10/07/2023 waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for two cups of coffee. Extremely poor service!! Attitudes at this location lack in customer service and someone needs to hire a manager at this location. If there is a manager they are surely not managing. I suggest Piñon Coffee or Dutch Brothers across the street for professional and prompt service.

I firmly believe the employees are doing their best. Regardless, they need more help. I always have to say that I placed a mobile order, even going inside. Not a huge deal. But it can't take 20+ minutes to go through the drive thru just to get coffee. Had to leave mini bagels behind, even though I paid for them, because I just couldn't wait any longer. This was about 11:30, so it was long after the breakfast rush. And this experience wasn't a one-off.

Not sure what it going on here. Unfortunately, the workers are all talking with each other while there is a line of customers in drive through. Then we were served room temp lattes. The teenage girl was snarky when we asked her to actually make them hot. She handed our lattes back rudely without an apology or acknowledgement after my husband said thank you. When we drove off the staff was still congregating, kept chit chatting and had no urgency to deal with the line. Definitely not living up to the Dunkin Brand. I don't see it lasting long with these type of workers.

I’ve come twice to this location from bernalillo because I like this place. Both times I’ve comes the door is closed at its 7pm, door says they close at 9pm. Tbh I’m not sure if management knows but it’s ridiculous. They can make adjustments on there site if the times have changed? The employees saw us walking to the door and the they ran to the back?!? SMH @dunkin

The staff was so rude. How does this location get away with their poor treatment of customers? How does this location can stay open with the very small selection of donuts they normally offer? How does this location expect repeat customers when wait times are outrageous? They advertise a full menu, however, they regularly do not have a large selection of the menu available for order. The people of Rio Rancho deserve better. It is a shame that in order to be treated kindly, respectfully and find a good selection, a person has to drive to Bernalillo or Albuquerque. Shameful. My only recommendation would be to avoid this location.

Pumpkin latte - I asked for extra pumpkin and my drink still tastes like Warm Milk. Yuck! It was disgusting. Next time I'll go somewhere else for coffee. The other issue was my the receipt given to me - it was sticky like a sticker. Yep, sticker receipt. I asked for a paper receipt that was not sticky. I was told that is all they have for receipts. WOW!! Save your money and go somewhere else where they make your drink right and can afford to give you an actual receipt. Come on!! I know there are some private contracts out there who will need an actual receipt and not a sticker receipt.

It kind of depends on the day with this location. They have had days with amazing service! Quick in and out with attentive and helpful staff, but other days have the lobby is closed unexpectedly, or their baker didn't show up so they didn't have donuts.

Should have read the reviews before I came to this franchise. Waited a good 7 min in the take out line before staff even acknowledged I was there. Then there were NO donuts. When I said we’d come back later, the staff was beyond rude. Stay away from this location. Bernalillo and Albuquerque are better
