Super kind staff, I liked the atmosphere of the place. My one star review is off taste, quality and presentation of our food and coffee. I have never received avocado toast made with avocado spread. The spread was spread super thin and was flavorless. We asked for hard boiled eggs on the side to also tie us over, we weren’t expecting it on the toast but nonetheless gave it a go and finished the toast. I hate to say it but the look of this dish should only be found in a pinch when you make yourself breakfast at home. The batch brew tasted stale. It felt like it was coating your tongue. The flat white was bitter. The foam was too thick and separating from the rest of the drink. Im sorry to leave this honest review, I hope it is more a challenge to improve than any defeat.

Loved it. Easy to park right out front (Saturday morning) plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. I appreciated the housemate syrups, (no processed sugars 👍🏻) homemade almond and cashew milk and the pastries. I especially loved all the PLANTS! this place is basically a botanical garden with coffee!

It is very cozy. The service is very friendly. We went for to-go cups of cappuccino and flat white. Their pastries look really good. I must go back to try some.. soon.

Cute place! Tasty drinks with a fun seasonal drink menu. Lots of coffee, tea, and non-coffee options. Tons of pastries, and a couple ice cream options. They have cute merchandise for sale too! A couple tables, couches and counters to sit at. Try cashew milk!

Such a cute spot to grab coffee! They have such a warm and inviting inside with so many plants everywhere. I love the coffee here but the food options are kinda slim. Definitely check this place out if you haven't already!

This is one of the best coffee shops in town and definitely one to check out. I actually preferred their latte over Omaha's official #1 coffeehouse. Myrtle & Cypress is located in a converted bungalow, which in itself makes it cool, add inhouse air roasted coffee and there's a winner. Definitely a great place to hangout with friends.

Beautiful coffee shop with excellent coffee. The place is in an old building full of light. I ended up ordering two cappuccino in a row. They were that good.

Love checking out local coffee shops! My friend and I ordered cold brews and requested milk and sugar. So creamy, flavorful, and delicious!!! We also ordered avocado toast. The homemade sour dough bread was fresh, crispy on the outside, and amazing. The avocado spread was creamy and mouth watering. I love the atmosphere, seating, and the quaint menu. I also love that the ingredients are healthy and non-processed. Can’t wait to come back again!

Not my fave. The baked goods are amazing but they are so expensive. I understand the price because they are pretty fancy but most are at a price point that I'm not willing to meet on a regular basis. I found the service disjointed. I ordered the avocado toast (which was tiny) and added on hard boiled eggs. Toast came right away, eggs came ten minutes later after the barista was asked to please provide them. The would really benefit from a water station. I was so thirsty for water and kept having to trouble them to refill the tiny water glass.

Oh. My. GOODNESS! This place makes me wish I lived close enough to visit this place everyday! Best almond milk latte I’ve ever tasted! I highly recommend the maple date latte! YUM!!! Behind the coffee, the staff is friendly and the ambiance is… inviting and comforting. You will NOT regret a trip to Myrtle&Cypress!!

A nice looking place but small and can get crowded very fast. Surrounding area is not the nicest looking. The people seemed nice but the coffee was the thing I disliked about it. We ordered the dirty chai tea latte with oat milk and caramel latte that were not good at all in taste. They were sour and didn’t taste like what we expected at all. Maybe they got our order wrong but in any case it was just very unappetizing. The pastry we got was a hand pie and that was decent.

So a coffee place in a renovated house. Yeah!!! I liked the concept. The ambience is cute and cozy. It gives you a feeling of at home comfort. I took the americano, the coffee was great. Along with that I ordered the avocado toast. It was nice and you can add up eggs along with it. The indoor is nice but I feel there is less space to sit. I feel the place is overpriced. I mean $13 for 2 avocado toast was expensive.

My favorite coffee shop in Omaha! I love the atmosphere inside and outside. It feels very homey and cozy. The staff is friendly and cares about your experience. I’ve tried many of the food and drink options. I don’t think I’ve tried anything I didn’t like! I LOVE the ingredients they use. My go-to options are the Maple Date Latte and the Creamed Avocado Toast. They also stock local products that I’ve used several times for personal use and gifts.

The coziest coffee house! I always leave the place feeling calmer and so refreshed—must be all the greenery! Shoutout to the barista who makes the coolest latte art, too. Made my day! 🧽

This was a quaint place to go for coffee. The seasonal drink look really good. I love their nettle lemonade. The atmosphere was so cozy and peaceful. I couldn’t quite fit in the chairs but they looked great for the space.

The coffeehouse was busy. Seems to be a neighborhood favorite with a loyal following. The guy who took my order knew two customers by name during the time I was there. Friendly staff. Jade matcha latte was too much on the sweet side; regular latte was okay; pretty long wait for two drinks. To be fair, I think the barista this morning was in-training. Overall, I’d return next time that I’m in Omaha to give a latte another try; perhaps I’d also end up leaving with a string of pearls! (They sell plants.) I ordered to go so perhaps a staff member can confirm whether the patio is dog-friendly.

This place is so cute!!! The baristas are super nice and me and my friend's drinks were super yummy. I got an iced maple date latte and she had an iced americano. I love that the standard is a reusable glass/mug. Will definitely come here again!

Very good experience! Unusual lattes flavors. Natural ingredients. Sweet wait staff! Very clean coffeehouse and bathroom. I don't recall the name of my coffee, but it was delicious. It is on the fall menu and has chipotle in it. Definitely going back.

I love coming here when I visit Omaha and I want a wild and sweet coffee! 2x since 2021. Saved in my go-tos. The atmosphere is peaceful, charming, and delicate. The small nooks for studying or quiet settings are my fav! I ordered the Orange-sicle Latte with the Vegan Vanilla ice cream and the almond berry bar.

An amazingly cute little coffee shop with a cozy, homey atmosphere. Plants everywhere make it feel calming despite the tight space, and the merch they offer is lovely and unique (as a crocheter I was enthused to see crochet starter kits!). They don't sweeten their drinks with sugar but with dates and honey, which has a distinct taste and leaves a bit of a sludge in the bottom of the cup, but it isn't overwhelming or a deal-breaker for me. The coffee is well roasted and smooth and not too sweet. I love the hipster-vibes this place exudes and all the little private nooks to sit in, will definitely visit again.
