It's not fair to play with the despair of sick people!!! We are talking about a disease that has no medical recognition of a cure!!! Because if I had it I could work for everyone!!! If you are so sure that someone has worked with Sudeck, why doesn't it work for all of us? Why when someone goes doesn't write down the result!? I do not doubt that it has improved the lives of people who had other pathologies that could be confused with Sudeck. If what I say is a lie, I am waiting for you to prove it with real facts, patient tests! If you put it in writing that the Sudeck works then I will be able to believe you All the best I respond to your answer!!! It is not a question of being an authority on the subject but I am a Sudeck patient and I believe that you cannot give false expectations to sick and desperate people to try to improve their quality of life, asking for considerable sums of money!!!!! If there really was a job, don't you believe that our public health, which by the way has excellent public medical health with great professionals, would not be "working" for patients? I have consulted many specialists, reputable doctors and specialists in these types of diseases and they confirm that there is no operation that works. Yes, there are options such as placement of a neurostimulator, sympacteromia. But those are not jobs, they are techniques to relieve pain but the disease is still there, controlled but it continues. Of course there is the right to anonymity for patients but they can publicize cases without naming them, certifying in some way the before and after tests... scintigraphy, CAT scan, etc. Of course I understand that a review like mine bothers you and they will do everything possible to cover it up…. I just tell Sudeck patients to be careful with what people can tell you and that when we are desperate everything is worthless!!

A year and a half ago my son fractured his ulna in an accident, after malpractice it led to Volkman Syndrome, his arm was completely useless without any movement or sensitivity and his hand was completely deformed. We visited quite a few doctors but they all told us that there was no hope of recovery, the muscle in my arm was dead, imprisoning the nerves. The pain and indignation was very great and we saw that our 17-year-old son was not going to recover the mobility of his arm and hand. We started asking questions and researching on the Internet because we did not want to resign ourselves to such a diagnosis. Thank God we found Dr. Piñal, we went to his consultation and from minute one we trusted him. Dr Piñal together with his wonderful team after more than 9 hours of intervention made the miracle possible. Today my son is recovering. Thank you, thank you and a thousand thanks, we will be eternally grateful to Dr Piñal and his team for the treatment received and for giving my son back the mobility of his arm and hand. I hope this review helps people like us who, at one point in their lives, were distressed and did not know where to go to solve a problem like the one our son had. We made the decision to put ourselves in the hands of Dr. Piñal and it was the best decision of our life. Cristina Romero from Seville.

(Translated by Google) A few years ago he attended a very complex hand surgery, in which the other surgeons recommended us to go through the operating room for the 2nd time, Dr. Piñal did not even cross his mind and based on physiotherapy and a lot of knowledge in what the hand is perfect. And I'm not saying this exaggerating, totally impressed with the talent and professionalism of the team and of course totally and absolutely grateful for everything! Congratulations!! Enhorabuena!!

(Translated by Google) In September 2021, after a fall, I had a multiple fracture of the humerus. After being operated on, I realized that my forearm had lost sensitivity and my right and dominant hand was pendulous and without any functionality. They told me, in the center that operated on me, that the radial nerve had been compromised and that it would recover in approximately a year. However, in the post-operative phase they told me that they did not guarantee me anything, neither with rehabilitation nor with another operation. What is more serious, when I asked to know where the damaged nerve was and what the extent of the damage was, they answered that it was not possible to know, which was completely false. After two and a half months, a new rehabilitation doctor managed to locate the nerve through a good ultrasound: it was imprisoned under the cerclage used in the operation. The scare was huge but by then, thanks to good advice from medical professionals and reviews from other patients (that's why it's very important that you write them), I was very clear that I would only put myself in the hands of Dr. Piñal to correct such a fault. It took me a minute to contact his clinic and the doctor took the time it took me to get to Madrid to perform an emergency operation, freeing and repairing the radial nerve and performing a tendon transfer in the forearm. I'm still in the rehabilitation phase, but my hand is now largely functional (I wouldn't have been able to write this review before) and I know that in a few months I'll be much better. I am enormously grateful to Dr. Piñal and his team; Without his wisdom and enormous professionalism, I don't know what my life would have been; I know that there are many people affected by great misfortunes, but I could not and did not want to see myself without my right hand overnight: it was horrible to have that dependency and I did not know how to do almost anything with just my left hand. For all this, THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS Dr. Piñal; for being who you are and how you are; for everything he has accomplished and for all the people whose lives he has helped improve. A hug for all your team.

I am a hand surgeon practicing in an university hospital in Taiwan. My current position is the director of hand and microsurgery division. 6 years ago, I have a chance to learn and work with Dr. Piñal for several months. This is a wonderful experience to me. Not only I learn surgical skills from Dr. Piñal's unselfish teaching and sharing, but also his gracious care during my stay in Spain. So, it is a pity for me to see someone accused him as a racist. I deeply know Dr. Piñal is never never possible to be a racist. If you spend some time to talk with him (of course, more than 10 mins, maybe 15mins...). You will know he is a kind doctor and always trying to solve patient's problem with every effort! And, he is a man with sense of humor also....

Hello, my name is David and I am 37 years old. In April 2023, I suffered a fall and broke my internal malleolus. After months of suffering and an ordeal, I was diagnosed with sympathetic dystrophy and my true hell began, with antidepressants and no solution. Until on that path of suffering I found Dr. PIÑAL's clinic, everything changed and I noticed it only when I called by phone and in a matter of a week I made the visit to the clinic and performed the relevant tests. everything changed with DR.PIÑAL AND DR.RUAS, what professionals something incredible in 3 weeks they operated on me and three and a half months after entering the consultation with crutches and without being able to put my foot down, I can now walk, go to school for my son and in no time be able to start working in the office. Everything at its own pace as (MY GUARDIAN ANGEL, DR RUAS) tells me, little by little David, keep the good things. I am in the process of recovery and each patient is different but it is a matter of time. They have given me my life back and I promise to write the end of my story to help + people not give up. THIS IS DOCTOR PIÑAL'S CLINIC... I ONLY HAVE WORDS OF THANK YOU FROM THE GIRLS AT THE RECEPTION TO THE DR, RUAS WHAT A MACHINE HOW HE TREAT ME EVERY TIME I GO DOWN TO MADRID AND HIS PHONE CALLS, A TRUE OUT OF SERIES IS A LITTLE LITTLE + BUT IT IS A QUESTION OF PATIENCE. I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL, AND I WILL REMEMBER YOU EVERY DAY FOR THE TREATMENT, THE DECICATION AND THE RESULTS THAT HARD TO SEE FOR YOURSELF BUT IF IT IS PATIENCE AND I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE NOT TO DOUBT IT. THANK YOU DR,RUAS DR,PIÑAL AND TO YOUR ENTIRE TEAM, ETERNALLY GRATEFUL, I WILL CONTINUE WITH MY STORY TO HELP EVERYONE WHO IS IN THIS SITUATION THANK YOU DAVID CARRETERO

(Translated by Google) I suffered a multiple fracture of the radius of the left hand, they intervened with a plate. Since that day, a sensation of a numb hand and a lot of pain, especially at night, and a lot of swelling. After visiting several traumatologists I was diagnosed with complex regional syndrome type 2 with acute median neuropathy with poor evolution and that the recovery would only be partial and my end would be to go to the pain unit. Fortunately, we made the decision to turn to Dr. Piñal and his team. On June 25, 2021, he received me in consultation at 09:00 in the morning, evaluating the intervention that same day, performing a microsurgery at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. I left the operating room around 5:00 p.m. without pain, regaining mobility and sensitivity in my hand and was discharged the same day (it was incredible). Thanks to the professionalism of the entire team I am improving daily and I feel useful again. I feel very lucky and I only have words of thanks.

(Translated by Google) Great professionals, but above all highlight the treatment of patients by the entire team and Doctor Piñal. I went for a Volkmann's ischemic contracture (Volkmann's Syndrome) and they proposed to me in the same first visit the whole approach to operate on me. Two years after the interventions I have been able to recover my life, my autonomy and lead a normal life again. Great professionals and totally recommended. After suffering an injury which left me with a severely damaged right hand, when I arrived at Dr Pinals office I was very Mentally unstable and he put me at ease and gave me great options to move forward. ¡No había dolor!

After the operation, I had great swelling in my hand and wrist and great difficulty moving them. I was diagnosed with a Shudeck, venturing the possibility that my hand would remain dystrophic, rigid, without movement. I went to the Doctor Piñal Clinic looking for an alternative to a situation that seemed very negative and irreversible to me. I am a hand surgeon in Korea. I have known Dr. Pinal so long time. His attitude and endeavors for the patients are respectable from other surgeons in the world. I have seen very similar situations from many other doctors. Eventhough the doctor was not intentionally being offensive to the patient, the patient can feel very uncomfortable. In this case, the doctor should explain very honestly first, and then the patient may accept the sincerity. I hope the patient understood Dr. Pinal's sincerity. Patients make a good doctor and doctors learn new things everyday from the patients. There is no doubt Dr. Pinal is on of the best hand surgeon and one of the best doctor in the world.

Very disconcerting that I announce the incorporation of Dr. Francisco Piñal on the hospital website on November 23, 2023 and when you call to make an appointment they answer you from appointments that they know absolutely nothing, but they cannot make an appointment with me because they do not know that he has joined nor that I will do it soon. Very good. Given the latest news published about this "dr" who supposedly cures sudeck, I have to say that I don't believe anything since in October 2022 I will travel from 1 day to the next (and the crowd is super tight) haha from Seville to Madrid not at all . This man offered me an operation for €10,000 in which he did not certify the cure because the sudeck did not exist, it was all psychological and when I told him no for the moment I lowered the price to 5000 and paying it in 2 times..... I am not at all convinced by their "diagnoses" since I consider them false and also say that you stop making false reviews because the only thing you want is to deceive patients who suffer from this DISEASE that has no CURE or RESEARCH and if it is true that it has a cure Why don't you work in social security to help? Why is it not true at all.....I'm sorry. As advice, do not be fooled and do not fall into the trap of the operation because THE SUDECK HAS NO OPTION OR CURE. There are many of us who are desperate because of the pain, but please do not be fooled.

(Translated by Google) I called to try to make an appointment with Dr. Piñal but unfortunately I did not succeed. The staff in charge, does not attend as it should. After explaining everything (attached photo), they only asked for money and that he first pay to be reviewed. Once paid they would tell me what I need and how much it costs. I already told you that I had a nail in my hand from a surgery in the United States and that I was returning to Spain for Christmas requiring your assistance. Zero empathy on the part of the person who answered the call.

My husband suffered for many years CRPS on his left hand. I found Dr. Piñal looking for treatments for CRPS ( Sudeck’s syndrome). We did a first Skype consultation, but my husband was hesitant since the treatments he had in the past were painful for him. Dr. Piñal was so positive, gentle and polite. Also, was very sincere to us. If my husband would not have a good outcome with the surgery he would tell us right away. Dr. Piñal was positive he would cure my husband and he said my husband would recover his hand mobility. I only hoped my husband would not have the pain he was feeling for so many years. My husband had his surgery this month and he was cured! No pain after two weeks and he is recovering the movement little by little. The customer service was great including the ladies at the office and the hospital personnel We are so very happy at last! We didn’t have any hope in US, but medications.

I came to Spain to work with Dr. Pinal as a clinical fellow in 2013. I was reminiscing about my time with him when I came across a troubling google review. This has compelled me to write to describe my experiences. In the months that I spent with Dr. Pinal (and in the years since!), I have always found him to be fair, kind and compassionate with his patients, his medical team, and to the various medical learners who come to visit him. I sympathize very much with the patient who felt discriminated against. This is a terrible feeling, and would be upsetting for anybody. From what I know of Dr. Pinal, I do believe this is a very unfortunate misunderstanding. He simply does not harbour any such discriminatory views. I hope that by returning to see him, this misunderstanding can be resolved.

(Translated by Google) Excellent team of professionals. 9 months ago I had a domestic accident in which part of the index finger of my right hand was amputated; my dominant hand After three months of recovery, (and considering the piece of my missing finger as lost) they detected ungueal remains (of the nail), so it was necessary to operate to avoid future problems. At that time I went to Dr Piñal, referred by his reputation as a hand surgeon. In my case, from the first moment he saw clearly the possibility of an improvement that I had not contemplated: that of recovering a complete finger (and consequently, the ability to make a pincer, among other abilities that I had lost with the amputation), through a toe-to-hand transplant. Dr. Piñal is a world leader in this type of complex operation. In my case, the execution of the surgery was perfect, and I must add that the success of the operation also lies in the intensive follow-up carried out by both the doctor and his team after it. On the other hand, I would like to highlight a less technical but very important aspect for a patient when facing such a complex operation: the clarity of the doctor's explanations, his absolute availability to clarify any doubt that may arise at any time before and after to surgery, and the peace of mind transmitted to you by a professional who is very clear about your treatment and what can be achieved (all this, extendable to his work team). Currently, I have recovered all my index finger, along with its mobility (I can write with a pen, type, perform the pincer movement... tasks that I was going to give up before the operation) and the sensitivity is almost recovered completely Without a doubt, I can only recommend this team of professionals.

On 10/24/21 I suffered a traffic accident in which I broke the distal radius of my right hand. After being in a cast and subsequent rehabilitation, I was diagnosed with Sudeck syndrome. Time passed, I was still in pain and my hand was becoming useless. It was affecting my arm due to lack of mobility. Searching the internet I found Don Francisco Piñal. I contacted the clinic and after giving me their opinion in consultation, they proposed that I have surgery immediately so as not to further damage the joint. The operation was a total success. The next day I was mobile and today I feel 100%. Exquisite treatment and professionalism. Eternal gratitude to the doctor and his entire team. I recommend going 100%, it will surely help you.

INCREDIBLE BUT TRUE: I am a nurse from Huelva. I was diagnosed with SME. of Sudeck after having a fracture of the fourth metacarpal of his left hand. After a few months of undergoing rehabilitation with painful sessions, and feeling very sad about the probability that I would be left with a useless and painful hand, my husband found Dr. del Piñal online, a surgeon who operated on people with these same symptoms and with a very high success rate. They gave us an appointment from one day to the next, and already in the consultation, he told me that if I agreed, he would operate on me that same day, doing us the favor of not having to return from Huelva another day for the operation. Say that I entered the operating room that day at 3:00 p.m., without making a fist, and before leaving the operating room I could already make it. I have rehabilitation left, the occasional session, but MY HAND IS ALREADY MY HAND. The PIÑAL doctor AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM are incredible professionals; MY THANKS TO ALL OF THEM who have given me back my smile and the hope of living. If someone with my same symptoms is undecided, tell them to go to his office and express their fears, he is a HUMBLE, SIMPLE AND WONDERFUL doctor. I RECOMMEND IT TWO HUNDRED PER HUNDRED.

At the beginning of August 2023, I suffered a cut with a chainsaw on my left hand, cutting my 4th finger: the flexors, arteries, veins and nerves, after a first intervention at the Valdecilla University Hospital in Santander 5 days after the cut, the thing It got worse as time went by; The wound was macerated and I was losing more and more mobility. 20 days later, one of the options that the hospital was considering was to cut off the finger, as they say, "when the dog is dead, the rabies is over." Seeing this plan, we had already heard about it. Dr Piñal since we are from Cantabria and we asked for a first consultation so that he could give us his point of view. From the beginning it involved a lot, he and his team saw the seriousness of the matter and that I am a 21-year-old kid who works as a welder (with a stiff finger it would be impossible to work and even lead a normal life) In Valdecilla in turn They told me that a second operation had no guarantees at all, since my 4th finger had become stiff after spending several months in the cast. Then Dr Piñal explained to me the seriousness of the matter and that two interventions would have to be performed. From the first day he and his team gave me a lot of security and confidence, since we knew the long history of operations he had previously carried out. He explained to me that the surgery could not be done so quickly since the skin was regenerating. Thanks to him, during one of the visits he uncovered the entire wound and treated it with Betadine. In about 4 days the wound took on a different shape, dried out and improved noticeably. In November he saw me again and told me that we could consider the option of operating in December, so it was before the Christmas holidays he operated on me here in Madrid, in the end he only had to do one operation and 8 weeks later my finger is completely straight. gaining sensitivity and closing it almost completely. Since the day of the operation was a little early and I wanted to see him in person, he made room in his schedule to see him a couple of times every week. I would like to thank Dr Piñal for his great treatment and his great work, Estíbaliz for his close and humane treatment and his concern for everything, the girls at the reception for their kindness and for finding gaps where there were none... both the from the Madrid clinic as well as those from the Santander clinic and also to the rehabilitation girl for her kindness and great treatment. I would like to put everyone's names but I don't remember... Thank you for the help and treatment received.

After many years suffering with very severe pain in my feet, and going through a few consultations, they recommended Doctor Piñal and his team to me, and it was a great success. Doctor Jaime Sanchez Ruas practically reconstructed my foot, and the operation has been a great success. Doctor Piñal was present in all the cures, worrying about the evolution. The consultation is made up of true professionals, the treatment is very correct and the facilities are perfect.
