&
beyond
ratings
for
their
meticulous,
fast
&
efficient
workmanship.
Fees
here
w/insurance
is
competitively
reasonable.
I
was
under
the
impression
one
would
have
to
qualify
as
low
income
to
be
seen.
Only
drawback
is
order
in
which
Freeport
office
is
run.
As
an
insurance
policy
holder,
taking
advantage
of
benefits
meant
for
major
work
is
a
must.
If
any
required
additional
wrk
is
to
be
done
like
comprehensive
cleanings
etc.,
should
be
an
out
of
pocket
option
for
patient
since
it
SHOULD
be
less
than
the
major
wrk
leaving
benefits
exhausted
&
patient
responsible/out
of
pocket
for
largest
portion
of
the
wrk!
I
had
a
root
canal
done
June
2022.
Dr.
Vernor
mentioned
a
general
2wk
wait
for
the
crown.
To
ensure
crown
I
prepaid
wrk
(not
required).
B4
I
walked
off
dental
chair
I
was
told
a
possible
6
month
wait
for
crown
to
ensure
build
up
stability/possibility
of
infection.
Was
Rxd
pain
meds
&
antibiotics
&
I
did
fine
considering
I
had
other
pending
dental
wrk.
Come
November
2022
I
called
to
chk
into
dental
crown/schedule
appt.
Scheduling
staff
stated
my
crown
was
in.
Once
there,
I
was
told
crown
was
mistakenly
never
ordered!
Wow!
What
an
oversight!
BIG
miscommunication
issue
between
dental
main
office
&
dental
employees.
Due
to
2022
holidays
probably
lab
wouldn't
have
crown
in
until
AFTER
the
holidays.
General
wait
period
for
crown
is
2wks
NOT
6+
months.
Thankfully
crown
came
in
b4
New
Yrs.,
Front
desk
Itzell
whom
I
hadn't
seen
b4
was
actually
charging
me
for
prepaid
work
w/o
even
reviewing
my
file
then.
Booked
my
nxt
root
canal/build
up
to
be
seen
in
January.
Had
build
up
for
2nd
root
canal
2/15/23
was
told
they'd
contact
me
once
crown
came
in
which
I
pre
paid
again
to
be
free
of
pending
financial
burden.
I
called
2day
Tues
3/14/23
to
inquire
into
my
pending
dental
crown.
Should
of
been
them
contacting
me
since
apparently
my
dental
crown
arrived
since
1st
wk
of
March!
Calls
are
always
routed
to
their
call
center
perhaps,
where
connection
is
often
dropped
or
a
busy
signal
w/long
wait
period.
Itzell
scheduled
my
nxt
appt.,
she
had
an
ear
full
of
my
complaint
of
how
they
seem
to
SIT
ON
PAID
ORDERS
each
&
every
time
I
happen
to
pre
pay
them!
Apparently
they're
experiencing
a
staffing
shortage.
My
best
experience
w/front
desk
@
all
has
been
w/Ms.
Justine
&
Ms.
Julia
who
go
above
&
beyond
their
bilingual
expertise,
knowledge
of
patients
names/wrk
patient
is
having
done
&
above
all
kind/loving
demeanor
for
their
patients
that
exudes
dedication
to
their
duty.
Don't
know
who's
behind
dropping
the
ball
here
that
seems
to
be
beach
balled
to
short
staffing
but
it's
most
definitely
making
the
whole
facility
&
staff
look
bad!
Dr.
Vernor
deserves
gr8er
respect
for
her
wrk
&
I
voiced
my
opinions
on
this
matter/issue
to
her.
Main
reason
folks
from
all
walks
of
life
bring
their
business
here
is
due
to
Dr.
Vernor's
excellent
wrk
&
significantly
reasonable
competitive
fees
here

let's
