I had a good experience. The hotel was a test for my organisation to diversify places to stay in Cotonou for visitors. It has everything you need to feel at ease. The personnel is warming and welcoming. Unfortunately the toilet was smelling so much as if all the smell from all pipes was coming out in my room. I had to keep the fan in toilet functioning while I was in and keeping the AC on. I believe we will continue coming and booking for our staff though if they can work on that smell😇 Pool could also be improved

A hidden gem of a hotel, comfortable and affordable rooms. Friendly and hospitable staff. A little more attention can be paid to the pool, to ensure it's clean and hygienic enough, because the way I saw it on my last visit was completely unacceptable.

Lovely hotel. Didn't look like much until I got in. Reception was beautiful. Lovely blend of white, burgundy and brown. My room was so big and bathroom large and clean. With many compartments for many things. Water heater was on point. Lighting was perfect. Hotel gave me an adaptor and iron for my personal use. Staff were amazing. Particularly the guy who cleaned our room. His name is Abdul. Very courteous and helpful without expecting anything. Would love to visit again and again.

Located a stone throw from the Fidjrosse beach is La Casa Cielo. You cant miss it, its opposite the beach. Its a romantic hotel but very pricy for the room we got. On Booking it was way cheaper. The service was good as all staff were really helpful, polite and friendly especially as we were not french speaking. It was also great that most of them could understand english reasonably and could communicate on some level. Alot of expatriates visit this hotel so you'd see a good caucasian crowd here. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet here. As a couple we got it free for two and there were lots of varieties. All really delicious.

Super service, great food, and at a very good price

Close to the beach with a roof top with views. The breakfast was great with both local and western options. The internal layout of the rooms are confusing but after a few days, you get find your way around. The hot water didn't come on in my shower. It took 2 trys to get the problem resolved. Overall, a beautiful place.

Good. Good. Here with a group and we are well taken care of. Excellent staff. The food is great too. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. I love this place.
