AH-MAZE-ZING! I have had a ton of pedicures in my life, but this place knocks it out of the park! As long as I love in Albuquerque I will NOT go ANYWHERE else! I've found a home for my toes! Great job, polite and friendly. The basket of gel to pick from is so big that it would take a week just to go through them all and decide what color to choose. Ask for Thinh. That was a perfect massage!

I just had the BBL session! Working with Angel was amazing. She educated me on the process and what to expect. Even more so, explained each step as she was doing it! This is huge when you can’t see! Thankful for this experience and I trust her to do many more procedures! Thank You! -Claudette

This has been the 3rd time i've gotten my nails done & I was recommended to come here because of the "amazing" work they do..Well nothing was "amazing" about my nails..I'm just getting into nails & i have never had them this long previous sets!! i told her short & they're longer than expected! i honestly do not think i will be coming back ever! What i asked for vs. what i got!don't get me wrong it's a nice beautiful place but the nails........

This is my favorite place! They just moved into an even bigger place in the same location, and it's so peaceful and quiet. They pamper you and make you feel like the only customer! They are very fast but do a great job. I always go for gel nails and they have the biggest selection of colors I have ever seen. Everything is clean and they take care to prevent any contamination, so I never worry about infection. UPDATE: My nails have lasted 12 days so far (of rough treatment) and they still look perfect!

Meticulous technician. Took their time, but didn’t take too long. Kind staff. I don’t get my nails done often, but enjoyed this place and felt like I got what I asked for. Would recommend!

Bad experience all around. Made a complaint while I was there so I was moved to another tech. The 2nd tech was rude and told me she only had limited colors to choose from. The receptionist heard this and corrected her by bringing me the basket full of all the other color swatches. When this happened the tech started laughing with the previous tech that I was with. The new tech rushed through putting on my color and didn’t let the gel fully cure in the light. My color started chipping within 3 days and my nails broke as well even after a special product was put on to harden the nails (for an extra $15). For a $65 service this was way below expectations. Will not be back. 2 stars because the receptionist was at least very helpful and friendly. Otherwise 1 star.

Worst manicure and pedicure ever :(. I absolutely hate complaining but my nails were so bad I had to ask the woman to fix my nail shape 10 times before eventually just giving up. My toenails were cut completely crooked and slanted. The woman who did my nails has clearly never learned to shape nails and must be very inexperienced. I absolutely hate my nails and toe nails and paid over $100. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed because they look really embarrassing.

I have been going to Pacific Salon for over 15 years. I even followed them across town when they moved to a larger building. I have always had the best experience. Dena is amazing. She makes us feel like family. My most recent trip was to get eyelash extensions. I absolutely love them. They are high quality lashes. My daughter had gone somewhere else and I could definitely see the difference. When I got home, she saw mine and immediately made an appointment with Dena to get her lashes redone and hers came out beautiful also. I love this salon and will never go anywhere else.
