This
hotel
might
be
a
tough
place
to
lodge
for
non-french
speaker.
The
receptionist
and
front
desk
person
didn't
understand
English.
The
service
was
impersonal
and
dismissive
other
times.
My
room
was
mosquito
infested,
although
they
gave
us
insecticide
in
the
end
to
flit
it.
It
was
at
our
request
and
they
couldn't
be
bothered
to
do
that
for
us.
The
room
was
spacious
but
there
was
no
wardrobe,
just
a
makeshift
hanger.
The
warm
water
switch
on
the
tap
never
brought
out
warm
water.
We
had
to
go
back
to
the
reception
to
complain
about
this
and
that
each
time.
The
staffs
especially
the
front
desk
had
no
warmth
or
genuine
enthusiasm,
save
for
the
staff
of
the
restaurant
in
front
of
the
hotel,
maybe
it
was
the
language
barrier
or
these
folks
just
didn't
care.
They
wouldn't
come
and
clean
our
room
until
we
demanded.
They
didn't
bring
a
change
of
towel
and
soap
for
the
second
night.
The
mosquitoes
were
back
again
and
they
didn't
flit
for
us.
Our
television
was
also
not
displaying
well
but
nothing
was
done
about
it.
It
will
be
best
to
carry
an
extension
box
because
the
rooms
have
only
2
point
sockets
.
Although
they
will
give
you
an
adaptor,
you
have
to
go
to
the
reception
to
ask
and
they
only
give
one
per
room.
They
will
expect
you
to
bring
the
adaptor
on
your
way
to
check
out.
I
didn't
have
a
great
experience
at
this
hotel
at
all.
They
had
WiFi,
nice
swimming
pool
(although
I
ended
up
not
swimming),
electric
card
doors,
nice
decor
in
the
room,
great
use
of
lights
and
the
aesthetics
is
worth
the
dime
paid.
Nothing
else
is
and
that's
my
candid
opinion.
