I have been using this facility for a long time. They have a very clean tidy office. The front desk ladies are helpful and courteous and always attentive. The nurses are friendly and professional and the drs are very good and through and allow you to truly discuss whatever your issue or concerns maybe and don’t rush in and out of your visit. I’m very happy I have my dr there and wouldn’t change anything about this facility or it’s staff.

When I moved here I was afraid I wouldn't find a primary care physician as good as the one I had. My concerns were laid to rest on my first visit to Conviva. The waiting area is spacious and bright and the staff is professional and friendly. And my pcp is professional, caring, and personable. I highly recommend Conviva Care Center!

If you want Top Notch care. Conviva is the place to go. The staff is always taking care of your request with the upmost respect. The Nurses, Nurse Practioners are awesome and care about their patients. I recommend Conviva 100%.

The doctor was very professional identified the ailment and prescribed the right medicine felt better pretty quick and I'm used to miracles so my guardian angel always puts the right doctor in my path.
