Contrary to a lot of bad reviews this Inn has mad some ver nicw up grades. It's well keeped and up to standards. As I visited this place and got to fo in two types of room that wear clean and up to standards. Its at your lower end side thats not going to coast you much. So if your looking for a last minute stay this is a great place to stay. Talked to the owner of the place and he was a very nice gentalmen. So with all the bad reviews this place has been getting are very untrue.

Great little mom and pops motel, got me in early, comfortable bed and quiet. Enjoyed my stay, and will definitely stop again when I'm in the area. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The owners are salt of the earth types of people, established in this town for over 14 years and the rooms where clean and as chilly as I wanted it, big bathrooms extra big sink and more channels on the TV than I could watch. Also wifi. Great place better price.

Stayed for 2 nights the room was very clean, recent renovations very well done. Owners very nice, helpful and accommodating. We will stay again if we find ourselves in the area. Julie

It is. Good inside. As for the facilities, but the Wi-Fi signal that hinders the hotel is bad; otherwise, I recommend it, which is why I give it 2 stars.

I got tired of ringing the bell for service at 12:45 at night and they never answered, what a shame that a tired traveler cannot find hospitality in a place like this.

Our stay here was refreshing and restful . The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We will stay here again when we are visiting Refugio Tx.

Worst place ever only stayed 2 hrs and saw 2 big spiders and ac was not working went to front office to let them know I was checking out and they literally said I was making it up after showing pictures. They told me it happens everywhere.I let them know I was allergic to spiders and he said again well it happens everywhere. Super unprofessional stay away.
