I have just three little words for you. Breakfast brisket tacos. You have to try them before you die. I've heard great things about the BBQ here, but sadly didn't get to try it. But given the quality of the tacos, I'm sure it's great. Oh and they also do great coffee!

This was a wonderful find. The corn bread was great but even better with the honey butter they give you. My pulled pork sandwich was delicious and full of flavor. It had a great smoke flavor and the bbq sauce they provided was tangy and sweet. The mac and cheese was to die for! My husband had the fire in the bowl combo and he said it was tasty. The sausage was spicy but awesome. We will definitely be back for more.

My wife and I are from out of town and we wanted some good BBQ and this place did not disappoint! We got some brisket with fat and some lean and both were melt in your mouth delicious! The ribs stole the show though! They were tender and flavor packed! The sausage was average. The Mac and cheese had a good taste and the pinto beans had a little bit of warmth to them with good flavor! If you are close check this place out! It looked like they also had pie and coffee but I was too stuffed to do any more!

Went to Miller’s smokehouse today to get a pulled pork sandwich. It wasn’t too busy and I was able to get my sandwich pretty fast. The one thing I really didn’t like was that they assign you a table and you don’t get an opportunity to know where that table is going to be. As a highly sensitive person I have sensitivities to light sound and view what I’m looking at and when I have my back to people or I’m facing them. I was coming in for a quick sandwich so I didn’t ask to change tables or anything but this was some thing that I really do not like at all. I will probably still return to Miller’s as my mom said it was the best barbecue in town. However, I would ask to sit in a specific place ahead of time now that I know how it works and if they weren’t able to accommodate that I would not eat here again. The sandwich was pretty good I would like to have had some spicy or barbecue sauce or some Tabasco. I didn’t see any around I was kind of in a hurry so it wasn’t a big deal but it would’ve been nice to have an option of barbecue sauce offered to me when I ordered if they have any options.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Brisket is really good, turkey is well seasoned and moist, not dry like you expect, and ribs are Outstanding! Best ribs I've ever had!! The only drawback is the mac and cheese, which seems to be one step above Kraft out of a box. Was expecting better given the other food is so so good. Do yourself a favor and get the banana pudding before you leave. Not your typical pudding. It seems to be whipped and made with cookies and chunks of banana. Great stuff. The staff is super friendly too.

Love me some BBQ. I recently went to the Texas Monthly BBQ Fest where you get to try the top BBQ spots in Texas all in one place. Hands down Millers was one of the best. So on one of my regular trips to Dallas from Austin, I wanted to give this a try and it did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. Brisket, pulled pork, Turkey sausage. I didn’t get a chance to try the ribs at the store, but I did at the festival and it was great. Their cornbread is on point and they have about a dozen baked goods, biscuits, pies and cookies. It’s worth a stop in Belton when you get the chance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. Today's visit made it my second time dining at this establishment. The food, service and ambiance are well balanced and 100% maintained... leaving no room for complaints. A bustling restaurant with a well-thought-out marketing plan. Stop by and try the chicken. I guarantee you will return for the whole menu!

Excellent barbecue in the neat little town of Belton. Whether you like brisket, pulled pork, or sausages Miller's has the option for you. I've had or tasted all three and they're all good. Plus they have excellent desserts. There could be a line during busy times, but things move quickly. When in the area we usually eat here multiple times. No fake barbecue here, you can see and smell the smoke coming from the building.

We have lived in the area for nearly a decade and Miller's is our ONLY spot for BBQ. Every Friday I take my family out for dinner and after a long week, a long day at work and a long drive home we knew this Friday was a Miller's Friday. Stopped by our house in Temple and scooped up the family called our order in for curbside, it was quick fast and easy they were so friendly as always so we went on our way. I doubled our normal order of 1/2 lbs moist brisket (It's the best you have to try it!) and doubled our 1/2 lbs jalapeño cheese sausage (equally as amazing) to 1 lbs of each. We got home and my husband took the BBQ in, my 9 year old gathered the plates when my husband asked if I doubled the order looking at me all suspicious like. So long day - I checked my phone for the charge and the charge was right for doubling the order so I did but it just looked off. Before we have had two boxes vs the one I currently had, so I called. I don't think their phone system could be any easier, they have a direct option for a manager and I was so lucky to get Paige. She was so warm and friendly, easy to talk to and ready to help which she did in a big, big way. She took complete ownership of the order, offered to correct or refund (we were hungry and tired) she not only corrected it but saved us a return trip and within maybe all of 15 minutes my order was in my hand at home. There are not enough managers or leaders like Paige. Thank you from my hungry and tired family Paige and Miller's for your wonderful food, your wonderful service and for treating people right. Paige needs a raise and a hug - she's one in a million.. Thank you Paige!!!

Thanks to Country Reporter we found this great place. This is the first place I have been to that assign’s your table when you order. The food was good, not as smoky as I personally like for BBQ. There was two unmarked sauces on the table and the lighter in color sauce, with what looked like pepper flakes, was really good and flavorful. The Fire in the bowl was the perfect portion of 2 meats & 2 sides plus Fritos! Yum! The banana pudding is the best I have had from a restaurant. The only down side was the water is not filtered and tasted dirty. The $2.79 for a soda is worth the investment. The tea did not masks the unfiltered water. We would come back for the food.

Smelled the smoke and had to stop. Got the sliced brisket sandwich, broccoli salad, beans, and corn bread. Sandwich was super, the salad was excellent, beans were spicy just the way I like them, and the corn bread was amazing with honey butter. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Place was clean and well kept. I very much enjoyed the food here!

The breakfast brisket, egg, cheese sandwich on a soft potato roll was delicious. Enjoyed a tequila sunrise and an espresso chocolate cupcake too. Ordered to-go...moist brisket, ribs, and coleslaw! Everything is so good!

I LOVE, LOOOOVE this place!! Everything here is YUMMY!! There us a sandwich that has pulled pork, brisket, sausage and coleslaw that is just my weakness!! The moist brisket is hands down the best all around. It's perfectly seasoned and delightful! The cream sodas are nothing but trouble. The staff is young and extremely helpful and courteous something one just doesn't see anymore!! Great job, ladies and gentlemen. You have restored my faith, somewhat, in today's youth!!

The food was amazing, I had the brisket, which was awesome. Then I had the smoked turkey, great flavor and moist. The coleslaw was also very good. It has a good mixture of mayo and vinegar. The cornbread was perfect, great texture and flavor. Then the coconut cream pie hit the spot. I finished it all off with a vanilla latte.

Are here for lunch. Top 50 Texas monthly pick. We had moist brisket, turkey, green beans and pinto beans. The brisket was great, and the turkey was good. The sides were just ok as the green beans were floating in butter. Their sauce is good, with 2 choices traditional and spicy.

Ok, so a friend of mine had a birthday the day before, so we chose a Monday to go out to brunch in Belton, Texas. We were going to one place, but it ended up being closed, so we googled somewhere close to eat. So as we were walking looking for the restaurant, we ran into Miller's smokehouse. Or should I say our noses took us to this place🤫 When we walked in, this place is huge, and we found out that everything they make here is from scratch.🤯 Guys, let me tell you they make sausages, bacon, they make all type of desserts. A banana pudding and a cheesecake that was given to us by a lovely woman named Randa. She totally had a beautiful spirit. 🤗 She told us everything about the restaurant. She brought us the cheesecake and a banana pudding for my friend's birthday. Then she turned around and brought us a bacon rib OMG.🫣 If you've never had a bacon rib, get you some!!! 🤪 When I tasted it, I told my friend I wanted to stab her with my plastic knife.🫨 It was that good, she tasted it and her eyes open👀, so she literally said.... I'm going to go and get us some more.🤣😂 We also ordered breakfast sandwiches. My friend ordered a brisket egg and cheese sandwich, and I also got a smoked sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. They were banging also😋 So, by saying that this place is truly amazing. 👊 The food was outstanding. The service was out of this world, and I can't wait to go back and take my husband for breakfast.❤️ So if you're ever in Belton downtown, look for them. They're at 300 E Central Avenue Belton, Texas. 76513😉

Love the big bay doors. The brisket was great, the sausage was OK. Didn't get my whole order. They forgot my coleslaw. It's an OK place. Kind of pricey for what you get. This plate was $15.

I was able to visit Miller's Smokehouse on a recent trip. Ordering was a little unconventional as there were two counters: one for food, the other for coffee and adult beverages. That in no way took away from the experience. The food was delicious! I wanted to sample some "Texas BBQ" and Miller's didn't disappoint. I got the Tha' Curtis and my girlfriend got the Sausage Wrap. Both meats were smokey goodness. We got coleslaw, potato salad, buttered potatoes, and Mac n' cheese for our sides. The butter potatoes and potato salad were our favorites. Be sure to also get their cornbread muffin with honey butter. It was a yellow cornbread that was slightly sweet.

It nice to find a hidden gem. I was born in Temple TX. I went to a BBQ place that I shall not name. But Man Vs Food and a popular YouTube person went to.. I feel like they went to the wrong place. The brisket was fall off the fork moist. The jalapeño sausage was amazing. Along with the broccoli salad. 10 out of 10 will return when I am back in Texas.

Located in downtown Belton, nice new restaurant. The ribs are very good they are super moist, not a lot of crust but they're still very good. The brisket is OK I would give it two stars out of five. Definitely not worth ordering. I asked when the gentleman which was better the beans or the coleslaw he said the coleslaw and the coleslaw is OK not much flavor. Their barbecue sauce is very good, it's on the sweet smoky side. They also serve a mustard barbecue sauce which I find very odd for Texas. As far as Texas barbecue goes it's good. Brisket is not good but the ribs are amazing. Unfortunately you're not able to order the ribs by the quarter pound or half pound so you have to pay 15 bucks for a half rack.

This spot never disappoints. Their barbecue is delicious, flavorful and juicy. I tend to go for the moist brisket and their sausage. They started selling hamburgers on Thursdays. It’s a double cheeseburger with bacon and bbq sauce. I believe their patties are made with brisket, regardless it’s very juicy. Their bacon is thick and crispy. The bun is nice and soft and holds the hamburger well.

Very friendly staff. Opened the door for me as I was walking in. Was craving a good bbq breakfast but was a little disappointed that only option was the brisket taco for about $5. Rest of the options were mainly sausage or bacon. Not really big on eggs which is weird since this a breakfast review. The eggs were too wet in my opinion but I’m sure that’s how most enjoy them. Salsa was really good and refreshing. Breakfast sandwich was really good but I had to take off the wet eggs.

Great place to go, very nice staff. Wish they did plates, but you get your meat and then get separate sides. The prices aren't bad, really, if you buy bbq anywhere else it's just as much. Down town Belton is a nice place as well. If you go early you could shop at the small places around the shop.

Great service, adorable place and the FOOD! Pulled pork sandwich, Mac n cheese and Cole slaw - all were fantastic. Pulled pork was sweet, tender, juicy. Cole slaw was sweet, but not sickly sweet. Mac n cheese was just right. Husband had brisket and pulled pork. Really enjoyed it. Well deserved spot in Texas Monthly "50 Best BBQ in Texas"! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We will be back!

Second time I’ve eaten here in a week and it’s soooo good! I enjoyed a brisket egg & cheese taco with candied maple latte in store. Both were great. But then I did a carry out breakfast and ordered the small pimento grits but added chopped brisket and soft scrambled eggs on top. It’s delicious! I can see this becoming a regular spot for me

Everything tasted delicious. The pork ribs are my favorite, the fruity pebble cookie and pineapple cream soda were good too. They have excellent customer service. The only reason I rated a 4 stars is because of a mixup with my order. I won’t talk about that because they made it right. Thank you to Millers for delicious food and a great experience. I definitely be coming back again.
