I have never been insulted so bad as at the cosmetic counter today. I bought from one person that was very nice almost six hundred dollars worth of merchandise. I went to look for serum to go with it lamscom is my choice. The lady ask me if I could afford it because it was quite expensive. I'll admit I was in a clean shirt Levi's and boots. So I went to Macy's and purchased the serum for $265+ so maybe you shouldn't insult people or judge them. I've held a Dillards charge card for forty years and spent thousands of dollars there.

Went to get my first perfume/cologne and no one attended me later on I went upstairs just to pass time and was attended by the super nice ladies on the second floor

Came to buy a suit and the man attending the counter was on his phone the entire time, playing videos loudly. Didn't even bother to greet us and offer any help. Pathetic.

The sales associates at Dillard's at Mall del Norte are awesome. I went to the lingerie department to purchase some panties and ladies there asked if they could help me find the right size and colors and they did . Being a male in the lingerie department I was nervous at first, but they made feel comfortable and treated the same way they treat their female customers. I will definitely visit them again !!

BUYERS BE WARNED! If you purchase something from cosmetics you CANNOT return it. I’m literally never shopping here again after spending hundreds the last few weeks.

Monica in the men’s department was not courteous when I made a return. She said I had to go to the department where the item is from, but that she would do it because it was an online purchase. I know this not to be true because I shop almost exclusively at Dillards and have made returns/exchanges anywhere. She’s the same associate that started browsing through her texts while ringing me up. And still on another occasion she was behind the counter looking through her phone and never bothered asking if I needed any help.

You people have employees in the fragance department with covid. Just fyi test them you will see

This is the store for the skinny people. For all thicc people,not the place for us. Even in the bigger sizes, its still too skinny to fit in properly. For everything else, it's a go to!

Very clean and easy to find everything

This is definitely the best store at the Mall del Norte. The merchandise selection is very wide and interesting, up to the latest trends and with a price point for a great variety of customers, the client service was nice and the interior is very pleasant, clean and well organized. It was my first visit to this store but I will be coming back.

My partner and I are expecting our first child, so Elsa's support in advising us decide which stroller will be useful for us has been incredibly helpful! I appreciate the assistance that is given and how she made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the baby section of the store:)

Super wide selection. They have a great stock of Casio watches that I tend to gravitate towards.

I went shopping a Dillard's and I had left my wallet on the counter. When I went back the next day they had it and everything was there. I was happy that there are still honest people. I thank the young lady in laugeria department. They have a customer for life.

I love coming to this place for the holidays to buy my perfumes and misc items for x mas or birthdays. The store has great lighting and the floors are always very clean. The cashiers at the perfume section are always helpful when it comes to the scents requested for perfumes.

When I entered Dillard’s last Sunday I was met with a very enticing nice-smelling scent. That’s a big plus for someone like me who loves “perfumey tickles” on the nose. And when I need classy or stylish clothings, Dillard’s is my go-to place. It is expensive, though. However, there are times they go on sale and you’ll be able to snag rich-looking merch at a discounted price. It is also here that I buy my Vionic sandals for my feet with plantar fasciitis. That pair of sandals is durable and gives my painful feet the much-needed relief. It is highly recommended for those having the said foot ailment. In Laredo, only Dillards sell those Vionic footwear.

I don’t shop at dillards for clothes or anything else other than MAC makeup and the girls there are always very nice,welcoming, and helpful!!!

This is a great store! My brother had his make-a-wish even at Dillard’S and all the staff was amazing and very caring. They went above and beyond in making our experience very comfortable and smooth. Thank you 🙏🏻
