Excellent, top notch Pizza, even by my NY and CT standards!

This is great Dions Pizza: workers are friendly and efficient. Orders are always correct I have never had any issues. Online ordering is very convenient. This location has a drive trough for pick up as well as a separate pick up window. There is an elevated viewing stand for kids to watch the pizzas blend made which can keep kids busy while food is blend prepared. All of their dessert items are usually very fresh and are also well priced. The salads are a great deal and a full salad is enough to feed four people. Their family salad is enough to feed 8-10. They pitchers are great for groups and they never complain about giving enough ice cups for groups. This is a great place to take large groups for a decent price. Overall a great chain and this location is particularly fast a d efficient. :-))

I love Dion's. Delicious chef salad and that duke city pizza is definitely something to write home about. Don't forget a side of that green chile ranch! The employees were all very friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean!

My wife and I were excited because Dion’s is one of the closest restaurants to the resort we are staying at and we love your salads and subs - my wife gets them once a week at work, so we are big fans! We asked for recommendations and were told that the carnivore pizza was a top seller and should be tried, as well as the cheese bread. We received our order and sat down to eat - salad was delicious and fresh as usual, cheese bread is good, but the pizza was honestly terrible. So we continues to work on our meal and I can’t even get 2 full slices of the pizza down. We were asked twice about to go containers by someone walking around and I said “no thank you” to a pizza box, to which she responded “are you sure? There’s a lot left!” But did not ask about it or send a manager by- my wife convinces me to go to the front and say something and order a sandwich to go because we know they are delicious. I went up and Lexy is who met me and seemed perplexed that I was standing there with 3/4 of a pizza still - I explained that the pizza wasn’t good and that I wanted to order a sandwich. She grabbed the pizza and took it back into the kitchen (surprising with current COVID restrictions) but first said “thats’s interesting our pizzas are really good.” We walked over to the register, I paid for my large sandwich, and asked to speak to a manager to address the pizza. No manager came out so I went and stood by the front and she pointed through the barrier and said “he’s back here.” (Am I supposed to jump the counter?) I start speaking to Jax but realize there is no concern and at this point don’t have faith in this location - so I asked for a refund on my sandwich, he argued with me and said there was nothing wrong with the sandwich - I explained that I haven’t received it and no longer want it. So I finally get a refund for my sandwich, still no concern about the Carnivore pizza, and leave. Honestly I somewhat expected some concern for that fact that I had an untouched pizza and a complaint- but there was none. I don’t even paid for my replacement meal - but that still did not click for Jax. Very sad because we come about once a month to this resort and this was the closest location- we went down the street and ordered something else. I would avoid this location, the customer service is appalling, and I will not ever order another carnivore pizza from Dion’s - there should have been an offer to refund/replace my $15 pizza or some level of concern - there was none.

So happy we decided to try Dion's! The restaurant was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The ordering process was easy and we even got to enjoy watching them make the pizzas! The wait was as expected for a busy weekend but it was clear all the staff was working hard to fulfill orders quickly. Our pizzas were delicious and the green chile ranch dressing was so good, I bought bottles to take home 😋 We will definitely be back! 🍕

I'd say our experiences here are more good than bad but generally just tolerable. I usually get a salad and sometimes it's oddly soggy and sometimes it's perfectly crisp. The pizza is always good, sometimes the meatballs could be warmer. I'm not a fan of the fruit cups but I assume they have as much trouble bringing in fresh produce as anyone else in the area does, produce in this city has been super challenging this year. I wish they used better quality roast beef on their subs, definitely go for the pastrami instead.

The 505 pizza and the veggie sandwich were both great for lunch. Highly recommend the green chile ranch! Good portions of food too.

Dions always does a good job. This is one of our neighborhood go-tos and it’s always consistent and good. Their salads (spinach, add feta, turkey!) are great and big enough for lunch the next day. Dions must do something right for their employees because they’re never “understaffed” and there is never outrageous rudeness or anything unpleasant from the staff. The employees are often quite young (high school/college) but they must have great management because things run really smoothly. And if there is ever an issue (out of something or slow) they volunteer a cookie or something to make up for it. It’s never a fight or an argument to order dinner like in so many other restaurants these days-just friendly, easy, good food. Definitely recommend.

Love this place. Every time I go back home to Albuquerque, I have to get a pizza with green chili.. Thank you guys for being amazing. Service can always be better..

Although the pizza was perfect, the salad was less than desirable. Lettuce was driving with water, toppings were not fresh, no croutons or cheese on salad. Use to live the salads, I'll thibk twice before I order one again.

The kid at the register was super cool. Not only was the food worth the trip but he was funny & got my order right.

I just ordered two large pizzas pep and sausage well done and two ten inch turkey subs and two fudge brownies unfortunately I was given two large pizzas not well done, missing the sausage and instead got beacon. The two subs were the wrong meat and instead of chips they gave me fruit cups and the brownies were not in the bag they said 35 mins I got there in 45mins and my order was still not ready I waited another 20 mins. When I got home everything was incorrect. I have had issues with this store before. Every other location is great. I don’t even want to go to the website and make a compliant because I was never handed a receipt and was told they would give it to me when they brought the order out.

Dion's is hands down one of my favorite pizza places! The pizza they serve is absolutely fantastic and never fails to satisfy my cravings. What really sets Dion's apart is their quick and hassle-free service. Ordering from them is a breeze, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you're looking for amazing pizza combined with speedy and friendly service, Dion's is the place to go. I can't recommend them enough. Trust me, once you try their mouthwatering pizza, you'll keep coming back for more. Dion's is a must-visit for all pizza lovers out there!

I hate to leave this review but after two attempts to correct they still did not get my order correct. I repeated my order three times to the young lady on the phone only to get to the drive through window and still find errors. I had to then pull over in a parking space and wait a few minutes for them to bring me the correct food. Only to find when I got home they still had one of my items completely wrong.
