👍👍 This is the best gym on this earth. The staff is an amazing group of people. If you are nice to them, they will take you in and treat you like family. G3 Sports and Fitness is the friendliest gyms I have ever been a part of. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, professional and fun to be around. If you have a family and are looking for a gym this is place, great gym space(2 basketball courts, volleyball courts, batting cage), hot tubs, fitness classes and a cafe to get something to eat as well. Family friendly place. They even have a fun coordinator for kids events(Tayte).

A large, immaculately clean workout facility with all that you need, including a professional and friendly staff. Oh, and a coffee bar. Monthly fees are on par with the rest of the local gyms, (about $30/monthly for basic). New member deals might be a nice incentive for management to consider. Or rewards for Yelp reviews. Just sayin. Individual TVs for each piece of equipment and all equipment are clean and in good working order. I’ve found that mid-afternoon (2:30p - 4:00p) is a great time to workout without much fanfare. Other gym members that I’ve encountered are respectful and considerate...except for two guys that run on the treadmill while insisting on simultaneously having a conversation they barely have breath for...you know who you are. Very pleased with my membership here and the way I’ve never felt out of place or unwelcome. You’ll be happy too. Except when those two guys are yell-talking on the treadmill about their buddy Jim from marketing with the new jet skis. But indigees

I've done a lot of research on the local gyms here in Corvallis. I've attended several gyms in my life and even worked at one. I've now been going to G3 for several months and thought I'd share my experience. Here are the pros of G3: -Compared to other gyms, the membership rate is decent. -There are more group exercise classes than other gyms. -There are a few more evening classes than other gyms, which allows for those who have a job to attend. -The spa is really nice! -The staff is very friendly! Here are the cons of G3: -The weight room has very little variety and is surprisingly small for such a large facility. -The weights are outdated and do not offer a lot of adjustments to suit individual needs. -Weight room feels like a quiet library. It needs music or something so we don't feel like we need to whisper. -The sign in process is very odd. Instead of just scanning a card like every other gym I've attended, you yell out your name to the staff member behind the counter and then use a bulky card to get into the areas you want. For such a large facility I would think they'd have a normal system of just checking in with a bar-code? I've had little key-chain bar-codes and phone-app bar-codes. G3 should get one of those. -My least favorite part, no one attends the classes. For another unknown reason, G3 has really poor class attendance. A few times I've been the sole participant! It's not for lack of good instructors, it really feels like an advertising problem? Like why are there not special deals to get people interested in classes? Or promotions letting us know about cool, new classes etc. Or why don't the instructors have better speakers? Or why does it cost so much extra to be able to attend the classes?? I love attending classes and have been unpleasantly surprised to find few fellow participants. -Needs more evening classes. Though there are more evening classes than other local gyms, there are still not many. None of them hit that golden 7pm hour and I have no idea why. Those with jobs would dig a 7pm class. Over all I do like G3, I'm glad to attend however, it just has an air of being a has-been. It is a big grand facility that boasts of outdated equipment and poor attendance. I'd love to see some vitality and new life breathed into it!

Could not ask for more in a gym. G3 has everything. The staff is phenomenal and they keep all their facilities in awesome shape. Always clean and organized. There is a great energy and atmosphere, and it’s so big and diverse that I’ve never had to wait in line for equipment or felt crowded. To me, this is the perfect gym and I hope I can stay here forever.

We love this place. Staff is always good to us too! Great place to reserve if practice or a game gets canceled. We can work on getting kinks out and run drills. Awesome private practice experience upstairs, and she always feels comfortable here. I'm so glad G3 has this Softball and Baseball facility upstairs. It has really helped her development over the years. One of the best indoor facilities in the Mid-Valley for working on your throwing. Update: 1/2hr ball drills+1/2hr throwdowns= Steal at your own risk!

I just dropped in for a day pass to check it out. It has everything I need and more. Tho the floor plan is a bit wonky with cardio/strength machines on one end of the building, and free weights on the other. The sauna, steam room, and hot tub are epic. No locker rooms just big bathrooms and day lockers. Still considering a full membership, but the fact that it doesn’t open till 8 am on weekdays and 10am on weekends is a big deal to me since I work full days

This was my first time at G3. I got there about 3 pm on a Monday. The young man at the door could not have been more nice. He got a 5 star rating from me. He showed me around and I was impress. There were very few people working out which was great. Everything was clean and at my ready for use. Then went down to ground level and dry sauna for well over a hour. It was clean and HOT....the way I love it. Maybe four others were in and out. Even the shower was clean and LOTS of HOT WATER. The only reason for not rating it a 5 stars was I was not given a pass for the access pads that let a person move through different doors. Even there the young lady at the front desk swapped me for me car keys her pass. I will be back.
