The owner of this location must be horrible! They never get things right and always seemed rushed. Hire more people and pay them well so I can get an order right.

Ordered beef tacos and burritos to find out after I paid for it that they were out of beef. Ended up getting chicken in replacement. Came to find out when I ate, there was nothing but cheese when it supposed to be a supreme . They were out of everything. Chicken made me sick still after 15 hrs. Also noticed 4 coworkers went into one of the employees vehicle to smoke weed with the same gloves on they used to make my food with and walked back into the store with them on and started to work till I said something.

This is hands down the best taco bell in abq right now. The workers are fast and friendly. They also help you get the most out of their menu. The food is flavorful and hot. And most importantly THEY GAVE US MORE THAN ENOUGH SAUCE!!! I live far away but ill make the drive for this taco bell.

By far the worst taco bell in the city. Food is always cold and stale. This location strives to serve the world's worst taco.

Lobby was clean. That is about the only thing that was good. If I could give no stars, I would. We gave this location another shot after a terrible experience last time. Waited over 15 minutes for a rather simple order. The employees are either unaware of how to perform their jobs or they don't care. After finally approaching rhe counter, I was advised our food was given to a car outside the drive thru window. Was not worth the 40 plus dollars spent.. WTH...I want a call back from the owner of this place.

Why do people who want more than minimum wage keep messing up orders? It’s simple, read the screen…this place is a total disappointment every time. Crew was lounging outside on the sidewalk then decided to come in a not get order right. You owe me tacos!!!!

The food was sloppily put together and thrown into the bag. Terrible service and food. Taco Bell used to be a good restaurant but unfortunately it’s gone downhill

When I arrived, very slow inside restaurant, drive thru was a bit busy. Employees are not friendly, no simple common courtesy. Very very bad service at this location. 👎👎👎👎👎
