DISASTER! I would leave zero stars if I could. They market their clinic as personalized service and top in technology. They are EXTREMELY unorganized, informal and zero patient care. They did not provide the very basics for a clinic in their field. I went to the clinic the beginning of March because I wanted to freeze my eggs, I was given the price and told that I could start the process but the lab exams take about a week to be ready. I decided to wait an additional month because I wanted to do it the "right way" with everything I needed which to me means: stay in Madrid just to wait for the process, rent an apt, etc. I knew my period was coming during the weekend of easter so I needed to start the process then, I sent an email to the Dr asking about what to do because the clinic might be close and I also did not have information about the medicine and my lab results were not even reviewed, never received a response... Ok, maybe she is busy... On Wednesday I called the clinic because the date was approaching and I was concerned I still did not have a prescription, lab exams reviewed and very concerned about the clinic being closed. I spoke with Saul and rely all my concerns, he told me not to worry that on Saturday they had a Dr working and an emergency line, that day they would of explain to me the process in detail, medicine application and administration, steps to follow, etc. also that he was emailing me the name of the medicine I needed, of course I was thinking what I got into?! Surprised by their level of informality but it was too late, I was 3 days before the day I needed to start the process. Not surprising Saul never sent me the email with the name of the medicine as he promised. I sent him an email also on Thursday... no reply. Saturday comes and I call the clinic and EMERGENCY line many times and nothing! It will ring, ring and no response! Why do you have an "emergency line" if nobody responds? I missed the day I needed to start the treatment, Sunday closed. Monday I called by noon... of course still no email from Saul. I rely all my experience to Maria from patience services, I was told I could start the treatment that day... nobody reviewed my lab exams, no medicine prescription, after the date I supposed to start the process. Of course I declined after Dr friends in the US recommenced to not do it. For all those reasons and the way the handled VERY BASIC procedures I would not recommend. My treatment was preventive and simple but I can not even imagine being in a complex case and having to deal with this situation, all this is very delicate and time sensitive, time is everything. You need someone who cares and it is in top of your case, not having to call and call not receiving a response.

Our experience was not good. Tambre is a clinic you can't really trust because they don't really look after you. I'm writing this as a man who supported my wife throughout the process with Clinica Tambre, and three failed attempts. The clinic was a personal recommendation from a friend of my wife, who by the way is still trying to get pregnant after years of trying with the clinic. It was our mistake to accept that recommendation. The problems with the clinic start after you pay. During my first visit (we live abroad) they had me donate sperm but forgot to do blood tests. I had to remind them and a nurse said "oh, right, sorry" as if that happened all the time. They still forgot to do some tests (syphilis, etc). While waiting, I noticed a lady crying in one of the cubicles since she had come from abroad and had no clarity on when her transfer was going to happen, if at all. After that first visit I was so shocked that I was willing to walk away. But we'd paid, so we continued. Another mistake. Then my wife started undergoing the procedure. The immediate message we received, after we paid, was that the we were not a priority. The doctors were late for zoom calls 15-30 minutes every single time brushing off our remarks with "I need to have my lunch" and similar. It would usually take many emails and phone calls to remind someone to write a program for my wife. These programs would sometimes contain inappropriate dosage or schedule when we checked them ourselves or with a gynecologist; these would be corrected only upon our intervention. If you work with Tambre you have to keep track of these things and basically become a part-time doctor yourself. You are constantly in the dark. Tough to get to talk to a doctor. Tough to get a question answered. After a while trust will become a major problem. Ask around about Tambre on genuine online groups that discuss fertility you'll start to get the real picture of their reputation, and it's not pretty.

We used the clinic based on its reputation, but it was a waste of time and money. The most disappointing part is the Medical Director, Dr Laura García de Miguel, didn't listen to our feedback when my wife had an adverse reaction to the pill she prescribed. Later on, a polyp near one of the follicles was developed, resulting in the process's delay. We restarted the process later but had a disastrous result. Instead of being sympathetic, Dr Laura kept emphasising that it is not her fault, where she should take some responsibility.

I was at the clinic for the social freezing. Positive is the optically perfectly furnished, modern clinic with single rooms and the friendly nurses and receptionists. What I didn't like was the medical care. I am a doctor myself and as a patient I did not feel fully informed - no trace of individualized patient care. I got the impression that the doctors didn't have much time for questions, or that my questions were rather annoying. Sometimes there is a change of doctor without prior information. The communication between patient, coordinator and doctor is insufficient, which leads to waiting days for an answer sometimes, which can be mentally stressful. The worst thing was that the stimulation was carried out despite high initial hormone levels, which resulted in a cyst and poor egg retrieval outcome. I was not informed about this disadvantageous circumstances prior to the treatment. I would have not followed through the stimulation knowing this, but waited for a different cycle, saving my body from the stress doing a duostimulation and spending a lot of money for a poor outcome. When I consulted a Greek Clinic after treatment, I learned more than from any of the doctors at the Tambre Clinic. Among other things, that they would not have stimulated at all with these hormone levels. The ‚right timing‘ for the procedure in this Greek clinic lead to a three times better outcome- even though they used lower dosage of medication. To sum up, the treatment in Tambre Clinic is not what i understand under informed consent nor individualized therapy.

My experience at this clinic was very irregular. The client service in general is hit and miss. Even though everyone is very nice, it is very difficult to get answers and the time to get a reply to emails at times is very long, especially for delicate matters. At every visit I saw a different doctor and some visits were very fast and felt very hurried. It was my first experience at such a clinic, so I cannot compare. The other detail that I found a little shocking, especially after researching other clinics is that my treatment never came to the final phase or even close (I chose premium) and they are still expecting me to pay the full amount, which I am not sure why. The steps of the treatment I followed were finalized since IVF did not work and the first thing I received after the 3 day embryo was discarded was an email claiming the second half of the almost 7000 Euros. Again, with not much experience, I was expecting a more personalized service and it was a hit and miss. Most nurses were very sweet, but a lot of the other staff was very short and did not have a lot of time for me, once I signed the agreement to go ahead.

The best clinic in Madrid for donors. From minute one the treatment is super good, advising you and helping you at all times. In addition, donors are given many facilities when it comes to any gynecological questions they may have. I recommend it 100% Highlight the treatment, both from doctors, assistants and receptionists. Soledad is a sweetheart and is always aware of everything.

Very happy with Tambre clinic it was a long journey for me. when I hit 45 I thought that It was too late, but then I was referred by a doctor in the UK to come to Tambre clinic for treatment and I am now 7 months pregnant. Great doctors, lovely team and beautiful clinic!

I have only good things to say about Clínica Tambre. After trying to get pregnant in Ireland for 3 years we decided to try Spain and a friend recommended Tambre. As soon as we got in touch with them we knew we had made the right decision. It's a patient centered clinic where you feel like you treated like a person not just a number. The communication is very organic, fluid and quick. We couldn't be happier with the treatment and with the staff.

After years of researching how to have a child and creating a family, we have managed with the support, understanding and professionalism of Tambre and their team. All doctors and assistant I meet were lovely. We have now a wonderful 4 month old baby boy who is our happy blessing... The process was easy and travel to Madrid only 2 times ;) I highly recommend their services. For ever grateful...

We had two cycles with Tambre. First cycle year ago, with Dr.Jessica, everything was fine, she was always very nice, compassionate and available even after working hours when I had an issue with medication. We were interested in doing next cycle, but as Dr.Jessica is no longer work in Tambre, I was transferred to Dr.Marban. We had few online calls and had a plan for treatment. Everything was going okay, but there were few things which confused me. From all appointments I had during treatment I saw her only once. Rest of the time it was some different doctor. And every time they were suggesting me PGT test, despite I said on very first appointment that it will depend on results and quality of embryos. But they kept suggesting it every single time, I felt like they were a bit pushy about it. During second cycle and new protocol from new doctor we got less eggs and much less fertilised eggs than first time... Nothing was transferred. After second failed cycle we were suggested to go with egg donation. I am not a doctor of course, but isn't it a bit early considering my age (late 30) and all test results were pretty good? I asked if we can do another cycle, and the answer was - yes, if this is what you want. And protocol will be the same, so as doctor. Last thing which I was incredibly disappointed with, is they have sent me payment link for 300 euro saying that there is outstanding payment, not explaining what for. From second try, they answered and send me receipt, which said they used time laps incubator, which no one discussed with me. Even after I made it clear that I am disappointed with this situation and hidden charges that no one mentioned, I got no apologies or anything. I am happy for people who got positive experience , but from mine, seems that this clinic is good for straight forward cases only. We will not go back there, that's for sure.

After a 9 year journey to trying for a baby we went to Clinica Tambre. Following extensive testing they quickly suggested a course of treatment and we welcomed a baby boy into the world on the 1st try! We find ourselves so lucky to come across the Clinica Tambre when we were so disappointed with our long unsuccessful attempts in our own country (the Netherlands) for years. From the first consultation in Rotterdam till our last visit in the clinic in Madrid for transferring our first embryo, we have just experienced the best quality of care and communication. Now we are pregnant from our first embryo transfer and just looking forward to successfully completing this stage too and hugging our baby. Everyone in the clinic professionally took us seriously and were super kind (including the doctors, nurses, embryology team, coordinators and the receptionists). We were so impatient and were thinking that the waiting between our first visit in Madrid to our second visit (for embryo transfer) would be shorter than what it took, it was the only thing that made us a bit uncomfortable, but we can totally understand the unpredictable odds. We are thankful to all the staff of Tambre clinic and looking forward to visiting them again together with our baby.

After multiple tests and many attempts in other clinics and hospitals, we were clear about our low chances, without prejudice to treatment according to the circumstances. The treatment at the clinic was exceptional, especially from Dr. Paloma Sanchez, as well as the follow-up of Anabel and the immunologist Sergiu Padure. Yesterday marks the last day of my medical journey in this clinic after freezing eggs, and I need to say that everyone was incredible! The people at the reception were very friendly and ready to help, my contact persons were very nice and ready to help! My emails have always been answered within 24 hours! A big thank you to Dr. Marban and the doctor that did the retrieval for me! Everything was perfect! I took all the medications and was able to freeze 13 oocytes! I am very satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end! Thank you, guys! You really deserve 5 stars.

As patients from the UK we have been amazed by the thorough service that Clinica Tambre offered. It was a big step deciding to complete our treatment abroad, but upon meeting the Clinica Tambre representatives we knew that however our journey turned out they were the best choice for us. I thoroughly researched treatment abroad prior to this. We met Katie at the fertility show London in May 2022 and by June we had our first appointment in Madrid. Katie arranged the timings of the appointment, the hotel for the first night and transfers from the airport to the clinic or hotel. We had a face to face appointment, full bloods, Seminal analysis and genetic testing done on the same day - Obviously we had to wait for the results and we did pay extra for the genetic test. The second appointment was completed over video call with the results and to make a plan for the treatment. Clinica Tambre offered several different packages and Shannen our clinical link explained all thoroughly. Clinica Tambre are very transparent with their costings and you pay what you are shown on the package. If there are extra costings for different testing not included in the package they will let you know straight away. This is unlike some of the UK clinics that we have experienced. We paid via the payment request links as it was easier to keep track and see what we were paying in pounds via our bank accounts. Dr Marban was the consultant that we met with for every appointment and every ultrasound. If we had a problem we could contact the patients team and they would contact Dr Marban straight away and get back to us with a response. The people we mostly contacted during treatment on the patients co-ordination team were Sandra or Maria. I can only sing their praises at how wonderful they were with us, especially as I probably was the irritating patient emailing/calling all hours of the day. They didn't once make me feel like a nuisance. Everyone that was involved in our care spoke fantastic English, very compassionate and made us feel at ease at all times. Once we selected our package, we made the decision that we would live in Madrid for the duration of our treatment - we stayed at Sonder apartments. I honestly think this was the best decision as it made us stop our daily lives and fall into the treatment cycle. We also explored Madrid and experienced all the amazing things that it had to offer. We found an apartment close to the Metro and it couldn't have been easier! We started our initial ICSI treatment in July 2022, however, had to stop after the egg collection as I unexpectedly experienced OHSS. I was poorly whilst exploring Madrid and fainted, my partner called the clinic and within the hour Dr Marban had seen me, completed an ultrasound and blood test and given me medication. We then decided that the best option was to wait a month or for the ovaries to recover before the embryo transfer. We completed our frozen embryo transfer in August 22. Both my egg collection and transfer were completed by an all female team, which, although not necessary made my personal experience so much more empowering. My partner and I decided that whatever the outcome from the collection and transfer, Clinica Tambre is a clinic second to none. The doctors, nurses, embryologists, reception, admin, patients team, cleaning staff ... everyone, were absolutely amazing in their care and compassion. We are very lucky in our experience and we are now almost 23 weeks pregnant, thanks to everyone at Clinica Tambre. We don't have any other embryos left but if and when we make a choice for fertility support again they are our first and only choice. We are forever thankful for the positive experience during treatment, not only the outcome. I inky have positive things to say about Clinica Tambre. I live in Australia and there was a fair bit of logistic involved with the process. The Dr I met were really understanding and gave clear information and advice. The admin team was really good with their communication and were responsive. During the process they answered all my questions and made the process really easy. The embryos are really good quality and I have my first son. And so happy

I am delighted to share our recommendation for Clinica Tambre. From the very beginning they were friendly, responsive, and great at answering questions and making us feel really comfortable about what is such an intensive process. Camilo was prompt and thorough in response to early inquiries before we signed on as patients. We had a slightly rocky transition once we signed to move forward, so I would recommend they work on that a bit. But once we got moving to the next steps, I cannot say enough about the amazing humanity, attentiveness, and professionalism of our coordinator Arianna, and Dr Marban. The facility is clean, modern, and welcoming. As for the most important point: they successfully got us pregnant with the first transfer and we are now 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl. They are a top notch clinic and I recommend anyone consider them to help make your dream come true.

Tambre is the second Spanish clinic I have used, we switched following a poor experience with IVI. Tambre were excellent from the outset, there advice even at the consultation stage was excellent and helped us to improve our results, the medication plan was more thorough along with testing too. With IVI we had two rounds of ivf and only retrieved 7 eggs in total with no viable embryos, with Tambre across two back to back rounds we retrieved 16 eggs which produced a viable embryo after lots of tests. I cannot reccomend Tambre enough

I have no hesitation in recommending Clinica Tambre. I am an older lady with gynaecological issues but was successful on my first try with the clinic and had a beautiful baby boy in April 2021. I did have further issues trying for a sibling but the director and their Immunologist recommended the appropriate treatment and now have a 2nd healthy beautiful son. I'm so grateful for the excellent treatment and advice received during my.journey in creating my own family and I also appreciate the clinic's outstanding facilities.

I flew across the continent for social egg freezing . I was quite reluctant because this process takes great coordination in terms of timing and flying across the world would make it harder. I have to say that the journey I had with Tambre was nothing short of incredible. They ended up being exactly the clinic I was looking for. My coordinator was Lucia who was very prompt in carrying arranging everything between me and the clinic in the months leading up to my arrival. She always went the extra mile and there was no communication barrier as she speaks perfect English. On my bad days, she also showed extra empathy and patience to me which was more than everything I could ask for. She also continues to follow up after the retrieval. The clinic also displayed a high degree of flexibility in terms of their terms and conditions when it came to me utilising the payment I made for the second cycle which I am undecided about doing which I am thankful for. The other staff at the clinic were also very kind, organised and highly efficient. The entire plan went smoothly thanks to their punctuality during appointments as well as during the retrieval. While I was on my final visit debating with myself if I should do a second cycle, my exchange with the doctor made me realise that this clinic is not profit-oriented as other organisations are prone to be, their priority was above all the benefit and well-being of the client. I even got a free taxi ride arranged by the clinic to the airport and even the taxi company was excellent in their service. *My only advice is taking the initiative in double-checking with the clinic what test results are needed or lacking maybe 1-2 months before the procedure if you want to do them in your home country to prevent any anxiety in having to do them the last minute as they have the potential to disrupt the entire process. We used this because of the good reviews. It was a horrible experience if you’re overseas. The overseas phone number doesn’t work. This is the first indicator of how little effort they put into their overseas patients. I spent a lot of time chasing for referral letters because I had to pay for the scans in the UK. On one occasion I had called 4 times over 2 days as I had a scan booked and needed the referral letter, each time they’d told me they’d have it over in the hour and didn’t. I would have had to pay £200 had I turned up without the letter so it was getting very stressful, so at 5pm the night before, I said to them I’d wait on the line until I received it, and they finally sent it. On several occasions I rang to confirm appointments. Obviously, coming from overseas we book flights around the appointments. On several occasions they had either not booked it in, got confused, said that it was my fault, then found the booking. Realllly stressful. On the 5 day wait after transfer, you are supposed to get a call from them on day 1. I rang THEM on the 3rd day and they acted liked they were confused about why I’d called. ‘Who are you supposed to speak to sorry?’ I really snapped, I said it is ‘YOU who are supposed to tell ME’. I feel sure that if I hadn’t rung them they wouldn’t have called me. They also hadn’t prescribed my all the medicine I needed which I noticed the night before I was due to start a new injection. I had to call around London to find someone with it. If you want a deeply stressful, disorganised experience, these are the people to go to. They don’t care about you as a patient. I feel sad for anyone who has to go through this, already emotional experience, with them.

We are two ladies who went to Clinica Tambre in 2021. We received high quality service and support before, during and after our stay in Madrid and procedure of In-Vitro Fertilisation. Everyone at the Clinica Tambre were friendly and professional, timely, caring and honest. We got beautiful baby girl and would recommend Clinica Tambre to anyone.

This review is long overdue! My husband and I came to Clinica Tambre in January 2022, though we have started the process a month earlier. We were both so impressed with the service we have received and with the professionalism and warmth of everyone we have come in contact with. At almost 44 years, I managed to get pregnant via IVF. The egg retrieval took place in February and the egg transfer a month later. It was our first try. Now I am nine months pregnant and expecting to give birth any time. Our experience with Clínica Tambre was everything we hoped for. We live in Sydney, Australia and our fertility doctor recommended we looked into Spanish clinics to get an egg donor. We met with three clinics and eventually settled on Tambre because their staff made us feel the most comfortable. Camilo was our first point of contact. He introduced us to Dr Alicia Alvarez who could not have been nicer and more generous with her time to help us understand all our options and next steps. With the help of Dr Alvarez and Camilo we were able to pick the most suitable treatment for us. After that we mostly worked with Arianna who helped us through every step and was very supportive which we really appreciate during such a stressful time. The Tambre team has been very supportive in our fertility journey and we highly recommend them.

I arranged a call, ensured that my partner cleared all his appointments that day and they never called. TWICE!! This incident proofs that they are not organized and I would not use their service.

I can't thank tambre clinic enough for the incredible support and care they've given me on my fertility journey. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was part of a family rather than just another patient. The staff greeted me with warmth, compassion, and understanding. I was nervous and anxious, but they made me and my partner feel at ease right away. The doctors and nurses took the time to sit down and talk to me like a friend, not just a medical case. They patiently explained everything, from the procedures to the potential outcomes, in a way that was easy for me to understand. Their facility is very impressive, and you can tell they invest in the latest technology to provide the best care. But what truly touched me was the emotional support they provided us. They understood that this journey is not just about medical procedures; it's about dreams, hopes, and emotions. I'm overjoyed to say that my time at Tambre led to a positive outcome, and it wouldn't have been possible without them.

I have two children through embryo donation. One came at the age of 14 with the Andalusian water polo team to the Spanish championship. The other in a few years. I just thank you for everything you have given me. I couldn't be happier and I couldn't be more grateful.

I highly recommend !!! Without any hesitation, I rate the clinic 5 stars for its professionalism, kindness and dedication. After more than 20 years of trying to have a baby, after several attempts at assisted reproduction in France where I live, I went to the clinic and the first attempt worked. What joy !!! I am the mother of a charming little princess who is 2 weeks old today. She has completely transformed our daily lives and has filled us with happiness since her arrival. I wish all mothers to experience this happiness.

Clinica Tambre was the best decision of my life. From months before actually doing ivf and freezing embryos to finally getting a positive test…I was paired with a wonderful woman in charge of Italian patients, Arianna, who always replied to me the same day. Being American too I kind of switched back and forth with doctors and languages in terms of phone care at times but Arianna was the main link. Between exams, decisions, treatments -over a few months - Arianna answered to 100s of emails from me- not exaggerating!! ). We basically almost wrote to each other back and forth and I always felt reassured and understood and with the comfort of someone taking care of me and my appointments and fertility. Every doctor and staff worker at the clinic has empathy, intelligence, care and even the first negative result felt reassuring with them. The positive one and the pregnancy have been the most life changing part of my life and they truly supported me from the first beta test. It took two tries (fresh ivf + frozen embryo transfer) and clinica tambre felt like home and I found it hard to think that I might have to leave that care. For many people these clinics are just a quick stop, I decided to take a 360 approach to my gynecological and psychological health and basically got to experience every side of the clinic. The nurses are some of the nicest people on earth. The psychologist is a ray of sunshine. I am an anxious person and I was “unfiltered” in emails, asking the most bizarre or personal doubts and they always answered to me professionally and treated me with humanity and truly cheering for me ar every step of the way. I feel like I’ve gained friends and people that will have a lifelong impact on my future. Also the rooms where you stay after the surgeries are cozy, private and feel like a hotel.

I highly recommend this clinic as they pay attention to detail to ensure the best possible embryos and developed giving the best possible chance of a healthy baby. It worked for us - we now have a 2 month old beautiful baby boy.

If you want 1st class treatment with the best knowledge about implantation failure and expertise on miscarriage , comfort, great organisation, prompt t response and excellent communication this is the clinic for you. Unfortunately we had 3 other clinics let us down for years , wasting our time , mentally and physically not to mention financially, we nearly gave up after 3 long years, until we came across tambre and all it’s great reviews, we researched this clinic well and thought let’s give it one more go and we are so glad we did!! The staff are all so friendly and make you feel updates, heard and comfortable. First time ever we are now 10 weeks pregnant with healthy heartbeat , it’s still early days but we have never got this far and very hopeful.

In September 2022 after three failed embryo transfers, I was googling which are the best fertility clinics in Europe. Tambre was always among the rankings. I had online appointments with several clinics around Europe, but from the first moment onwards I felt I needed to go to Madrid to the Tambre clinic. Less than one year afterwards I am holding my baby born in August 2023 thanks to the professionalism and expertise of the Tambre team. I felt also reassured by their commitment to ethics, another plus. A big thank you.

My experience with Tambre Clinic was extremely disappointing. Although I initially received a friendly welcome and was promptly given an appointment with the doctor, my care afterwards was inadequate. The doctor was never available to me again, neither during my stay nor during a transfer visit. This was unacceptable to me and of very poor quality. The clinic's stats may be high (85% to 97%), but if it doesn't work out, you're told you're out of range and unlucky. Ultrasound examinations and hysteroscopy were arranged in Switzerland, but the statements and laboratory results of the Swiss doctors were ignored. A treatment plan was discussed over the phone, but a quarter of the treatment was forgotten in writing.
