My experience was ok… I went in knowing what I wanted so the sales rep basically had to show me options between real diamond earrings and lab grown diamonds. Why I said my experience was just ok was because when we were negotiating the price she kept saying well my boss isn’t going to do that even amount… and I’m thinking if I’m willing to buy today at least ask the owner a couple different numbers, so I could obviously get my best price! The owner ended taking the deal that I was comfortable with, so it goes to show if you have a budget range always advocate for your best price. I appreciate the owners accepting my offer and I’m super happy with my diamond hallow earrings. I have been wanting a pair of diamond earrings for a very long time and so to finally have them feels amazing!!

Very friendly staff but the only issue I had was they didn't have a ring in the store that they had advertised on the wall and I really wanted to see it before I order it for my wife.

Very horrible customer service after the purchase was made, damaged my wife’s wedding ring, asked to come in to pick up rings 3 different times and nothing was ready, when asked about the damage, they simply stayed quiet and smiled, spent a good amount of money there and got treated poorly, will definitely NOT be returning to Kevin’s in the Montclair plaza ever again, Albert was disrespectful and so were the ladies who were there. Highly recommend NOT going there, i hope they teach their employees to be better at taking care of their customers. Should be NO stars

Fast friendly service. Sales rep knew all about the G-Shocks which was great! A lot of store carry these watches but know nothing about them. I bought one within 5 minutes of the rep giving me the info I was asking about.
