Lived here 2 years: Dog friendly, nice finishings, older renter population, dog park, pool and small hot tub. Resident events were nice and well attended. Property manager Megan was amazing to work with, we had timing issues for our moved out date that she worked hard to help us find solutions.

The leasing office staff, as well as the maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. They always made sure that we felt at home from the moment we walked into the leasing office to inquire about an apartment. Amir happily walked us through everything we needed to know about the apartment, the different amenities and features that come with the apartment. Amir, Megan and Austin are very caring when it comes to the residence. They take the time out their day to hear, listen and understand any questions or concerns you have about the. The leasing office staff are like second family. From day one they were amazing and overall I would recommend moving into this facility especially if you have little ones :) !!!

Schedule to have my television installed. Spoke with Megan I was told Friday. Stayed home from work from 12-5. Called in at 4:30 spoke with Austin regarding installation. I was told unfortunately maintenance is gone for the day. I normally don’t leave feedback but this situation along with others has taken me overboard.

As a 7 year resident I am always pleased with the prompt and friendly service provided at the Villas of Omaha at Butler Ridge. Megan and the entire office and service staff are always friendly and answer all of my questions.

I love my new apartment! It's beautiful, and for a one bedroom, you would not believe how much storage there is. In the kitchen, bedroom (walk in closet), and bathroom! It also has great light. I like the open floor plan. The island in the kitchen and the fireplace in the living room are nice bonuses.

Had a few minor issues that I mentioned earlier but were promptly resolved by James and his team. I have not met the rest of the team but if they are half as good as James …. I have no concerns. Thanks for the prompt service.

Ryan & Dom & Sean of the maintenance team, did an excellent job investigating what was wrong with my AC unit and promptly took care of the issue once they figured out the problem. Ryan & Dom are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate their hard work!! Thank you!! ANETTE
