After 8 months of no problems, I finally had a couple of maintenance issues come up recently. The whole team was awesome to deal with. From talking with the office to get the tickets open to coming home from work to find everything fixed. I especially want to thank Del and Jim who take great care of the property. I see them working hard every day. They respond quickly, they’re friendly and respectful; and most importantly, they fix stuff right the first time.

Elevator broken for months. Garage flooding when it rains. Call box has never worked in my time here. Loud neighbors stomping above me at all hours of the day and night. This place seems really nice on the surface but moving here has been the worst housing decision I’ve ever made. Just counting down the months until my lease expires and I can get out. As a positive I’ll say the staff are generally friendly and maintenance is responsive.

We thought there was a pipe leak in the bathroom by the shower head. Del responded quickly and actually found that it was just a leaky shower head spraying water on the wall. Always appreciate his responsiveness and great attitude. Thanks Del !

We had an issue with the clothes dryer in our unit. When Del our Maintenance Engineer, got our message he was right on it and had the repair done immediately. He also cleaned up all the dust behind out dryer when he was done. As always fast and efficient service from our maintenance department.

5/5 stars for the maintenance man, Del! He replaced our microwave by himself very quickly. He is always nice and willing to help with anything! And a plus, he always has treats on hand for my dog!

Dale was and is awesome. Great place to live and staff is 💯 %legit… Their grit and tenacity is on par with their action, responses and attitude. Thanks staff and Dale for your hard work and dedication to helping us all live in comfort and stress free environment.

while maintenance team is great, the apartment claims to be actively "fixing" call box that hasn't been working for MONTHS. so if you get any food delivery, guests, delivery etc., they cannot access the building. package lockers are frequently down (within JUST the previous month, about 5 times). the office is frequently empty during business hours. while most people in the office are great, angela is incredbily rude.

I would rate these apartments ZERO stars. I have several family members that live here and their cars get broken into DAILY!! The apartments have no cameras in the parking garage, and no security whatsoever! Bikes are also getting stolen from their storage space in the apartments as well. DO NOT MOVE TO THESE OVERPRICED GHETTO APARTMENTS
