What a place! One of the wonders of the US. The parking lot is adjacent to an old wooden water line that has sprung leaks in it. It’s unnerving just walking along side it. It’s like 10 feet tall with high powered h2O spraying out of it all over. I feared it would just burst if I even looked at it wrong. Hiking to the falls is beautiful in of itself. The falls overlook was nice. We were somewhat confused that there was no “official” trail leading to the falls since we’ve seen people down below online. Beside the overlook is a super sketchy descent not for the faint of heart. I am not faint of heart so I hopped the railing and rappelled down by rope. Because traffic is low at the falls (not many people brave the descent), you basically have the place to yourselves (with a few other brave souls). There was no way I was not going to take a swim so I did. The water is cold and refreshing. I loved it!

Don't believe the raves about this place and it's beauty. I fell for it and was hugely disappointed. It is a nice waterfall, but the length of time it takes to find the waterfall is ridiculous and it didn't even turn out to be all that, not really worth it. It's also easy to miss the turn off, because Apple Maps isn't completely accurate and because the cell signal drops off - it's important to really pay attention, or else a few u-turns or several point turns will be required on a narrow two way road. I can't understand the big push of "Must See" or "Don't Miss Out" because no one can get that close from a birds-eye perspective. There is a huge hole in the wire fence, that should be fixed, cause a small child could fall through it and 1. DIE or 2. Get seriously injured It's too bad the persons responsible for the safety of this area, haven't seen the necessity to fix it. I can understand the need of hikers or other interested parties who want to see the waterfall up close, it probably is a better view. But there should be a trail, rather than jumping through a not so safe hole in the wire fencing. The fencing is in place for a reason. Safety reasons! Parking (only 10 spots) wasn't such a pain, b/c I got sucked into the hype of these falls and went early. There was only two other cars, when I arrived around 10a & the short trail to the overlook area was an easy calm walk. There are no fees to view this waterfall. But I can honestly say, it's not as glorious or magnificent as so many instagrammers and other reviewers 'say' it is.

The hike itself was very beautiful and right in the parking lot there’s this old pipeline that looks really magical and rustic. The view of the falls is from a viewing platform so you can’t get too close to it. But the hike up you go along the river and you can see all these mossy plants and trees that are very serene and pretty. Lots of steps and stairs but fairly easy hike

If I had more time, I might have figured out how to get to the bottom where I see a few people, but today was just to the viewing platform. The falls looked great from a distance, and the hike was super easy. A few older people, kids, and some people barefoot made it. Halfway along the short path is a spot to climb down and get close to some water rushing by.

I was blown away by how beautiful it is. The trail is very well maintained and easy. There are a couple of sections that have stairs, so it is a little workout, but you will forget all about that once you get to the falls. This is the most beautiful waterfall I have seen to date. I went on a weekday in the afternoon so there was only one other car in the parking lot. Very nice and quiet.

Visited in April after a spring snowfall. Trail was rather muddy in places due to this. Absolutely gorgeous falls. One of the best I've seen. The drive-by "car wash" in the parking lot was fun too.

Definitely worth a stop. One of the best waterfalls I’ve seen! It’s about a half mile back to the falls up and down steps.

The falls was beautiful. The hike to it wasn't easy, it was a lot of stairs and some unpaved paths. But they have installed railings so it is mostly safe. The parking is tricky cause there are very few spots.
