Very clean restaurant, fresh food, and friendly service. This Chick-fil-A location is very convenient, It's nearby Costco and Home Depot at Central and Eubank. There is plenty of parking, and they offer both dine-in and drive-up service. You can order online as well. For kids, there is a kids' menu as well as a play area. Highly recommend for a quick bite or even a delicious shake!

Usually I would rate this place 5 but not this time. I let management know a homeless couple was begging for money in the drive thru line and when I closed my window she got aggressive with us and the car in front of us. I let manager know at window and she didn’t do anything about it which really bothered me. We enjoy this place but this was very scary and not okay

I ordered on app and they had me wait in line for 15 min then pull around just to come out and tell me my order was found. But at another store. Instead of just making me the food I drove across town to the location my app picked for me to get my order needless to say 70 dollars late and gas in the heat my food sucked my kids were mad because it was dry and old. I also didn't get a receipt but have online one called to get help with issues and was told to call corporate.

Horrible customer service, when approaching manager Maria she was lost and had ZERO customer service skills to handle horrible employees. We tried to order through the drive thru they young worker made no eye contact was rude and not helpful. They don’t want the business.

Every time I come here in the morning I get absolutely terrible service. They can’t understand I don’t want bacon then they try to add cheese and charge me more when number six comes with cheese and egg and then when they give me my order, I only get egg and a biscuit when it’s supposed to come with cheese. Another time they gave me somebody else’s order because they’re not talking on the screen so I go up to the front to order. Every time I give them exact change so I don’t have to get change back they don’t understand simple math. It’s absolutely upsetting when you constantly get terrible service and I’m nice to them when I’m at door.

Food is always good. But today service was very slow. Used the drive through and the guy that came to take our order didn't have a menu then seemed annoyed when we asked for one. Line was long and did not move very fast. Took about 20 minutes to get our food. Few homeless people were also walking the line asking for money. Place needs a fence to keep them out. Just roll your window back up after ordering.

Never had such variation in fast food. Temperature ranges from either hot or cold when it should be a hot breakfast sandwich or tots. Tots range from being barely unfrozen to charcoal.

Well would be a five star but after getting my wife's ice tea sweet mixed up with doctor pepper. She hates sodas.

This park is incredibly small but awesome. My mother went to this theme park when she was a late teenager. The rattler was my fav rise except for the fact that the seats are not accessible my aunt, who is not a very big person, couldn't even fit in the seats. This needs to be updated so that everyone who wants to ride can ride. The galaxi is a great ride, and it has accessible seating. I rode the galaxi at least 13 times in a row. Overall, this park is really fun, but please fix the seating issue so that everyone can enjoy the rattler.

We usually only use the drive thru at this location but it's fast and they get our order correct 95% of the time. These pictures are Family Night six days ago.

Mixed experience for us-- Although all the employees here were very sweet, the food didn't seem as fresh as usual, which was quite surprising to me. The drive thru is often packed, but when we went in for dinner on a Saturday evening it was weirdly empty. Maybe because the interior is definitely not as clean/well maintained as the other Chick-fil-A's in the area. Lots of debris on the ground, and a yucky smell in the hallway where the bathrooms are (though the bathroom smelled fine! ?? haha). It just didn't feel as clean here. So if I want to eat-in at a Chick-fil-A again, I'll probably go to the one on Wyoming :/

Normally this place is excellent. Today I ordered the Cobb Salad with a spicy FILET and a large Sunjoy. The guy taking my order (drive thru) was very distracted, looking everywhere and not paying attention. I got the feeling my order would be wrong. And it was. They tried giving me a medium drink and I ended up with spicy grilled chicken and not the spicy filet I ordered.

Oh yes, great food, I love the taste, the place is clean, and great employees, but long line with sometimes one employee taking orders and a little over priced.

We ordered two Market salads on July 1at 4:30 like we usually do. The. Lettuce was so bad we had to dispose of at least half of both salads. Normally, the salads are great, but not this time. The romane was wet and black in appearance and not edible.

This chick Fila is the worse chick fil a I have ever been to. Completely screwed up my order. Gave me the wrong salad, didn't include the salad dressing, and did not give me fries for one of my meals. Asked for something to not to be included in my order and some how received that and not what I wanted. Do better chick fil a.

Update January 2023: Nuggets were still small but all there and they were fresh. Sandwich was good. Fries were tasty. So happy they have improved quality! Review from October 2022:We got 10 chicken nuggets in our 12 piece arcs 2 of the 10 were very tiny. So actually 9 came in a12 piece. The fries weren't hot and tasted like they had been sitting awhile Chick fil a has really gone down in quality.

I will never go to this chick fil a again. There was a group of high schoolers which came in to the play area while my toddler was there and started being rowdy and loud and scared my children out. Whatever, it was time to eat anyway. The teens kept running in and out and even were making comments and laughing about how they’re above the height limit posted on the door. The management did nothing, and we weren’t the only family with small children there that day who couldn’t play. Then another group went up inside the playground and a few minutes later the unmistakable smell of weed was noticeable. It was ridiculous, the management should be ashamed. Never again.
