In town for training and found this place. The next day I shared this place with the class and several of us returned. Everyone raved about their order. The favorite amongst the group was the Potsticker Grilled cheese. It looked and smelled amazing. I was told it was the best sandwich she had ever had. I tried the Cubano today. I was not disappointed. Soo good! The flavors, the crust, the cheese!!!!! Amazing! Also impressive was the speed of service. It was lunch rush and they were kicking the orders out fast! Good job MELTZ.....

We went in last week and let me tell you....we were following the rave reviews and recommendations and were not disappointed. The food is fantastic!! The service is beyond the best. The general manager Patty is the greatest. She went above and beyond to make our visit the best. She took the time to check in and have a conversation with us, even took our trays, not a fast food feel at all. Our daughter is begging to go back and see her already. Gradie at the front is great! Greeted us at the door and helped us with the menu. The restaurant is lucky to have them! Will be going back specifically for them and the sandwiches, of course!

Absolutely love this place. Visited Coeur d'Alene Idaho a few years back and this place came recommended and was amazing. Now they have a 2nd location in Bend when I happened to be visiting Redmond so I had to check it out. Just as good as the Idaho location. Best sandwiches hands down. Dip is really good as well. This location is only a 4 hour drive for me vs the 7 hour drive to Idaho. So I'll definetly take a trip out there again just for their sandwiches! Love it keep it up!!

Nice, quiet, super yummy place! Great casual dining plus right in the middle of a bunch of great shops! The staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious! 💜

Tried out the new Meltz in the Cascade Village Shopping Center on Saturday and we now have a new favorite place to eat. The food is awesome! The service is even better!!!! Very friendly staff. We were greeted when we entered, handed a menu and all of our questions were answered. Brought our food to the table and promptly removed our mess when we were finished. We highly recommend everyone to try it out for yourselves. You won’t be disappointed. Great job to the staff and ownership, and welcome to Bend. Hope to see you here for a long time. We will definitely be back; soon.

My husband and I were so excited to give this place a try, and we were not disappointed. Delicious sandwiches with such interesting flavors- and perfect portions. The real stand out to us, was the staff. Every single person working was engaged, upbeat, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure we had a good experience. We can’t wait to come back.

I have been excited for them to open for quite a while. Finally getting my chance to check it out, the first thing I noticed was how complex the sandwiches are, this made it hard to decide what to get. A little more simplicity would have been nice. Placing an order with my wife, we spent over $40 for the two of us. While the food was good, it did not merit the prices on the board. I will also say, these are not grilled cheese, they are definitely a melt. The flavors were good, and the service was great. Unfortunately due to being way to pricey, I will not likely be back.
