All I can say is WOW. This clinic was able to not only get me in to see a doctor in a short amount of time, It also was able to provide me with a great experience. I saw Mrs. Briana Jones and she was absolutely great. She answered all of my question (and yes I asked a ton) and was able to figure out what might actually be the problem instead of me constantly getting the run around like I’ve been getting. Her patience and expertise was well appreciated. I would 100% recommend this clinic, and 1000% recommend Mrs Jones.

Nothing but great experiences at FCHC. From Dr appts, Covid testing and pharmacy needs.The pharmacy has the most amazing employees. The pharmacist Clari is so sweet. The techs Javi and Shannae are amazing as well. They take their time and explain all new medications. If you think you can’t afford it they will do whatever it takes for you to get your meds. I have never had a problem. I absolutely love the live chats. At any time I can go online and make an appt. The portal is great as well. All my medical info right there at my fingertips on my phone. Doesn’t get any more convenient than that. If you are looking for a great Clinic with amazing caring staff then FCHC is where you want to go.

As a long term chronic care patient who just moved to Texas, I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process of finding multiple new doctors in order to continue my care and various treatments. Community Health Network offered me "one stop shopping" including an on-site lab and pharmacy. Wow!! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kind, professional concern by Crystal at the front desk. She was also extremely gracious as she verified my insurance and helped me through the "new patient process". Next, came Maribel. She was extraordinary! She patiently walked me through my long "list of many ailments" and took copious notes to help me to be as concise with the doctor as possible. She was professional, yet genuinely caring and personable. I was examined by Dr. Uchenna Jones-Conley who has incredible listening skills. She was neither rushed nor pressuring. She too, exhibited immediate genuine concern and had no problem referring me to a specialist. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. My phlebotomist Ann took no prisoners! She got the job done so efficiently that I barely had time to be relieved. It's obvious that the people who are here share common goals and beliefs. Each and every one of them are committed to providing the absolute best whole body health care that they can. Mission Accomplished as far as I'm concerned!!

Dr. Zebda and Cristina were amazing with my son!! They were so patient, and Dr. Zebda answered all my questions thoroughly. AMAZING pediatrician! Receptionists were very welcoming as well.

First of all, the overall patient care is sublime to any other clinic around the area. As you go in the building you are greeted by courteous young ladies that know you by first name… how incredible is that?! After a brief waiting period you are taken back into the exam room where medical assistants get your vitals and prepare you for the provider. I have been coming to this location for years and have seen many providers and I don’t have nothing bad to say about any of them. The staff is superb at what they do and very knowledgeable, they have my upmost gratitude and I hope somebody who is hesitant to come here reads this and takes my helping hand to great care. The best for last, they have an on-site pharmacy which makes the trip a one stop shop.

First and foremost, Natalie Burt is the most amazing case worker I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is kind, responsive, patient, understanding, knowledgeable…. Everything to make her the best at her job! I consider her one of my strongest advocates! Mr. Isaac Dike, who took over for Ms. Zipporah Brown regarding my care (she is awesome!), is the gentle knowledge I value so very much (they both are). His tone of voice and demeanor put me at ease to talk to him very honestly about anything that concerns me. He has never put me through unnecessary testing or “maybe it will work” treatment. He knows his stuff and knows how to help me navigate the woes of underinsured healthcare! The dental clinic was even better than any private clinic I’ve been to! Julia at the front desk was wonderful! She communicated very well, was helpful without being pushy, and made me feel like a friend. Brisa, the dental assistant, was SO kind and patient! I was nervous about starting this endeavor and I think it showed, but Brisa was so calm and kind through the whole thing. Last but certainly not least, Dr. Jalowi is probably the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He didn’t seem calloused to the routine of seeing patients and was very helpful to keep my anxiety down by communicating as things were happening and routinely checking on me to make sure I was doing ok. He knew what he was doing and the numbing shot was not painful, which is unusual. I can’t say enough about all three of these professionals! Please keep these guys around. They made my experience hopeful for the future.

I’m very impressed by the level of care I received here. I was seen by Dr. Briana Jones, she was able to get me an appt quickly & all of my concerns were resolved. Where most doctors would tell me to either lose weight, take some Tylenol, or just brush me off completely.. she recommended a natural supplement to help me. 5 stars deserved!

The staff at CHN Freeport is very friendly, professional & offers exceptional customer service. From everyone at the front desk and to all the nurses and doctors. I highly recommend this clinic for any medical/dental needs.

Dr. Vernor @ Freeport dental along w/ notable members of her staff; Solanji Lopez (hygenist), Petra (dental assistant),are most definitely a (5) stars & beyond ratings for their meticulous, fast & efficient workmanship. Fees here w/insurance is competitively reasonable. I was under the impression one would have to qualify as low income to be seen. Only drawback is order in which Freeport office is run. As an insurance policy holder, taking advantage of benefits meant for major work is a must. If any required additional wrk is to be done like comprehensive cleanings etc., should be an out of pocket option for patient since it SHOULD be less than the major wrk leaving benefits exhausted & patient responsible/out of pocket for largest portion of the wrk! I had a root canal done June 2022. Dr. Vernor mentioned a general 2wk wait for the crown. To ensure crown I prepaid wrk (not required). B4 I walked off dental chair I was told a possible 6 month wait for crown to ensure build up stability/possibility of infection. Was Rxd pain meds & antibiotics & I did fine considering I had other pending dental wrk. Come November 2022 I called to chk into dental crown/schedule appt. Scheduling staff stated my crown was in. Once there, I was told crown was mistakenly never ordered! Wow! What an oversight! BIG miscommunication issue between dental main office & dental employees. Due to 2022 holidays probably lab wouldn't have crown in until AFTER the holidays. General wait period for crown is 2wks NOT 6+ months. Thankfully crown came in b4 New Yrs., Front desk Itzell whom I hadn't seen b4 was actually charging me for prepaid work w/o even reviewing my file then. Booked my nxt root canal/build up to be seen in January. Had build up for 2nd root canal 2/15/23 was told they'd contact me once crown came in which I pre paid again to be free of pending financial burden. I called 2day Tues 3/14/23 to inquire into my pending dental crown. Should of been them contacting me since apparently my dental crown arrived since 1st wk of March! Calls are always routed to their call center perhaps, where connection is often dropped or a busy signal w/long wait period. Itzell scheduled my nxt appt., she had an ear full of my complaint of how they seem to SIT ON PAID ORDERS each & every time I happen to pre pay them! Apparently they're experiencing a staffing shortage. My best experience w/front desk @ all has been w/Ms. Justine & Ms. Julia who go above & beyond their bilingual expertise, knowledge of patients names/wrk patient is having done & above all kind/loving demeanor for their patients that exudes dedication to their duty. Don't know who's behind dropping the ball here that seems to be beach balled to short staffing but it's most definitely making the whole facility & staff look bad! Dr. Vernor deserves gr8er respect for her wrk & I voiced my opinions on this matter/issue to her. Main reason folks from all walks of life bring their business here is due to Dr. Vernor's excellent wrk & significantly reasonable competitive fees here 💡This business is in business due to their patients hard earned wages let's all be kind/respectful of our interests & due diligence ✌️

I was very please with the employees there at Freeport Community Health Center, friendly, knowledgeable, made my visit very comfortable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know, or anyone who is looking for a good Clinic to go to. :)

Very efficient and show the utmost concern for their patients here. My provider Mr.Dike was really nice and took his time to answer all my questions. I will definitely be back to see him! Both of the medical assistants, Perla and Summer were very professional & did such a great job. Highly recommend!

Went to the dentist today to get a deep cleaning and OMG they were wonderful. Everything is changed so much there to where I really enjoyed going. Great experience for sure.

I just want to say that I received the best customer service ever this is my first visit at the clinic everyone was so friendly and helpful bubbly faces made me feel comfortable answered all of my questions . My nurse Heaven is truly the best she is truly an excellent nurse his bubbly and friendly and smart Carrie and I felt all of that just by her taking my blood pressure

I went for an appoint to get more medication prescribed for I had just been discharged for ICU Galveston hospital and the staff was very attentive and caring for my health. Specifically Maria considerations for me as she seen I could barley walk again now and still in a hard part of my recovery. She carried everything I had with me and provided me with their medical oxygen to relief my struggling to breath as soon as I told her I was on oxygen at the house. After she walked me out all the way out to my vehicle still carrying everything personally puting everything in the passenger side seat. 10 STARS FOR MARIA, SHE DESERVES A RAISE.

Thank you to the staff especially Vivianna she took the time to get us set up for a last minuet Covid19 test. The Dr. was very nice and direct on how to stay safe. The drive up testing was so easy. Thank you for great service!

Called this clinic. 6 times since 10 am 7/23/22 been hung up on placed on hold never to return to phone. Really need the help sad they don't have time to help those in need. Trying again to talk to someone let's see how many times I get placed on hold or hung up on...

If i could, id leave zero stars. This is without question the most annoyingly unhelpful clinic ive ever sought medical attention from. I was prescribed a very small dosage of anxiety meds, i never get additional refills and they wait until im down to my last pill before they send a single refill, despite MULTIPLE requests for additional refills. Called last week for another one, never got a return call, so im done. I found a better doc who actually wants to help me. And please do not respond to this with your copy/paste "we are sorry to hear" BS, i dont wanna hear it. I have no desire for further contact or to speak with anyone else to "fix the issue", maybe start treating your patients like a priority and start there.

Dr. Zebda is a fantastic pediatrician. Hands down best doctor ever. So professional and addresses all my concerns and does not make me feel rushed. Love him! I do wish he was available at the Angleton clinic. But besides that he is the best ever!

Not much to say besides a wonderful crew on both the health and dental sides. Appointments, professionalism, great dental work, knowledgable doctors, nurses and staff. Unbelievable that a clinic can be ran better than half of the hospital networks or a freestanding doctor's office or dentist in the area. Keep up the outstanding work and hires!
