we
know
they
can
do
but
no,
sadly
so
very
dissatisfied
that
yet
again
one
of
us
walked
away
hungry,
lol.
(Waiting
on
a
simple
club
sandwich
with
steak
fries
so
nothing
fancy...made
sure
to
arrive
at
1245pm
after
traditional
lunch
rush...and
order
something
simple
that
doesn't
even
need
to
be
cooked
or
heated!)
Will
add
that
a
$3.99
credit
was
given
after
they
saw
how
upset
we
were
but
in
all
honesty,
we
would
just
have
preferred
to
pay
for
the
cold
club
sandwich
and
eat
it.
Can
anyone
recommend
the
best
day
and
time
to
visit?
Maybe
some
favorite
server
and
their
tables?
We
love
to
support
our
local
food
places
but
it's
been
more
a
miss
than
a
hit
with
this
one.🤔☹️🥪

Absolutely
had
the
worst
experience
today
with
CM
Lanes.
CM
Lanes
did
us
dirty
today.
Mixed
up
our
to
go
order/
pick-up
order
and
then
had
the
audacity
to
claim
their
food
runner
positively
identified
us
as
the
"right"
patron
(Sterling)
for
the
mixed
up
order!
This
is
not
true.
Also
claimed
to
have
called
us
when
they
realized
the
error
and
there
was
no
missed
call
at
all!
Was
told
to
go
back,
FRESH
order
would
be
ready
and
turns
out
they
gave
us
the
order
Sterling
brought
back
and
let
us
keep
Sterling's
returned
order,
too.
NOT
GOOD.
The
Loaded
Nacho
Supremes
with
beef
were
more
limp
than
wet
noodles,
fixings
looked
tired
as
hell,
melted
cheese
already
looked
and
tasted
worst
than
plastic
might,
I
reckon!
The
Club
Sandwich
was
soggy
and
the
Steak
Fries
were
not
even
crisp!
This
was
not
a
fresh
order;
you
simply
gave
us
the
order
that
Sterling
returned
and
since
you
let
us
keep
his
order
we
can
only
believe
Sterling
did
get
a
new,
FRESH
order!
How
unjust!
You
have
completely
lost
us
as
customers
and
we
frequented
CM
Lanes
at
least
twice
a
week
for
lunch
or
dinner!
Thank
you
kindly
for
an
awesome
way
to
end
the
weekend
and
I
can
only
repay
all
y'all
with
a
1
star
review
for
this
horrendous
eating
experience.
This
happened
5/14/2023
at
approximately
3:30
p.m.
I
should
have
been
refunded
what
I
had
to
pay
and
been
given
a
free
meal
compensation
of
some
sort.
I
totally
get
that
mistakes
are
made
but
for
the
Supervisor/Manager
to
stick
up
for
what
the
food
runner
claims
was
said
without
being
present...that's
the
big
no-no.
Anyone
knows
the
first
rule
of
customer
service:
THE
CUSTOMER
IS
ALWAYS
RIGHT.
Shame
on
you,
CM
Lanes;
so
'effin
disappointed
in
y'all.
If
you
want
to
make
this
right,
please
reach
out
and
I
will
remove
this
review.
Do
the
right
thing.
