๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I just want to say a big thank you to the owners/operators of the park. We had an absolutely wonderful time while staying here. The amenities are wonderful. We tried our best to use them all. Pool was cold. Both club houses were cool and had bathrooms and showers. Plenty of doggie amenities as well.... People often mention park, owners, clean, pool, stay, staff, nice, management, time, area,

Hidden gem of an RV Resort. The sites are spacious and offer beautiful views of the sunset in the sky. The back bathhouse area was always kept spotless and smelled clean every time we went back there. We preferred that one over the front since the pool table was there. The couple that cleans the back area is one of the managing couples, and they were always willing to go above and beyond for the guests. The pool was drained while we were there, so it could be worked on, which shows the care and dedication the owners have for the resort, so I can't say what behavior is accepted at it. The road noise was a bit much, especially at night and when we asked what could be used as a buffer (we are both very light sleepers), the lady in the office was extremely rude to my husband and proceeded to speak with him in Spanish and ignore me entirely. We will be back, as this is a convenient location for us to stop on our way from one job to the next for a week or two but I couldn't give 5 stars due to the interaction we had with the other couple and their rudeness. But shout out to the other managing couple that cleans the back and keeps the dog spa tidy and smelling fresh.

Nice place for an overnight stay. There were multiple long-term guests there and they spoke highly of the place. We have a 40-foot motorhome, towing so for our size rig the spaces are pretty tight. Office staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were some pretty aggressive dogs in the dog park with less than conscientious owners. Update based on owner request:03/05/23. Stay was night of 1/31/23, 40 ft Dutch Star, Date of incident 2/1/23 approx 7:30 AM back left corner dog park. Younger Kid with two unleashed 45+ lb dogs that "went after" my standard poodles, my intervention was required. Obviously great park owner with a concerned follow up

Extremely rude staff. Lots of alcohol in the clubhouse and pool. Older heavy weight man being gross to people at the pool. We came to swim not listen to him speak so nasty. He was extremely drunk and in the front row. Made us all uncomfortable.

So sad the last few reviews were so anonymous. The management was recently replaced by the owners and it appears they are trying to disparage the new staff who they never met. I have lived here for two years and the new staff is a breath of fresh air. Many permanent members here have stated that the old management had become lazy and combative with guests. I have met the owners on many occasions and some of the nicest people around. I don't understand where they get off calling them racist. I suggest the owners look into legal action for their petty attempt to discredit them. The current situation is that things are moving ahead here in a very positive direction. The new management here has hit the ground running. They are very friendly and actually enjoy meeting new guests. They are upgrading the pool, the clubhouse, and have even bigger plans for the guests in the future. I guess this goes to show you that disgruntled former employees can try to ruin a reputation but when good people see it, they stand up and call it out.

Place is very clean and neatly Maintenance. Club house's and facilities like showers, bathrooms, laundry are very well kept. Cons Wi fi sucks management says it's all the college students. But if you can't use it do to to low of speed how are they able too? Also lots of screws and weld rods on the driveways. Be on the lookout for flat tires! They have a well rehearsed book of why they can't do anything about it.

I arrived at the park in April of 2022. From the moment I pulled in the level of warmth and customer service provided by the management team was beyond expectations. I have never experienced such a grand level of professionalism at an RV park. The team who runs the day to day operations gave me confidence in my decision to stay here. Any and all needs Iโ€™ve had from the staff have been met with grace and a smile. The amenities of the park are top notch. Very clean, well maintained facilities in all areas. The grounds are always free of unsightly litter and the bark park is well kept for everyone to enjoy. The management team does a wonderful job of hosting fun game nights that bring everyone together to enjoy their stay. If you are in the area or passing through I highly recommend staying at this RV resort that really goes above and beyond.

Weโ€™ve stayed here several times over the last few years. Always great customer service, super clean park, very nice and level pads, perfect amenities and very welcoming. This particular time, May 2023, we were down for my daughterโ€™s graduation and as soon as we pulled in the front gate our truck died. Immediately they offered help. They tried to give us a jump and when that failed they towed our RV to its site and towed our truck to the empty pad next to our RV so the mechanic could work on it when he came. They went above and beyond without hesitation! Truly a great place to stay but the owners and staff make it awesome! Definitely worth a 10 star rating!

Our stay was to short, very clean park, hosts were very nice and helpful. Got really lucky to be able to see The Blue Angels fly over the park. Thank you for a good rest.

Very clean and well kept RV park. Have stayed there on our way to South Texas from Michigan in October and on our way back home in April. Would stay again without a doubt.

My wife and I belong to a Goodsam RV club. We have come to Natures Own RV park off and on since it opened. The new owners have made significant improvements in amenities and the parks attitude toward RVers, it is now one of our favorite places and I expect our RV club will spend more time here. All in all a great experience.

It's a good stop for an overnight. Highway noise is prevalent all night long. Not overly noisly but noticeable. Sites are full hookup which is nice, you can dump at site if need be. Dog Park is quite spacious but could use a doggie deposit station at the entrance area in addition to the one at the far end. The day we were there the Blue Angles must have been practicing because it was quite noisy with jets flying all afternoon, they were scheduled to perform the next two days. Just passing thru so we just put up with whatever is happening on that day. Tomorrow's a new day. Did not use any of the facilities since we were in a Motorhome & only staying overnight. Probably will stay in Fulfarius next time.

Very nice, very clean campground. Great amenities. Staff was awesome to deal with. We were passing through on our way up North after picking up my parents fifth wheel down South. We had unexpected camper issues, so we pulled in here while we waited for repairs. It was 105 outside and we wanted to use the pool to cool off but realized we didnโ€™t have sunscreen. I went to the office to ask where the nearest place was to buy some that was within walking distance because we couldnโ€™t unhook the truck from the camper due to jack issues. When the Manager said there was nothing within walking distance she took it upon herself to go to her camper to grab a bottle of her own sunscreen and bring it to our camper. I offered money and she said no thanks. Now that is real customer service folks!

Landed back rv park in Kingsville. Plenty of attractions within an hour. Park management is the most friendly courteous generous family. To watch the group work as a team was inspiring. Will be going back for extended stay 23/24 season. For one reason. Best managed park we have been at.

We stayed here in November as we were headed to South Padre Island for the week. Nice park, and the staff was very nice. We did not have a reservation and they fit us in. We have a 32' Class C and usually tow an 18' trailer with our car on it. The park was clean and the space we stayed in was flat. The access road out front is being used as the primary highway as the highway is being worked on. It made getting back on the road a little tough with the extra traffic, though that is not this parks problem, and once the highway work is done, this is not an issue.

It's literally one of the nicest parks we have been to, and we have been from California to New York! Private bathrooms that are similar to a truck stop bathroom that is in the same building as the laundry and a very nice "entertainment room." Several dog parks and is pet friendly with no breed restrictions, etc! It also has a pet spa, hot tub, pool, ping pong table ,pool table, vending machine, free ice , good wifi ..... the list goes on and on!! 240 for the week currently, which is an awesome deal. Nice area with short drive to local stores like Walmart, etc. Pull through and back in that are 30 and 50 amp at every site. There is also a park attached and another amazing dog park, a short walk away that is attached to a bigger park with a fishing pier and plenty of other activities.

We are Full-Time Sr. RV'ers. We have a 35 ft travel trailer plus crew cab pickup truck. We roll with no kids or pets and stayed 2 weeks. Our pull-thru site (25) was on concrete, level and all hook-ups were well placed. Park Wifi, OTA TV Stations out of Corpus Christi and TMobile Phone reception were good most of the time, however it rained almost the entire time we were there affecting the signals. Laundry ($2.25) was very clean and nice. Pool was clean and well maintained. Management family was very nice and helpful, couldn't have asked for better. There was bingo one night and a hidden rock hunt, which was fun. The ONLY negatives were the road noise... lots of trucks and hwy construction in the area... which wasn't the worst we''ve ever experienced and no Cable TV. We were visiting the area for Ranch Hand Weekend. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This is a great RV park with lots of extras, it is well kept. The highway construction is a bit of a pain and you can hear the jets flying over alot, which obviously isn't in control of the management. The wifi is good. They are very pet friendly. Laundry facilities are also on sight

I have been almost 9 years, i have gotten to meet both owners of this establishment which are great people. both owners resolved issues at this establishment, unfortunately pervious staff terminated which has resulted false and negative reviews from ghost guests that never visited this establishment. funny how theses review takes place after one is terminated. there are many expenses owner is undertaken in the last two weeks due to lack of care such as installing new machine, resurfacing of pool, installing new trees, shrubs. so when you see post of owners being cheap and not caring about this establishment or staff make your own conclusions of what really happened and reasons why these expenses are taking place.

We only stayed one night but this Park is a hidden gem. Great family atmosphere! Everything is so convenient and I love that each shower room is a complete bathroom. Shower, sink and toilet. Laundry and workout machines in a great clubhouse. The people and employees were very friendly and helpful.
