Very nice, quiet, friendly and pleasant place to live in. I'll recommend highly of this place. Infact anytime I visit Cotonou that's the first place I'll go to. 🙂🙏🙏

I chose to stay here because they advertised that they had specific services such as english speaking front desk clerk, airport shuttle services, hot water kettle and air-conditioning. Only the air-conditioning was available but at extra cost which i thought was completely ridiculous. None of the other amenities mentioned were available. I had to use google translate to communicate which i found frustrating. My French doesn't go beyond bonjour and je ne parle pas français. They are situated in a nice neighbourhood though, and extremely close to the airport. If you know what to expect, not a terrible place to stay. But due to the false advertisement, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Our stay at the Guesthouse Cocotiers was a very pleasant experience. They have several rooms of which you can choose from. Internal/External Bathroom Airconditioning Single and double etc... The rooms are cleaned every 3 days or upon asking, they will clean on demand. All costs were transparent. Community space includes the kitchen, a little garden, a balcony and sitting/eating area inside the house where you can have a sit after coming back from the city. Breakfast and dinner can be ordered daily or in advance from the staff and is freshly prepared at the Guesthouse. The Guesthouse is conveniently close located to the airport, beach (just 5 minutes across the street) and western style Supermarket "Erevan" which is helpful if you need to adapt to local food but also has a lot of local products like Juices, Sodabi, honey, nuts etc. All Staff was very nice and treated us gently. Compared to the city center the surrounding area of the Guesthouse it is not very noisy and quiet, specially at night.

A very comfortable guesthouse. I splurged on the private room with AC and bathroom. It has everything I need. They don't have a generator so there can be hot nights with no electricity. I thought the kitchen system could be better if there were designated areas for each room's stuff. All in all quite nice for budget lodging. Definitely recommend. The front porch is especially inviting.

It's not 5* hotel, but really friendly guesthouse in area full of good restaurants, embassys, NGO, near airport. For tourists it's best place in town.

Friendliness and helpfulness with your daily challenges in a big city. Save residential area and close to the airport

Close to the airport, very friendly staff. Affordable prices. The only downside is that there is no Wifi in the rooms. Fix that, and it's 5 stars!
