Not bad but the steak was a little small. To sum it up it was really good both steak sweet potatoes and lobster tail. My wife enjoyed her burger and the salad bar. Reason for the 4 stars 🌟 is because of how small the steak was.

My first time ever going to sizzlers and it was great. I remember it used to be in LA in Las Vegas, but it's no longer open there. I've never had a chance to try it and now that I've moved out here and had the chance to actually go it was great. The food was delicious. Loved the customer service will be back

Stay for the nostalgia, leave after a few bites of the food! I was legit pumped to come here and didn’t bother to read any of the online reviews. I wish I did but oh well, lesson learned. I remember coming here as a kid in Chicagoland with my grandparents and parents a few decades ago. So when we passed by I was “No way”. After passing by 6-8 times over several days, we came here for lunch on Wednesday. I was actually kinda shocked at the prices of some of the items especially since I thought the salad bar was included in all entrees. Nope. I did their Steak Sandwich - medium rare w fries and the salad bar. A waitress seats you and brings you your drinks. The elements for the salad was fine, the taco meat for the hard shells tacos was greasy and gross. The sandwich itself was ok as the bread felt like it was previously frozen and the fries were super salty. Fast forward to the soft serve ice cream and it’s runny. I didn’t appreciate some long haired male worker running his fingers through his locks without gloves and touching some of the plastic cups to be given to customers. Also for some odd reason, the floor was a little greasy. Thank god there are better steak places than this nostalgic joint.

Sizzler's my favorite. Everything on the menu is good. Today I got the Malibu chicken. Salad bar is always excellent. And I love their steak sauce, I always buy me a bottle to take home. The restrooms clean the lobbies clean and the staff is friendly.

Awesome deals and extremely satisfied with the quality and food. Tiffany took care of us and was fast efficient and friendly. Thanks again and I definitely enjoy the dine in atmosphere. Extremely clean as well. Everything was shiny and sparkling. Definitely followed CDC guidelines!!!

We LOVE LOVE this Sizzler! The food is fresh and so good! The service is always kind, fast and fabulous. We take our brother with Special Needs and the staff is so great with him. They give him special attention and it means so much. We walk away with full bellies and warm hearts. 💕

My partner and I brought our daughter out for a “ date “ tonight , and I was highly unsatisfied with what we received . When we first walked in everybody was super nice and service was pretty fast , I’ll give em that . But when my food came out my order was entirely wrong , my steak was undercooked - supposed to be well done , and my mashed potato wasn’t customized correctly . They took my food back and put the same steak back on the grill - after I had already touched it with my hands ( I’m a finger eater meaning my hands had been in my mouth ) and brought it back out to me too hard to even cut . My partners steak was also cooked incorrectly - supposed to be rare and made well done and his Malibu chicken literally just looked old and was rock hard . Needless to say we left $70 dollars down the drain and still hungry . 🤷‍♀️

Aug 2022: covid-19 seems to have faded. So we went to eat tonight at sizzler. The food was very good. We had the steak and all you can eat shrimp. I think this was the best food I have eaten in my life. The shrimp were small but the breading on them had a great flavor. The steak was cooked perfect and the salad bar was very clean and filled. Our server was named Maria and she was wonderful in taking care of us. Kudos to sizzler management for hiring such a great employee! It's Nov 2020. Covid19 is impacting everything. I have been to this sizzler a few times recently and it is super clean, the staff are all masked and the social distancing is being observed. I enjoyed a very awesome meal. It had steak with mushrooms and onions, Malibu chicken, giant shrimp, baked potato, and awesome fresh salad bar. The manager is very customer-oriented and invited me back for veterans Day meal. I think this is one of the best places to eat in the Salt Lake valley. Server was awesome! I love this place! Older review: Just got back into town and was really craving a steak. I went there and got a senior steak with salad bar. Then they gave me a veteran discount. That made the evening perfect. The steak was cooked exactly the way I wanted it, the salad bar was delicious. They had lots of kiwi fruit and avocados and various salad types. The waitress was very friendly and personable and attentive and well-deserving of the tip we left her. Thank you Sizzler

This particular Sizzler location is quite old and could use a good refresh, the restrooms especially. The service was okay, we had a large group and most of us enjoyed our dinner. The salad bar needed attention, even though there were lots of employees standing around. The food was what I would expect at a Sizzler. The Sizzler at The District, in South Jordan is a better dining experience.

The food was tasty.Our waitress was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. More variety on summer fruit would be nice salad bar was good though I didn't see the bacon bits for toppings anywhere. I miss the strawberries.

Expensive, Average customer service, plain flavorless food, small portions, unclean plates, cups and silverware.

Food is sizzler food. No surprises. I don't know why the fried chicken is by the ice cream.definitely order food as in an entree , if you want some real food. Servers are the highlight for me . I was so impressed with how kind all of the servers were . Give every server and also back-of-the-house worker a raise, they all deserve it.

We got the endless salad bar. Overall, we were a bit underwhelmed with the selection. It was mostly tacos, soup, salad, and fruit. However, we did leave with full bellies and all of the food that we tried tasted good. The waitress was polite and responsive. The atmosphere wasn't super comfortable because it's very dark in the building, the floors could use a good deep clean, and the tables had a... texture; like a sticky film that occurs when restaurant furniture is well used. Overall kind of an average experience, but would go again and order something else than the salad bar.

For the price it should have been better for sure. In there defense it was about 45 min till close and I believe there give a damn was just about gone for the day. We had three salad bars which were ok(and that's being generous). Shrimp and one steak. Shrimp was pretty good but the steak was very bland. It's amazing at the amount of establishments i have been to that could solve a lot with just being more free with the seasoning rack.

We had to wait a very long time. And when we were attempting to leave the manager seated us. We could see the table where they wanted us but the girl at the front would not and kept putting us off. Thanks to the manager and the 2 servers that helped us out and got us all fed!!!! That's is why we go back! Thank you!

Sizzler is an incredible value. You will not find a steak anywhere this yummy for this price. The salad bar is always fresh and high-quality. If you haven’t been to Sizzler in a while they serve rolls with cinnamon butter that makes it taste like a doughnut. However, I recommend you ask for cheese toast. You won’t regret it. One of my kids didn’t want ice cream and only wanted a brownie from the dessert bar. They didn’t have any brownies or even the serving platter out. My daughter was disappointed so I asked our server Jodi if they were discontinued or just not brought out. She said she would check. She came back with a plate of brownies with chocolate chips on top. My kid’s eyes were wide open and she had a big smile. It really made our day. It was cool that she went above and beyond and got items from the back just so we could enjoy some of our favorite Sizzler items.

The person who took our order was unfriendly and rude! The name said Alex, on our receipt. We ordered salad bar and an entree. We asked about a baked potato with the salad bar, and she said we could get one but she would have to charge us for it! It wouldn’t bother me if we hadn’t ordered this way for years! I think she could have politely explained that the policy had changed rather than treating us so rudely. Otherwise, the food was good (only the afore mentioned baked potato being a bit overcooked) and our server was very sweet!

Service was good. But like a lot of restaurants prices Keep going up. It is to the point people will not be able to go out and enjoy a meal very often. Food was fair. Would not if eaten there, but my daughter asked to go there. Everything was clean.

Over the years sizzle has been real hit or miss for me. Often times the food seems very bland, especially for the price, which just seems to keep growing. There are some things that are consistently good, most of which are on the salad bar. All that being said, this sizzle really surprised me. We were out for mother's day and the food and service was exquisite. I don't know what they changed since the last time I was there, but the steak was luscious, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The lobster tail, supposedly 5 oz, seemed a bit on the small side, but it to was cooked and seasoned very well, and, as always, the salad bar, while small, had plenty of great options to round out my meal. Price wise it wasn't cheap, coming in around $30 a person. Like I said, normally I would have balked at that price, but the food this time almost justified the expense, and of course it was mother's day, so we sucked it up, enjoyed the meal and paid. Most of the time I wouldn't recommend Sizzler, especially since they stopped serving their rolls and honey butter, but based on this last experience I'll definitely give them another shot

Got the said bar. Not much variety. The shredded chicken for the tacos was so dried out, it was crispy. The hamburger didn't look good either so I couldn't eat tacos. The marinara sauce for the penne noodles had an odd taste so I didn't eat that either. Some of the pasta salads on the salad bar were dry. The lettuce and some toppings were good so I ate only that. Was looking forward to the desert bar. They had brownies and syrup topping for ice cream. Which would have been great but the only I've cream was pineapple and raspberry. Do you put caramel topping and crushed butterfinger on fruit sherbet? NO! So, I didn't get any of that either. Pretty expensive for lettuce and toppings. Do not go here. The ratings they do on the East coast would give this a 75%.

We had a party of 8. The line was some what long, but we were seated pretty quickly. Our server was awesome. He was super nice, fast, and efficient. He was very friendly and on top of all our requests. I wish I would have remembered his name to give him credit, but he truly made our experience enjoyable. The food was delicious. We all ordered salad bars, and a few of us ordered steak. The steak was cooked perfectly and the bread was endlessly delicious. I would highly recommend this location. Great service, delicious food, and speedy service. 5 stars!

The food was great and the price was good. The staff however seemed to be a bit scattered. The cashier seemed a bit distracted when taking my order and we rarely saw our server for refills. But they were friendly. I ordered the giant shrimp and steak (medium well) with rice pilaf and it was delicious.

Thanks Kenny for joining me for dinner! The steak was great (freaking tiny!) But tender and delicious. The chicken was a little overdone, but the salad was great and I enjoyed talking with you. The salad bar had super fresh ingredients and the avocados were perfect. (Vanilla ice cream was unavailable! Chocolate ice cream w/ chocolate brownie is just not the same!)

Really not good! Burned shrimp and told it has to be burned for food safety. The floor around the salad bar is soo sticky it literally pulled my sandal off. The health department needs to get in there like now!

My daughter, granddaughter and I went to this Sizzler yesterday. All three of us ordered the steak, shrimp and chicken with salad bar meal. My daughter and I ordered the steak medium rare and my granddaughter ordered hers well. When we received our meals, both my daughter's and granddaughter's were cooked correctly, but mine was not medium rare, and it was half the size of their steaks. When talking to the managers, they could see that my steak wasn't cooked medium rare. After sending it back multiple times, I finally gave up and just kept the steak that I had. Please explain why the cooks could cook my daughter's steak medium rare and were unable to cook mine like it? Unfortunately this is not the only Sizzler that has not cooked my steak medium rare either. The Sizzler in West Valley, and the West Jordan Sizzler also overcooked my steaks too. Also the items on the salad bar appeared to have been sitting out all day. I was unwilling to have a salad since even the spinach was wilted. The watermelon, pineapple and even the beets looked terrible! There were very few items that looked fresh or edible. For the prices Sizzler charges their food should not be sub par such as we encountered yesterday. Considering the multiple times I have been to these Sizzlers and have never received a decent steak, it's doubtful that I will return to this restaurant again.

It should be okay for a quick bite, but they take too long to prepare a piece of grill chicken.over 25 minutes waiting and when came to the table was cold. The selection in Sizzler is getting smaller, and when a container is empty, take a lot to change or refill, and you don't even see it full in the time you are there.

The best part of our visit was the steak. It was cooked perfectly and the service was quite friendly, though it felt more routine than warm. The 'all you can eat' shrimp recipe seems a little dated and quite heavy on the bread. Would really like to see some updates to the staff training (and pay) to inspire more of a personal connection. Or at least some stumbled of hospitality that would engender more return visits.
