As an adventurous eater and a lover of cased meats, this place was heaven. Now I can say I’ve eaten reindeer! Better yet, there’s even more options for cowards who only eat familiar stuff. Most sausages are bigger than the one I’ve pictured - the most exotic the meat, the smaller the sausage. You pick your toppings and sauce here - each element was as good as I’d hoped. I was extremely pleased that the cashier was able to make a great recommendation for my sauce when I waffled on it. The chimichurri sauce is exemplary, even if the fries aren’t (that being said, consider getting your sausage over fries; the plate of the guy next to us looked delectable). Seating is pretty limited, but if you can sit in the main restaurant area, it’s a solid place to watch your favorite sportsball event. I’d recommend this place to just about any meat eater with excitement.

Was visiting Bend from Southern Arizona and stumbled on this amazing place!! The food is phenomenal!! We got fries, Mac n cheese, bangers and mash, a lot! It was all fantastic. The service alone is a reason to come! The owner makes sure you’re taken care of and the rest of the staff is just as friendly and incredible. Will definitely plan a trip back!! Thank you.

We understand how they keep high ratings. Our first visit and definitely not our last! The staff was awesome, they explained everything and made it simple, choose your protein, 2 toppings and a sauce yum!! I don't eat pork, but have no fear they have chicken and vegetarian options. I enjoyed the Chicken Basil dog, topped with caramelized onions, cream cheese and BBQ sauce...Delicious!!! My love enjoyed the Elk dog, topped with caramelized onions, cream cheese, saurkraut and Dijon Mustard... He loved it! We enjoyed a small order of chili cheese fries, sooo yummy!! And the small was plenty (we are big eaters) You won't regret stopping by and grabbing a bite to eat! Oh wait....their blueberry cheesecake is beyond delicious... you will love it

Wild Boar cheddar Jalapeño brat with sauerkraut and sautéed onions and Chimichurri sauce. Flavor bomb! Not wild or gamey tasting just juicy and delicious. I might ask for the chimichurri on the side next time so I can control the flavors more. I'd also go with grilled onions vs sautéed but I'm splitting hairs here. The gorgonzola bacon fries were a meal all by themselves and excellent, nice and crispy. The free app of a few chunks of bread and chimichurri sauce was a nice touch and a good way to introduce something new to hesitant customers. Lots of good beers on tap, next time my friends.

Absolutely delicious. They have veggie and gluten free options and are allergen friendly. The food is amazing and the staff is so nice. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Bend!!

I would go back just for the service. The guys working here just kill it. They take great pride in their work and seem genuinely happy to serve customers. I said I had never tried a sauce and they brought out a sample for free! Things like that go a long way. They know what works well and what combinations make for a great dog. Sometimes I just say "surprise me" and I'm never disappointed. The dogs we had were amazing and I will definitely be going back for more!!

It was pretty tasty food. We usually stick with Hispanic food or Italian. This place was a nice change of pace. The sausages were pretty well seasoned. The mash and chili were sweeter than we expected, but I think that’s common with this kind of food (culturally). Overall, everything was really tasty and definitely was all from scratch and delicious!

Stop reading this and go get yourself a sausage! Hands down my favorite place of 2023. Food was 11/10. Service was friendly and available. They bring food to you. The wait was very reasonable and the establishment was busy on the Saturday we went. Atmosphere gets a slight ding due to the limited space inside. Outside seating is available!! Dog friendly outdoors. Beer options. Gluten free options. Can't say enough good things.

Dog friendly covered patio! The sausages are amazing. We also got the bacon gorgonzola fries (a small which was still too big to share between the 4 of us), as well as the Mac & cheese. The service was also great. They recommended the blueberry muffin sour and now I will recommend it to all of you!

This instantly became my new favorite spot in Bend. The people working were extra friendly and helpful and the food was AMAZING. We happened to wander in during happy hour, which made it all even more fantastic. Excellent drink selection and food selection - I had the pheasant, mushroom, and swiss sausage on top of macaroni & cheese and topped with chili and grilled jalapenos. It was enough for at least 2 meals, and made for great leftovers.

An absolute gem of a find. My wife and I went here for dinner and were immediately greeted by the owners daughter with a helpful explanation of the menu. The friendly service just increased from there. The owner is an enthusiastic fellow who you can tell puts his heart and sole into his business. Everything we had was amazing, and again, I cannot stress how friendly and inviting this place is. It doesn’t matter if you are an out of towner, like us, or an old friend, you are treated like family. If you are in Bend, or heck within a reasonable drive, you have to give this place a try. But be warned, the side portions are huge, so if they tell you that you are getting a lot of food, I’d listen or plan on taking home some tasty leftovers.

Our first visit and wow!! My friend told me that this was a “not to miss restaurant” and boy was he right! We were greeted by a helpful knowledgeable gentleman who took the time to explain the menu and how to order. The process was pretty straightforward. The options were huge. Our lunch was delivered by a helpful staff member who checked to insure we were all set. The food was delicious! Fresh bun and delicious “brats” ! Overall a terrific meal!

They have an amazing selection of different sausages, ranging from wild to mild(exotic to pork). Huge choice of sauces and toppings, as you can see for my picture. Super friendly staff and solid music, gets you right back to the 2000's. Would I eat here 3-5 days a week, yes. Too bad I live in Seattle. So if you're in Bend or Portland and I believe soon to be Redmond, Oregon come eat!

Plenty of choices to build your own sausage meal, sausage lovers’ must. Impressively warm service, special thanks to the kind ‘grandpa’ who guide us, as the first time comer, thoroughly through the ordering. Warm atmosphere as well. Will definitely come back again in the next visit to Bend.

The food and service at this restaurant lived up to all of the talk in the reviews. The restaurant was quite dog friendly on their patio, the service was excellent and the food was so good! The food took a bit to be delivered. However, they were busy during lunch time and the person who appeared to be the owner came around and gave everyone some bread and pesto and checked in on everyone while we waited. My wife got the brat and I got the IPA sausage. Each one was delicious. We ordered the large sweet potato fries, which was more than enough for two people. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant when we're back in Bend again.

Absolutely delicious! We heard this restaurant from social media and come to visit on the way back from Mt Bachelor’s ski resort. Food is delicious and place is sweet and warm, will come back if got a chance.

Great food! It was hard choosing a sausage with so many delicious options! The chimichurri sauce was delicious. We got a starter of chili cheese fries and those were delicious as well. Highly recommend!

If you like local beer, look no further! Thanks to Google, we found this local gem on our way back from skiing ⛷ at mount bachelor. We didn’t feel like eating but ordered a few drinks. The Pilsner on tab was lovely! Very refreshing and crisps. The Legend cider was also quite good. The main dining area is a bit small but they have a second room just next door. The waiters were super friendly and tentative! Next time I will try the sausage. They look amazing!
