Caring, intelligent, genuine, creative coaches who attract caring, intelligent, genuine, creative people. FuelHouse is so much more than lifting heavy metal in a building with a cool mural: it is yoga, it is mental health, it is community, it is family, is my Third Place that supports and greatly enhances how I show up in this world. I am so glad I started there in January 2019 and look forward to an even longer future relationship. My physical fitness is in a much better place, as well as my emotional and mental health. Holistic gains at FuelHouse. Also, funny AF. So much good humor there.

From the minute I first stepped into Fuel House, I was made to feel like i was part of a family. Molly, Brian, Jeff, Kiel, Andrea, Geneva and every member I met during classes were fantastic! the coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their Kettlebell and Barbell/bodyweight classes are fantastic!!! I took 4 classes while visiting Seattle and am very happy I had the opportunity to meet and train with the great people at Fuel House! Thanks again for having me and being so hospitable!🙌❤🏋️‍♂️

Great experience on all fronts at FUELhouse. I was visiting and I always love checking out other gyms. Tiffany K. was my coach. She was friendly and explained the movements and provided options if needed. The training itself had strength and conditioning components and the diversity of movements made it really fun (Sunday Fun Day!). The members were welcoming to me right away and they were all upbeat. All of them were interactive and supportive. It was obvious, they enjoy training at FUELhouse. They added to the enjoyment and fun of the session. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for solid training and awesome people (both coaches and members)!

FUELhouse is hands down the best gym I've attended in Seattle in the past 30+ yrs. FUELhouse has numerous trainers and all are highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and laid back while focusing on safety. The gym's owners, trainers and clients are welcoming and non-competitive and still focus on making one's personal goals reality. Highly recommend checking out FUELhouse if you want to get in shape, have fun, and feel good about yourself.

I first trained with Coah Sokol three years ago when I was making a pit stop in Seattle to visit family for the holidays. This past week, I was able to train with him again, and remembered why I keep coming back. Coach Sokol and the FuelHouse team have rigorous classes, but the way they train and coach is detailed and helpful for those that have minor or major experience with kettlebells. Someone like me with intermediate knowledge on kettlebell techniques am always learning something new in these classes, and ways I can properly use kettlebells without hurting myself. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the PNW. Thanks again coach for the consideration!

I became a member of Fuelhouse this past September After a year of PT for a back injury. I’ve been able to rebuild my strength thanks to the training and encouragement of Jeff Sokol and Molly Kieland. It’s such a great community at Fuelhouse.

Awesome spot :) I don't live in Seattle but while I was here visiting I went to a couple of classes led by Brian who was very helpful and encouraging, as were the other members. It can be intimidating to go to new gyms and this place is very warm and welcoming.

Coming into town for a convention in SeaTac, FUELhouse owner Molly was exceptionally welcoming and to us out-of-towners and made us feel right at home. Brian was a great instructor: knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent demonstrator of kettlebell form. He did a great job leading the class, answering questions, and keeping us on time! The space is both starkly functional (it's in an old warehouse) but also comfortable. The bathrooms are papered with wonderful motivational posters. If you like kettlebells, if you need motivation and companionship, if you want to get strong, this is the kind of place to go. Also they are very accommodating to drop-ins from out of town. A++ !

This place is a true home away from home. As a community, we don't take ourselves too seriously, but we're serious about strength of body, mind, and support. All of the coaches know their sh*t and offer individual coaching and modifications in challenging group classes (virtually and in-person when available). I do personal training with Brian and he's a gem! He's helped me work through injuries and accomplish new goals - always bringing good vibes. Without this community of awesome and dedicated coaches and members, 2020 would have been a lot harder to get through.

I have been going to FUELhouse gym since May 2021, and I love it! I started out with their Foundations course with my spouse. I had 0 experience with weight training, kettle bells, turkish getups, etc. I highly recommend inexperienced folks to start with Foundations before doing a real class. Since my Foundations course, I have been regularly attending the morning classes: Persist and TRX + Kettle bell fusion. I love all the teachers I have had so far (Hayley, Nicole, and Kari). I also frequently attend the Sunday morning yoga class and out of the many yoga classes I have taken all over Seattle, Mike O is one of my very favorite teachers ever. The Saturday Gym Class Hero is also fun. The teachers for that vary and the workout changes depending on who is teaching that Saturday. This gym is awesome. I am so lucky to live nearby and attend these amazing workouts. Never in my life have I felt as strong as I do now!

Very fancy gym! But absolutely lovely vibes. I love working out here. It has everything you want and more. Although pricey, there’s no other downside there. Recommend 10/10

Fuelhouse is so much more than a gym. It's a place to get strong, be supported, build friendships, celebrate life, be in community, challenge yourself, deepen your wellness knowledge base, change your habits, shift your mindsets, and learn from the most educated and inspiring coaches in the business. It is a one-of-a-kind fitness experience that might just change your life. We are truly stronger together, and Fuelhouse creates the environment where strength, in all aspects of life, thrives.

This gym focuses on far more than the physical part of wellness. You will absolutely get good workouts, sweat hard, and build that muscle definition all while learning proper techniques. But this is a place that also focuses on nutrition, spirituality, and the importance of camaraderie and community.

I attended a Strong First 101 kettlebell training class and I learned hands on high quality training techniques! This is a top notch gym for anyone looking to get strong the right way and build a body that will withstand the stresses of life and set you apart. The Training I attended was great and Annalisa, Jeff and Molly were all great instructors that really had high quality instruction that touched every aspect. I'm looking forward to attending in October!!

All around phenomenal gym and workout programming. The coaches are amazing (fun, enthusiastic, motivating, experts in technique) and both coaches + members really make you feel welcomed and a part of a close-knit community day one. Very happy I found this gym — highly recommend :)

I've been a member of Fuelhouse since it opened and have been consistently impressed with how the gym has grown and continues to evolve into a very special business and community. Molly and her staff are committed to the overall health of their members. The physical health is, of course, important. The workouts are always fun, even when they are challenging and I've never regretted anytime I've spent there. Fuelhouse has become a home away from home and I've met some incredible people since joining who have changed my life for the better. Through the pandemic, Fuelhouse provided a means for the community to stay together and stay strong through hardship. They were also incredibly supportive when I needed to take some time off due to surgery and were an essential part of my recovery. All these and more are why I am proud to be a member of this gym. Come check us out!

I have felt more engaged in my workouts and motivated to actually go since starting group classes at FUELhouse. I would recommend the gym to anyone looking for functional workouts in a positive setting. - I feel I am building more endurance and getting stronger than I ever have been, while having less down time from over exertion / injury than from my previous routines. - The workouts are not solely focused on bulking up vanity muscles like other classes I have taken, they are more functional and feel complete. - Someone at nearly any fitness level can get something from all of the classes. In group classes elsewhere I occasionally felt left behind / weak, or too advanced/strong. The trainers do a good job making sure no one feels behind in the class, they provide modifications as needed, and you can "choose your weight, choose your fate". They also provide intro courses to prepare you for the regular classes if new to this type of group exercise. - The trainers aren't just there to keep time for you and take pictures for social media/ ads, you won't feel ignored. They provide effective feedback to keep you safe and get the most from each workout. - There is variety in the classes, I haven't gotten bored or them. The team at FUELhouse has really figured it out and made something special. I expect to keep going a long time.
