Great customer service! They were able to prepare some Keto options for me that were not on the menu.

We had an excellent time visiting, Hansel welcomed us and was very good with dietary restrictions, our service was fast and efficient. When we return to Costa Rica, we will definitely return to la takeria

I had the huarache and it was amazing. I tried I but of the tequila flan and it’s as expected just not a fan of tequila but would recommend it if you like it.

my partner and I landed in Puntarenas and Hansel, our server, made us feel completely at home when we were feeling uneasy after a long day of travelling. Great mexican with a separate vegetarian menu and good choices. Excellent cocktails, great service from lovely staff. Nachos were really good and the margarita a real treat.

Great micheladas! Súper waitstaff! They vegetarian options as well! The tacos were delicious and they hand-make the corn tortillas! Atmosphere is muy mexicano. 👍 The table next to us got a HUGE board with what looked like 4 of many kinds of tacos. We had immediate FOodMO!! Haha 😂 We also tried the plantain dessert. They had a tequila flan too, which sounds great!

If you are craving for some good Mexican food you must visit this place, the staff is great and the food amazing. They have a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

The best mexican food I've tried in Costa Rica, no doubt! Most places you try aren't as good, and their prices are usually twice as expensive as this place. We tried a chimichanga, quesadillas, and tacos and they were all absolutely amazing! They were affordable, the size of the dishes was enough, and the presentation of the food was great ( food looked amazing!). Good tequila, and you have to try the michelada beer! Plus, the staff was really nice, fun and helpful! Would totally go back, and absolutely recommend the place!

Really nice staff helpful patent I don't really speak Spanish but my friends are from here cool decor love the speical tequila bottles the food was great the cips with bean dip guacamole one too I had the tacos I didn't want the jalapeno at first but tryed one in of my friends Jalapeno sauce and it was more flavor than based heat had to try one there chicken sandwich was amazing there fries with it was a small amount but home made properly done they come even while we're down to drinks and clean up for us and wipe up a bit great customer service even not speak Spanish thanks for the great food

This place is a must visit! Located right on the beach they have all the delicious mexican food, cocktails and beers you'll need! Come for the food and view, stay for the great service. Hansel made us feel right at home and had lots of suggestions for other places to visit while in town ¡Buen Provecho!

Most delicious food, with a number of vegan friendly options on request. We were given a vegetarian menu in addition to the regular menu on arrival, which was a pleasant touch. I requested the vegetarian burrito without cheese or cream, and was helpfully informed that the sauce has eggs in it, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious, perhaps an unconventional style of burrito, but excellent regardless. I also enjoyed the passion fruit agua Fresca and the chips with guacamole. Overall, an excellent spot in Puntas Arenas.

This place is exceptionally good. Do yourself a favor and stop by here for dinner.. Deep, complex flavors, Fresh ingredients, - who ever runs the kitchen at this place really knows food. Our favorites were the Birria Tacos, the Chalupas, and the Michelada. Given our experience though, we'd guess almost anything you'd order here would be great. Dear Owners: 1. thank you!! 2. consider opening in Santa Teresa/Nosara, you will absolutely crush it... :)
